SUMMARY

People deal with pain different ways. They confide in someone, they take up a hobby, they find someway to get past it; but Thea Murphy's only way was anger. That's all she knew how to be.

The coping mechanism left her veins burning, her mouth ready to shout foul words, and her mind a horrible place. Whatever friends she had, she lost. No one knew why, she just came back from summer break and she was angry.

Teddy Lupin knew a lot about pain, so McGonagall asked him to help this toxic girl. He wasn't sure what he could do, he could barely speak a sentence to her, but with a bribe of not having to do homework he was all for trying.

NOTES
-Thea went through a few traumatic events at home. You can either figure that out yourself or you can come to me for ideas

-Teddy was bribed by McGonagall with not having to do any homework in Transfiguration

-takes place during 6th year

-Teddy is basically a blue hair, multiple piercings, punk Hufflepuff sweetheart

-I would say Thea can be anything except for a Hufflepuff

-Thea became really good at icing people out and finding that one nerve to pick and pick and pick until they left her

-Thea is scared of not being angry like Teddy wants. That's all she knows and that's who she believes she is. He needs to show her a world outside of being angry, showing how to deal with tragic shit. For Teddy, it stoped being just about the homework and him seeing someone he could've been

-this takes place over a long period of time as Thea learns to let go of her anger, to learn how to be happy and live
