DESCRIPTION

"Is it against the rules to actually love a good guy for once and not a bad guy?"

SUMMARY

All Gale ever wanted in his life was happiness. He didn't find any in his father, nor his mother but he found some in his sister when he was a child. But that changed when Autumn went off to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and Gale left in the hands of his father. The year after Autumn left, Gale joined his sister at Hogwarts and started a new life. In the third year, Gale sees Pansy during an Astronomy class and falls in love with her.

Too bad Pansy Parkinson figured out she loved Gale too late.

NOTES

- Gale and Pansy DO NOT get together. It is the whole point of this story.

- Gale is a Hufflepuff. He is the type of person who would help a stranger off the street.

- Gale has a sister named Autumn and her role will be explained when the plot is taken because spoilers!

- Their father is an alcoholic but he has never hit the kids. He eventually sees how his kids are and stops drinking.

- Gale's mom left to go and try to protect Alice and Frank Longbottom but was killed in the process. Gale and his family don't know about that since she never told them about being a witch.

- Pansy loves Astronomy secretly so when Gale sees her staring at the stars with wonder that's when he falls in love.

- This is how the bool would progress:
Goblet of Fire- good friends, laugh all the time. Order of the Phoenix: Strained friendship because Pansy aligns herself with Draco and his goons. Half-Blood Prince: Pansy literally cuts herself off from Gale even though the Gale keeps trying to be friends with her. Deathly Hallows: Gale escapes with his sister while Pansy tries to find him.

- Since Gale and Autumn never knew that their mother was a witch they believe that they are muggleborn.

- Pansy only talked to Gale in the beginning so that way he wouldn't be so annoying to her.

- All of the rules must be followed!
