LISA's POV

I woke up and the windy atmosphere welcomed me.

Wait, where I am?

I wander my eyes around and am surprised when I realize I'm on the rooftop.

"L-Lisa?" I averted my gaze to the lady beside me.

We are both sitting on the bench.

"You got lost your consciousness a while ago after... After Leo took your body." She explained.

I closed my eyes and touched my head.

So it was Leo?

I sighed deeply.

"D-Did, did Leo ahm hurt you?" I asked trying to avoid her gaze.

I'm so embarrassed.

"No." I look at her.

She smiled at me.

"Don't worry, Leo failed to hurt your body. Thank goodness, I came on time." She added.

Damn.

This is more embarrassing.

"A-Ahm, I'm, I'm so sorry Ms. Kim," I whispered while my head was down.

I can't face her right now.

I was taken aback when she lifted me to face her.

"Hey, I said it's okay. Nothing to be sorry about, so how about we go to my office now to talk about you signing up for our contract? I can't accept no now, you got me in a lot of trouble already." She chuckled.

Her gummy smile is.

"Stop staring." She rolled her eyes.

I then averted my gaze to the other side.

She stood up and lent her hand to me.

"C'mon, your manager might be waiting for you." She said.

Park Chaeyoung!

I quickly grab my phone from the ground.

"She's in my office waiting for us." She added.

I look at her and smile.

"I don't know what happened earlier, but I just want to say thank you. Thank you for saving me." I said though I still feel so shy.

"You welcome, and it was nice meeting Leo." She's smiling so wide.

"Ahm, did Leo—

She laughs.

"Don't worry okay? Leo will call me if she appears again, she promised me earlier." She added.

I averted my gaze to her feet.

She's barefoot.

"Let's go?" She asked.

I didn't answer and just removed my sandals.

I went in her direction and bent down.

I raised her one foot.

"It's not good for a CEO to look barefooted. You must look presentable all the time." I cut her off.

"I'm still beautiful whether with sandals on or off."

I chuckled.

"If you say so," I said then stand up when done.

"Now, let's go." I smiled and so she is.

Rosé's POV

I don't know but I felt a sudden pain when I saw them.

And I'm sure, she's Lisa now.

The way she looks at Lisa, there is something in her eyes.

Because I know, that's my way of looking at her.

I came down to Ms. Kim's office.

She called me earlier that she's with Lisa now.

I went up to the rooftop just to see them smiling at each other.

"Chaeyounga." I looked at them when they entered the CEO's office.

"Yah! Lalisa!" I pretended.

She walked towards me and hugged me.

"Sorry, I know you're worried again." She whispered.

And my heart melts.

She knows how to get me.

I hug her back.

"It's okay, I'm okay now because you're fine," I whispered.

"Hmm." We averted our gaze to Ms. Kim when she cleared her throat.

"Oh, I'm sorry Ms. Kim." Lisa apologized.

"By the way, this is my manager, Park Chaeyoung." She introduced me to Ms. Kim.

It took us about an hour before we finished our meeting.

Lisa decided to sign the contract after they added what Lisa wanted.

She wants to remain unknown and will only work at home.

Ms. Kim understands everything.

"Thank you for trusting us Ms. Manoban, and Ms. Park." She lends her hand for a handshake.

"I'll call you after the revision is done." She smiled sweetly to Lisa.

She's getting on my nerves.

I hold Lisa's hand which she notice.

"C'mon Baby, you have to eat on time and take your meds." I intentionally said it out loud for her to hear.

Lisa then smiled at me and put her arms on my shoulder.

"We'll go now Ms. Kim, I'll just wait for the call," Lisa said.

When Ms. Kim nodded, I guided her to go.

But then she stops and faces Ms. Kim.

She removes her arms from my shoulder.

"Thank you again for saving me, I owe you my life," Lisa added.

And so the bitch smiled so wide.

I rolled my eyes but of course, she won't see it.

Jennie's POV

I saw how Lisa put her arms to her shoulders as they walked away.

And this sensation inside me, I know exactly what is this.

Jealousy.

Maybe she's just a manager.

The way Lisa cared for her and so she is, maybe they are more than that.

Lisa then stopped walking and faced me again.

"Thank you again for saving me, I owe you my life." She smiled at me.

I can't help but smile too.

"Just sign the contract and we're even," I answered her.

She chuckled and nodded in understanding.

When they left I decided to sit for a while thinking about what happened earlier.

Flashback

"How will I call you if I need you? Is the world turning me down again? If they're hurting me? How can you save me?" Leo asked.

We are sitting on the bench.

She's not looking at me and just staring at the sky again.

I saw Lisa's phone and so I got it.

"Here, save my number. And when you feel like you're fighting the world alone, call me. And promise, I'll be there." I smiled at her.

She smiled at me back.

"Hmm, what should I call you?" She asked after she input my number into Lisa's phone.

I saw that I was already safe as Ms. Jennie was there.

"Ms. Jennie, that's my name," I told her and pointed out the already saved number.

"I'll change this." She said then change my name.

"Gummy bear? Wae?" I asked.

"Because I like your gummy smiles, it makes me feel alive, it's making me wanna live." She answered.
