In just over the first two months, Russia had carved out a significant position to influence the nations and impose some price ceilings on export goods. However, in terms of overall pricing, it was still considered cheap compared to civilized nations exporting similar goods. Conversely, Russia offered very good quality and stable prices, making all Russian products a priority for nations in need of resources for development.

Inside the conference room, this was a meeting concerning export issues. The main topic was: Should they export their machinery?
