Request: Rosalie has a science project with Pony for school. When Soda comes back from the DX, he talks really loudly and Darry tells him to stop, since Pony is studying in the living room. The whole gang come, each disturbing the calm and asking if she's Pony's girlfriend, which makes Rose uncomfortable, which Soda sees, until Pony gives up on studying. Soda gives Rosalie chocolate cake and goes outside on the porch, where they talk. Later, he asks if she would like to hang out sometime.

Ponyboy knew that choosing you as his science partner was the correct choice. He has had his eyes on you since the first day of class. He knew that you had the brains for the class. He also admired your attire which was a yellow dress with a yellow ribbon in your hair.

It took him a while to build up the courage, but he finally gained it and asked if you wanted to be his partner. Little did he know was that you knew about Ponyboy too, and you liked him. You decided to say yes, and from there, a great friendship began.

You were currently in the household of Ponyboy. You've never been, but so far, you enjoyed it. It was interesting being in a house that wasn't yours. You were working on the science project in the living room when you overhear a loud voice talking from the kitchen. You tried to focus on the words in the textbook, but you had to admit, the voice was definitely distracting.

"Soda! Will you knock that off!" Another thunderous voice boomed. You swung your eyes to look up to Ponyboy who didn't look phased one bit. "Pony and his friend are trying to study for their science class!"

You looked over you shoulder, immediately meeting your amber brown eyes with a pair of beautiful dark brown eyes. Your eyes widened at the sudden attraction that you were feeling. You quickly turned back around, shoving your nose back into the textbook. Your heart was racing. He was extremely handsome.

"Don't mind them Rosalie," Ponyboy declared, his eyes still snaking across the pages of the textbook. "Those are just my older brothers, Sodapop and Darry. Soda is the handsome one and Darry is the less handsome one."

"I heard that Pony!"

Ponyboy grinned from ear to ear as he heard Darry's shout. You snickered in response too. Sodapop. What a name for such a handsome guy. You dove back into your textbook, only to be interrupted by the front door swinging open. A bunch of people were all talking at once as a group of strangers walked in. You raised your eyes up to see who they were. You recognized none of them.

All of them were talking, but at the same time, they all fell silent as they saw you glaring at them. The one in the front took the lead of the conversation.

"You Pony's girl?" The intimidated male questioned with a raise of an eyebrow. Ponyboy slammed his textbook audibly and huffed impatiently. He looked over to the group of guys. You didn't know if all of them were also his brothers. "You must be Rosalie. Ponyboy talks about quite often."

"All the time!" Another member exclaimed, making Ponyboy climb up to his feet. "Are you Ponyboy's girlfriend?"

Everyone in that group exploded with laughter and began to tease you and Ponyboy by making kissing noises. You tucked a strand of your long wavy strawberry blonde hair hair behind your ear and lowered your gaze. You had never been so embarrassed before. You looked up at Ponyboy who was now shoving them out of the living room. He seemed just as embarrassed.

You soon felt a few taps on your shoulder afterwards. You turned around and saw the cute brother hovering over you. He put out his hand. You took his hand and he pulled you up off the ground.

"Sorry my friends are teasin' you, I can tell you don't like that," Sodapop acknowledged, shaking his head in disappointment. You nodded shyly. "Would you mind sittin' out on the porch with me and while we eat some leftover chocolate cake?"

You nodded. "Chocolate cake is my favorite food, actually."

Sodapop smiled. "I like you already kid."

Sodapop motioned his head to indicate for you to follow him. You followed him into the kitchen where there were plates of chocolate cake. He picked one up and handed you one. You thanked him as he picked up a piece for him. You two headed out onto the porch where you sat on the bench together.

A wonderful conversation sparked between you two. It's been a while since you've clicked with someone so easily in a while. You were just surprised that it was with a guy who was two years older than you were. You didn't mind though. Sodapop seemed nice. You shared funny stories, sad stories and deep stories. Overall, you and Sodapop had a great night.

Time flew past, and before you knew it, the sun was setting. You knew that you had to be home by a certain time, so you had to say your farewell to Sodapop.

"Well, tell Ponyboy that I said goodbye too," You stated, handing Sodapop your empty plate. "But I'm sure I'll be back tomorrow to continue our science project."

"I'll be looking forward to it," Sodapop said, flashing his dimply smile your way. "I'll try not to steal you away from Pony again though."

"I have to take a break someway."

"Matter of fact, are you free Saturday Rosalie?" Sodapop asked, standing up from the bench. "If you don't got anythin' I was plannin' to grab some lunch at Dairy Queen. So maybe we can hang during lunch Saturday?"

"That sounds like lots of fun!" You shouted in glee, nodding eagerly. Sodapop smiled brightly. "Saturday it is."
