Gerithor: Gerithor is the youngest of the remaining full blood Dunedain, only 19 years of age. He was taught to fight by his father, and is skilled with bow, sword, and dagger. He is a kind, caring person but is relatively quiet, preferring to show his worth through actions rather than words.

Eldahir: Eldahir is a young ranger and Gerithor's best friend, being only slightly older than him. He is lighthearted and has a sharp wit, but is caring and protective. Though not the best fighter, he'll still fight to protect those close to him.

Arnakhor: Arnakhor is a Black Numenorean. Known for their use of dark magic and sorcery, he rose through their ranks to become the most powerful of them all. The Witch King himself took notice of him, and appointed him as leader over Sauron's forces in the north. Arnakhor wishes to make extinct the race of men known as the Dunedain, and will stop at nothing to achieve his goal.

Caledorn: an elf with a mysterious past, nobody really knows who he is or where he came from. Wearing black armor and a mask, most don't even know he's an elf. He is a skilled combatant and can take down many enemies while remaining undetected. His ability to kill is almost unnerving, and some would wonder if he has any conscience at all.

Gerimond: Gerimond is the brother of Arathorn, and is considered great among the Dunedain in his own right. He is a natural leader and is second in command to Halbarad, the captain of the Dunedain. He took it upon himself to train Gerithor from a young age, and taught him the ways of the Rangers.

Elena: Elena was a ranger when she was young, and was so skilled that she was offered a position in the Grey Company. This is where she met Gerimond, and when they were married she gave up her position in the Grey Company to raise Gerithor and his older sister, Rayna.

Olag: Olag, called "The Axe", is a man from the high fells of Rhudaur. His people live a primitive life in the hills, and were easily swayed to join Sauron. Olag is a chieftain among them, and earned his name by killing a great hill troll with his axe when he was ten years of age. He takes a sadistic pleasure in watching others suffer.

Sarina: Sarina is a young woman descended from Bree-folk, left alone in her home in the wilderness after her parents were both killed. She has learned how to fight and hunt, but she isn't used to combat against trained enemies, only bandits and wolves. She has an adventurous spirit, and has wanted to travel for most of her life. But she may get more than she expected.

Kalan: a dwarf from the Iron Hills, Kalan is a traveling merchant. Living in an increasingly dangerous world, Kalan has become quite skilled with an axe, and can hold his own in a fight. Ever an optimist, he always brings cheer to those around him.
