After signing trade agreements with the Mu Federation, Russia embarked on a vigorous journey of reproduction, particularly in the oil industry and other refined resources. To achieve stability in the economy, the prices of all commodities were adjusted higher than the original market prices, creating a challenging yet promising economic landscape.

Compared to the peak oil prices in 2008, when each barrel of oil reached 100 USD, the average oil price has now surpassed four hundred USD per barrel. The set price of 200 USD per barrel (20,000 RUB per barrel) is not only a record figure for national income but also a sign that the economy is gradually recovering, despite still being heavily impacted by inflation. This brings hope to a nation on the brink of collapse, suggesting that there may be light at the end of the tunnel.

However, this recovery has not brought about any significant positive changes to the economy. It has only helped growth escape negative figures, but it is still not enough to create a strong impetus. In this context, the emergence of a new continent has given the government a glimmer of hope for a more advanced scientific civilization, entirely different from what they have known.

To affirm this, a delegation was quickly dispatched to the new continent immediately after successfully establishing diplomatic relations with Mu. The cruiser Varyag, with its seasoned crew, was on its way there. Although there was some concern about the safety of the unknown land, everyone felt that this was an opportunity that could not be missed. The ship approached from the north, where everything could be more easily explained.

On board the Varyag, Captain Gagarin stood on the deck, his gaze fixed on the distant horizon, where the unknown awaited. He turned to look at the two diplomats who were diligently rearranging documents, filled with hope but also anxiety. In Mu, they had to trade a P-1000 missile and a few rounds of ammunition, but that was acceptable; this time, things might be different. Risks were always present, so a nuclear submarine was dispatched alongside to ensure safety, in case these newcomers were not friendly.

The ship glided through the powerful waves of the sea, heading southeast, where the new continent resided. The sky was clear, but the atmosphere was tense like a taut string. Suddenly, a crew member spoke up, breaking the silence: "Captain, there are three objects approaching us at a speed of twenty-seven knots. What should we do?"

Gagarin felt a surge of excitement at this. He speculated that the three objects were from the continent, as it was the only one there. He ordered a friendly greeting to be sent. "Send them a greeting to see how they respond."

The crew member quickly complied, and soon after, a reply message was sent back, indicating that they were also a nation with an advanced civilization. Gagarin then ordered to approach them and send a message of peace.

As the Varyag neared the three ships, the reality before them made the other crew members look up in astonishment, exclaiming, "This is just too much." Before them were three ships from World War II, a battleship and two cruisers, leaving both Gagarin and the others amazed and in awe.

"This is VRN Manros, from the Vanguard Republic. We would like to confirm who you are," a voice from the communication system rang out, causing Gagarin to feel nervous. He stepped forward to respond: "This is the cruiser Varyag, from the Russian Federation. May I ask a question?"

There was a moment of silence on the other end, then the voice replied, "Yes, please ask anything you deem necessary."

Gagarin took a deep breath and continued, "You must not know why you are here, right? No allies, no familiar nations." He paused for a moment, sensing the tension in the air, then continued, "How would I know? We are like you, not where we are supposed to be."

There was silence again, but Gagarin could hear what sounded like shouting from their side. Perhaps the information there was also shocking. Unable to wait any longer, he spoke up: "Do you want to find out where to explain? We already know about you and have two diplomats here."

"We will contact our superiors, please wait," the voice on the other end replied. Gagarin turned to his companions, Stalin and Ikanovih, saying, "Get ready, the work is coming."

After a long wait, VRN Manros contacted them again: "The government is sending a diplomatic delegation to the military port, where we will go. Please follow us."

"Understood, we would also like to send a guard along for safety," Gagarin said, and the other side quickly agreed.

The three Vanguard ships led the Russian ship to the port, and they quickly disembarked. Stalin and Ikanovih, along with a volunteer soldier for protection, were met by a man, the captain of the Manros battleship.

"Hello, I am Afton. I will take the three of you to the delegation waiting inside. Please remember that if you bring a guard, ensure there is no conflict," Afton said, showing concern on his face. The two nodded and were led deeper inside.

On the way, they received worried glances from the navy personnel there, but it seemed less serious than in Mu, where they were regarded as rare creatures. They were led into a reception room, where three people were already waiting on the sofa.

The two stepped forward and shook hands while introducing themselves: "Stalin Roboknov, Russian Federation."

"Ikanovih Berchivka, a pleasure to meet you."

The three responded quickly: "John Paul, Vanguard Republic, welcome to you three."

"Willtros Truman, we hope this will be an interesting conversation."

"Henry Carol, we look forward to you providing the necessary information."

Stalin nodded, then took out the latest updated map from his documents. He spread it on the table and said, "This is our current world. We did it quite hastily, so it may be slightly off, but not significantly."

The three looked at it in disbelief. Mr. Paul skeptically asked Stalin, "You're not joking, are you?"

"Certainly, this is from satellite imagery, and it is entirely a product of science," Stalin asserted firmly.

"That sounds a bit hard to believe, doesn't it? I mean, creating a map from something called a satellite? Is there anything to verify it?" Truman inquired, but Ikanovih quickly took out a tablet and opened the map for them to see. The three were surprised by this device, a flat, glowing rectangle showing them the map of the entire world.

They scrolled through and analyzed it, then looked at the two, with Paul saying, "So, what revolution have you gone through?"

"What kind of question is that?" Stalin wondered, but it was answered immediately.

"We underwent a major industrial revolution in the 19th century, but currently, we are in the midst of a new technological revolution," Ikanovih replied, his eyes filled with pride. "We have developed many advanced technologies, including satellites and modern electronic devices."

"That's incredible," John Paul exclaimed, "But why are you here, in this situation? We can't understand."

Stalin looked directly into their eyes, "We are seeking cooperation. Our world has changed, and we need new allies to face current challenges."

"Allies?" Willtros Truman asked, "Are you talking about military or economic cooperation?"

"We are talking about both," Gagarin joined the conversation. "We believe that cooperation between nations can benefit all. We have technology, and you have resources. Let's build a better future together."

Henry Carol nodded, "That sounds reasonable. But we need more information about what you can provide and what you expect from us."

"We can offer advanced technology, military and economic support," Ikanovih said. "We can also share knowledge about science and technology, which you may not have."

"And we need support in resources and security," Gagarin added. "We are facing threats from other powers, and we need a strong alliance to protect our interests."

The three from the Vanguard Republic looked at each other, seemingly considering what had been said. "We will need time to think," John Paul said. "But we are very interested in learning more about what you can offer."

"We will provide all necessary information," Stalin said, "and hope that we can start a long-term cooperative relationship."

The conversation continued, with ideas and plans being discussed, while outside, the tense atmosphere of the meeting between two different civilizations gradually gave way to hope for a cooperative future.

"We understand that this cooperation is not just about economic interests," Ikanovih continued, "but also about building a solid foundation for peace and stability in the region."

Willtros Truman nodded, "Indeed, peace and stability are also very important to us," he said. "We do not want to see any conflicts arise, and we believe that cooperation can help prevent that."

Gagarin smiled, "We have learned that mutual understanding is key to building sustainable relationships. We need to understand each other's cultures, histories, and values."

Henry Carol added, "And we also need to ensure that this cooperation does not lead to mutual dependence. We want an equal relationship where both sides can grow."

"We completely agree," Ikanovih affirmed. "We do not want to create an unfair relationship. We want to build an alliance that both sides can benefit from."

"So, what will the next step be?" John Paul asked. "We need a specific plan to proceed."

"We will organize a conference to discuss cooperation areas in more detail," Gagarin proposed. "We can invite experts from both sides to find feasible solutions together."

"That sounds reasonable," Willtros Truman agreed. "We will prepare for the conference and ensure that all relevant parties are involved."

The discussion continued with more specific ideas and plans, while the atmosphere in the room gradually became more positive. Hope for a cooperative future was taking shape, and both sides felt they were on the right path to building a strong and sustainable relationship.

Papaldia Empire, Estaurant Capital, Diplomatic Office

The Papaldia Empire, one of the four most powerful superpowers in the world, alongside the Mu Federation, the Ostrogoth Holy See, and the Milishial Holy Empire, has formed the Four Pillars of Superpower. Each civilized region is shaped by the dominance of these nations. Papaldia, with its superior strength and undeniable status, has maintained a prosperous and unshakeable empire. An empire, with military and financial power, has forced all rivals to bow down and ultimately fall into swift demise, due to the great inventions that have created an immense source of power, painstakingly built.

Submitting to Papaldia can lead to development and prosperity. But daring to oppose will result in irreversible destruction. With such power, no one dares to challenge, until the emergence of the Russian Federation, a rising nation from the north.

Information about this nation, though vague and unclear, has been enough to draw attention. The trade transactions between Russia and other nations, though few, have raised questions. It seems that Russia has a rich resource mine yet to be fully exploited. This is why Papaldia, such a powerful empire, has lowered itself to engage and negotiate with a newly emerging nation, not part of its civilized region.

But the issue is not just simple trade; it is the dignity of Papaldia. Having to communicate with "barbarians" from outside the civilized area, Papaldia feels insulted. The majestic image of a superpower cannot be easily compromised. A nation like Papaldia should not have to lower itself, should not have to stand alongside those they consider inferior.

Right in the center of the Empire's diplomatic agency, a high-ranking figure is reviewing the vague information about Russia. There is only one clear feeling: distrust. He looks at the pile of reports before him, his face full of disdain. "This is considered a report? A barbaric nation in the north possesses steel ships and aircraft from civilized regions?" he mutters, his tone full of contempt.

The people standing beside him seem confused, but they still show respect for those remarks. "That is all we have gathered and has been filtered very carefully. The information has been quite chaotic and cannot be clearly verified. However, we can confirm that the Russian Federation is a vast nation with abundant resources."

The high-ranking figure raises an eyebrow, his expression serious. "Resources... How abundant?" he asks, his tone challenging.

"Although it is unclear, it can be asserted that it is enough to sustain such a vast territory," the assistant replies.

Silence fills the room as those words echo. The high-ranking figure ponders for a moment. A slight smile appears on his lips. "I will handle this myself. If they refuse, the outcome will be no different from usual."

"Understood," the assistant nods, ready.

As the figure leaves the room, he sinks back into thought. The image of Papaldia, bathed in the abundant resources from Russia, excites him. This will be an opportunity for his empire to assert its position more firmly than ever. Milishial will have to view them differently, and perhaps even propose cooperation. Economic development will be extraordinary, a major turning point in Papaldia's history.

As for diplomacy and politics, possessing these resources will help resolve all lingering issues easily and quickly. These optimistic thoughts lead him to imagine himself standing before the diplomats of Milishial and Mu, with a posture of superiority, haughty and full of power.

But then, like a jolt to his mind, he begins to worry. The sudden emergence of Russia, their rapid rise in power, cannot help but make him think of the covert support this nation might be receiving from some other force. And if viewed from another angle, it could very well be the Mu Federation – the name and organization of Russia clearly evoke some alliance or connection with them. If that is the case, then perhaps this is the pretext that Mu has created to provoke Papaldia.

Nevertheless, he remains confident in the strength of Papaldia. A nation that values peace over war will find it hard to be a rival. But once again, he scoffs. "After all, we will easily deal with these barbarians," he thinks to himself.
