Art thieves. If you don't know what they are, I shall define.
Art Thief: Anyone who takes someone else's artwork or photography and claims it as their own.

Now my definition of an art thief.
A low-life idiot who decides they're too lazy to get up off their lazy butt to draw something and takes someone else's hard work and puts their own name on it and claims it's theirs.
What's the matter, art thieves? You're so lazy, you can't walk across the room to get a paper and pencil? Or too lazy to tap a few buttons and get a drawing app? Aww...
NO.
Not only that, but then they post it in their own 'art' book (Should be called Stolen Art Book: My Book of Stolen Art) AND THEN SOMETIMES THEY CRITICIZE THE ART THEY STOLE, SAYING IT'S TERRIBLE OR SOMETHING!! That. Is. Harassment. And. Plagiarism. In. One. Sooo... Plarassment... Haraigiarism... uh. Whatever.

Then they defend themselves and STILL pretend it's theirs even when confronted BY THE ORIGINAL ARTIST. Woooooooww... real smooth.
*Coughidiotscough*

Also... it would probably save you a few taps to just get a drawing app than steal the pic, create a new chapter, type a lil sumary of how its totally yours, and publish it.
Yeah.

But, if you think you caught an art thief, don't report them right away. Go to the other person who you think they stole art from. Go over both profiles and art, look closley at the publish date on both artwork. You should know who it is.
Common sense.

Now, I think it is okay for you to post someone else's art ONLY IF: You make it clear that it is not yours and give full credit to the artist and tag them. There. Problem solved.

Also, please check out @iSanityy 's(I think thats their user) Book of Art Thieves. It exposes many art thieves who in result have been kicked out of Wattpad and/or stopped stealing. This author is doing a great thing and let them know that.
