The U.S. government and other countries are conducting an experiment that they believe will overall benefit their separate countries. To advance one step ahead of another.

They call it: The Rotting Test

The citizens have gathered for protests against it.

There have been shooting incidents because of it.

The tests, however, continue. The chosen people put in then published later as 'missing'. It still persists, so now we will watch as the chosen candidates for the rotting tests survive it. Or, at least try— no assurance for living.
