A/N in my stories only the males are werewolves. It's not to be sexist or anything it's just that in nature the males are the dominate sex. So I made them the dominant sex in my books, if you don't like it don't read my shit (:

Chapter One

(Read the A/N it's important to the story it's right above this)

"Evelyn! Evelyn! Wake up!" I heard my mom scream as she shook me.

"What?" I mumbled keeping my eyes closed.

"Get up Evelyn! The pack is under attack! You have to get up now!"

I immediately shot up out of my bed and looked at my mom. She grabbed my hand and lead me down the stairs and in front of our house. I looked around the whole town was on fire.

My mom let go of my hand and looked around frantically "Where's your father?!" She kept looking around. "Evelyn run! Run as far as you can, don't look back!"

"What mom?! Come with me!" I yelled.

"I can't just go! Now!" She screamed.

I blinked hard before running into the woods I ran until my legs gave out which wasn't far. I was far enough into the woods. I couldn't see the town but I could smell fire and hear the screams of my pack.

I knew who was attacking. The Blue Pine pack. It was no shock we had been expecting the attack to come for weeks.

I stood in the woods shivering. It was cold out here I should've thrown on a jacket before I ran out or at least had put on shoes. Instead I was in the middle of the woods in a cold June morning wearing a tank top and shorts.

But I didn't mind the cold that much I was to busy worrying about my pack that was dying. But I couldn't go back or I knew I would die. But I couldn't just let them die.

I stood there staring around me when I heard twigs snapping. Multiple times. I gasped and froze in my place I slowly turned my head to where I heard the twigs snapping. Where there I saw at least a dozen huge wolves standing there. They slowly started to walk towards me.

I swallowed hard. This was it. This was the end for me. I had so many regrets I still had so many things I hadn't done yet. So many shows on Netflix I still hadn't watched.

I started to cry harder as they came closer. Goodbye cruel world it's been a good 19 years I thought to myself.

I looked at the wolves in front of me as I prepared myself for death.

Right as they were right by me they suddenly stopped. The one in the front stared at me and tilted his head as if he wanted to play with me.

Great I thought they've decided to torture me before they finish me off.

I closed my eyes tightly hoping they would just get it done with. After what felt like hours I whispered "Just kill me already will you?!"

But nothing happened. I slowly opened my eyes and I saw the wolves were all sitting there staring at me.

I stood there in silence awkwardly. The wolf in the front walked away slowly into the forest but the rest of them circled me still staring at me. I knew it was happening now they were circling me getting ready to attack.

I heard another twig snap and I looked up and I saw a man walking towards us. He walked right up to me ignoring the wolves.

The man had to have been the most attractive man I'd ever seen. He was tall and buff. He was tanned. He had brown hair that was styled as a crew cut. As he came closer I could see his green eyes.

For a second I felt relieved automatically thinking he was from my pack and he was here to save me. But then it hit me. He wasn't from my pack! I had never seen this man before in my life.

He walked up to me and stood a couple feet away from me as he checked me out he circled around me studying every inch of me. He came back in front of me and placed his hand on my cheek as he growled "Mine."

I stood there shocked not knowing what to say. I was his mate. I knew that it was obvious from his actions. I didn't want to be his mate. I was to young for that. I was only 19.

He smiled happily as he stated at me. I looked down at the ground not wanting to look him in the eye. "What's your name?" He asked roughly.

"Evelyn." I said quietly.

"Evelyn." He repeated to himself. "Well I'm Alpha Clayton but you can just call me Clayton. You're the only one aloud to call me Clayton."

I chocked as I heard what he said. Alpha Clayton. He was Alpha of the Blue Pine pack. He was a monster. Him and his pack were all ruthless killers they killed anybody that got in there way. He was an evil monster.

He noticed me chocking and he asked "Everything alright?"

I didn't say anything I just stood there.

"Answer me! I asked you if everything was alright?" He growled.

"Everything is fine." I said quietly.

He started at me and nodded his head. "Come on wee going back home!" He announced to his pack.

I sighed in relief he was leaving. I could go back home and help my pack.

He looked at me and licked his lips "Okay either you can walk with us or I'll carry you back home it's up to you."

I looked around to see who he was talking to but nobody was around the other wolves had already started running to their homes. Then it dawned on me he was talking to me.

"Oh." I said softly. "It's fine I can find my way back to my house easily I'm fine on my own." I turned around and began to walk away when he grabbed my wrist.

"Where do you think you're going?! You're coming home with me! To my home well I guess it's our home now. Darling you're not leaving me." He growled and picked me up throwing me over his shoulder as he began to walk into the woods.
