Hello! It's Staci again! Sorry for my long absence. Long story short: I was suffering from writer's block while juggling two jobs so I can go back to college this fall. This fall semester has been most creative in a long while. Now that I'm on my month-long holiday break, I got time to write some brand new works!

"The Hunters" is a brand new trilogy series. It is actually in the same world as in "Only Human," but you don't need to read "Only Human" in order to read this trilogy. This series is a stand-alone, spin-off, sequel series. I'll provide the glossary concerning Gen-Mods and Normals bit later on this page.

DEDICATIONS: 

HalloweenFreaky gets a big dedication in this trilogy. It is based on our own RP we do together, though there will be some differences.

Mander_Pander for inspiring me and pushing me to write this series. No, I am not copying her amazing "Ruined" trilogy, but it did inspire me to write this trilogy (all of my votes for her trilogy on my second account, ImTheGirl2_0) I have thought about writing "The Hunters," but I was uninspired. There will be a lot of differences between the two series, but I just wanted to give her the dedication for helping me. And for me giving me the urge to watch "Attack on Titan." I love that anime, and I don't watch anime. That's saying something. Even that show is inspiring me!

GLOSSARY:

Gen-Mods (Genetically-Modified Humans): Humans with superhuman capabilities, unusual beauty, and predestined life-partners. They were literally created by a young British scientist back in 2007, and have since then lived side-by-side with the non-enhanced humans. 

Abilities: Superhuman speed, strength, and agility. Telepathy (called "mindlinking"). Able to predict the future, and receive clear insight on both the past and the present. Extremely high fertility rates. Telekinesis (hardly used). Self-teleportation (also hardly used). Able to survive nuclear wars and breathe the radiation-filed atmosphere due to having radiation in their bodies. Have predestined life-partners (called "mates"), but they can be "reprogrammed" in case they get rejected. Unusual beauty.

Normals: Humans with limitations. Been around a lot longer than the Gen-Mods since forever.
