TITLE: The king's goddess is a good fit for the storyline of this book and it charmed me from the first chapter.

COVER/BLURB: The cover lacked the right emotions expressed in the book and as for the blurb, it was unmoving and uninteresting. The attempt of the writer to make the blurb electrifying backfired.

CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT: The characters were well described and written to immediately work their way into our imagination showing us what they would think and how they would act in actuality.

PACE OF THE STORY: It is not too slow to bring boredom or dissatisfaction, not to fast to cause disarray or disorientation. Although it's not perfect.

DESCRIPTION: The events in the story and actions of the character may not have been clearly defined but the personal description of the mood and feelings of the characters were easily understood and well described.

GRAMMAR: A good grammar, fairly average, a and simple choice of words that could make any reader comfortable. But some misspellings were quite obvious in the story.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: The writer should work more on explaining the events that take place in the story. The cover also needs work and although the grammar is good, it needs improvement because it cuts back on some meaningful information needed for glossy reading and imagination.
