        I got dressed and checked my clothes in the mirror. Today we were going on a little trip to where Professor Vaughn works. Yes, he works as a professor here but after that, he would work as a trainer for some vampires.
        I left the dorms and walked outside. I noticed Taehyung standing a little further off. He didn't look at me. He noticed me but he ignored my presence. I sighed and walked over to Amber. "Is something wrong between you and Taehyung?" She asked as she noticed me looking at him. "No...well, yes but it isn't something that important..." I sighed and looked away.
        Soon the teachers arrived and we were taken to wherever professor Vaughn trained the blood drinkers.

        "This is a full vampire. He can't form back into a human. He was bitten a few years ago but he was only brought here a few months ago" Professor Vaughn said as we stopped in front of one cell. I guess that the vampires get to be imprisoned till they are fully trained.
        The male vampire had deep red eyes almost the color of blood. His hair was blonde and he had pale skin. One thing I noticed that almost all the vampires here had been giving ripped clothes. Like, you can't find one with perfect and normal clothes. It almost seemed as if they were wearing rags.
        He looked sad...like he didn't want to be who he is now. Well, of course...he didn't ask to become a vampire.
        "P-professor..." one girl said making us turn around. My eyes widened. "Is...is it a half...?" I ask as I see what seemed like someone transforming. The sight was definitely not a pleasant one. The person looked horrible. "Ah yes...he is..." something seemed off though.
        "His eyes aren't changing color..." I heard Amber say, also noticing that. "Well that's because he is one special vampire...he is from a rare type. That type doesn't have their appearance changed. It's a pretty good thing for the vampire since then they would make their victim easily fall into their trap. They would look totally normal but once they are ready they can kill you"
        Professor Vaughn turned around to one other vampire. "And we have this type...the type where they transform peacefully without having to go through what the previous one went through. They would transform without even knowing it. One minute they are normal the second they are planning to attack you" he said and walked away. He walked somewhere and then I saw him entering the cell. "This is Jaehyuk. A pretty strong vampire..." he walked over to the sleeping male and kneeled down.
        "Lee Taeyong...." Taeyong's head shot up. "Y-yes?" For some reason, he seemed really tense. He looked nervous and anxious. "Come over here..." the male student's eyes widened. "W-what?" Professor Vaughn got up. "Come over here...don't be scared he is asleep now. He can't do anything" Taeyong looked down. "Okay..." he walked to the entrance of the cell and stood a bit further from professor Vaughn.
        Suddenly I noticed the sleeping vampire moving a little. I guess everyone noticed too since they all moved a step back. Taeyong stood still though. He looked terrified for some reason. Was he really that scared...?
        Professor Vaughn sighed and walked over to Taeyong. "Go over to him and tell me if he has transformed or not yet" Taeyong looked at the professor with wide eyes. "I can't do that...I..." Professor Vaughn sighed. "Do it" Taeyong bit his bottom lip as he slowly walked towards the sleeping vampire.
        He slowly kneeled down next to it as Professor Vaughn did. Hesitantly, he reached out his hand to check the male on the floor. At that same moment the vampire, who was apparently awake this entire time, grabbed Taeyong's wrist and bit it.
        Without even wasting a second the pained Taeyong, with his other hand, shot at the black-haired vampire and backed away. Taeyong looked at his wrist which was now bleeding and looked at the professor. "Thanks for your help!" He said and pushed him away, walking out. I looked away to where Taeyong was heading and decided to follow him.
        "Taeyong!" He turned around. "Y-you okay?" I ask as he stops. "I...yeah...I am..." he looked at his wrist and sighs. "I'm sure Professor Vaughn didn't mean for that to happen..." I said making the male scoff. "Yeah, whatever"  I held his wrist. "Let me fix that" I smiled at him making him slightly smile too.
        "Umm...can I ask you a question?" We were now walking through the gardens of this place. "Sure" I looked down. "Why is Taehyung like that to you?" He stopped and looked at me. "Y-you don't have to answer..." he sighed. "No...it's fine..let's just say that I and him don't really have a good past together..."
        I sighed. Suddenly I heard Amber's voice calling us. "Taeyong! Are you okay?" She stopped in front of us. "Yeah...I am fine" taeyong smiles. "We have to leave now..." she said looking at us. "Oh...okay"

        We had nothing to do the rest of the day. I was reading some books right now. "Hey, Y/N" I looked at Amber. "Yes?" She sighed. "Wanna go out for a walk?" I nodded and got up. "Okay! Let's go!"
        "Today was boring..." she said and sighed. I nodded in agreement. "I just want t-" I was cut off when I saw Taehyung in front of me. "What's with you?!" He yelled. "What?" He scoffed. "Why are you so close to him?! I thought you already know that I don't want you around him!" I sighed. "Well, he is also my friend, okay?! Mind your own business!" His eyes widened. "Why do you hate him so much?!" I yelled back. Amber was just staring at us, not knowing what to do.
        "Why?! You want to know why?!" He looked so angry to the point he was about to shoot at me when I heard Taeyong's voice yelling at us. "Stop it!" Taehyung turned around. "You little-" he ran over to Taeyong and held him up from his collar. "Taehyung!" I ran over to the two. "Stop it!" I yelled but he continued ignoring me. He pushed me away and threw Taeyong onto the ground. "I warned you" he shot at the male on the floor but he blocked it.
       Taehyung was about to shoot one more time when someone came in between the two males, taking the shot.
        "Amber!" I said as I realized it was her who took the shot. She looked at Taehyung before losing her balance and falling down. I ran to her and kneeling down. "Amber! Can you hear me?" I said, shaking her a little. The two males were just staring but then Taeyong carried her up and carried her on his shoulders taking her to the emergency room.
        I gave Taehyung one last glance before walking away.

June 24th, 2005

        "Have you gone crazy!?" I yelled at Taehyung the moment I saw him. "Amber almost lost her memory because of you!" I ran to him and pushed him onto the wall. "Stop acting cold!" Jackie came towards me. "Y/N...calm down" I turned to her. "Why should I?! This fucking bastard could have hurt Amber really badly because I hang out with this specific person?! For what?! Why do you hate Taeyong so much, huh?!" He looked away.
        "You know what?! I came here to apologize but I don't think you guys even deserve an apology" he yelled and stormed out of the room leaving us alone again. "Ugh! Gosh! I should have never trusted him! Why the fuck did I ever become his friend?! He was this weird and cold person from the day we met!" I threw myself on the sofa and ran my hand through my hair.
        "Why is he so fucking cold?!" Jackie chuckled. "I guess that's why he is ice-powered. He is as cold as ice"
