SUMMARY:

Adellah Storm was the girl with a heart of gold and loves everyone in the world. Everybody knows she is the girl to go to if they need anything. Adellah is missing something in her life and she has been pinning it ever since the third year, Seamus Finnigan. The week before the Yule Ball she makes a wish on how Seamus would finally notice her and Adellah's fairy godmother helped her make the wish come true.

NOTES:

- Her first name literally means brightness of kindness and her last name means bad weather hence the quote

- Her Fairy Godmother is Luna. She does this because she hears Adellah make the wish and decided to give back to everything she has done for the school.

- Luna includes people she knows that won't tell Seamus. (You can include those people)

- She is a Ravenclaw due to Luna overhearing her in the dorm room

- Seamus doesn't figure out right away that it's Adellah! She usually wears casual clothing and not dresses.

- Seamus figures out it was Adellah over the summer after the Triwizard Tournament

- Basically, besides that you can figure out the rest!
