SUMMARY!

michelle was known for getting in and out of relationships quickly. all of her boyfriends came and went like a bolt of lightning: so powerful and quick that if you blinked, you'd miss it. but when she starts to date ravenclaw captain, ford davies, she's in it for the long run. even though he doesn't treat her like he should.

james was known to have his long term relationships. he never fell for a girl unless he truly knew her. so when he and michelle become friends he falls for her, and he falls hard. so when he learns about her and ford dating, he knows he can treat her better.

NOTES!

-i'm think of making this an au were instead of shawn mendes existing it's actually james, like james posted all the videos online and he writes the songs, and he wrote the song treat you better about michelle

-ford is a bad boy and michelle is on the edge of being a bad girl

-james is a sweet heart, he's like shawn. if someone asked him if he'd date an ugly girl he'd reply with "how can i date something that doesn't exist" because shawn made my heart melt for saying that

-paulina is gorgeous and i don't want her to be recasted even though she doesn't have a lot of gifs she's still so beautiful and is so underused
