DESCRIPTION

"I'm so pissed, my grandfather lied to me. He told me my father left when my mother told him she was sick, but in fact, none of this was true. He lied to me! How dare he! Now I feel like everything is a lie, I don't know what is true anymore."

SUMMARY

Margot Rowle had been living with her grandfather ever since her muggle-born father abandoned her with her dying mother. Like every wizards and witches of her age, Margot received a letter on her 11th birthday, but she was wary of the outside world. Seeing his little granddaughter uneasy, Wilfrid Rowle offered Margot to homeschool her.

Satisfied, Margot grew up learning about self-defense magic, transfiguration, etiquette. She got to know her grandfather's close group of friends and discussed with other teens of her age. Knowing most of the traditions in the Rowle family, it was no surprise to Margot when her grandfather announced her engagement to Theodore Nott's son Gideon.

Feeling annoyed with her grandfather's decision, that he took without her consent, and wanting to know more about her father, Margot runs away from her house to the only place she knows she would be safe: Hogwarts. She remembered that she read on her mother's diary that she met her husband at school and that Hogwarts was the safest and the most marvelous place to be. Not to recognized, she dyes her blonde hair into a fiery red.

Margot was quickly sorted into Gryffindor and was assigned a tutor to help her get back on the same levels as the others. As time goes on, Margot makes new friends and tries to uncover the truth about her father.

In that year, Margot learned that some things are best kept secret.

NOTES

-Margot's grandfather is part of the 28 families, he told her that her mother died of an illness and her father ran away. (he was a muggle) but he is telling lies. Her mother and father were killed by death eaters when she was young. Margot's grandfather is a death eater but Margot doesn't know that death eaters a bad.

-Tired of her grandfather's family tradition and way of thinking, she flees to hogwarts. She gets sorted into gryffindor and gets tutored by another gryffindor girl (you can choose her name)

-Margot has a loud mouth and no filter, she isn't pretty and rude, but when you need help she will be there. She has to sit next to teddy in classes. They don't really get along but she does with his best friend. His best friend is a prefect and has access to the restricted section. She is more focused on finding more info about her father. She goes to the restricted section and sees a book about old alumni and found her mother and father.

-Margot has changed her last name so no one will make the connection between her last name and her family (death eaters), so by doing so she lies to her friends

-Margot is in Hogwarts to find more about her parents and she will be helped by Teddy's best friend (who is in hufflepuff and you can choose his name). The two will form a bond so Teddy will have to spend time with Margot. Both of them will fall for the other one.

- Margot likes quidditch and wants to play and do the try off next year. She asks Teddy to help her get better, they are competitive. Her father was in a quidditch team too, but she didn't know about it yet.

- Her mother was a slytherin pureblood and she met Margot's father in school. He was in gryffindor and a muggle-born. He was good at Quidditch. Both fought in the war in 1998, they survived. But years later they were killed by death eaters.

-Neville tells Margot he knew her parents and tells her their stories. How her parents met, how they fought in the second wizarding war and how they died in a fight against death eaters later on. She is really sad and doesn't know what to do.

-She decides to stay at school with her friends and fight for her parents legacy

- Everybody's name except Teddy, Margot and Neville are up to you, you can decide them
