The next day, Mr. Moseby called a conference for the Tipton staff to address Xander's arrival, his needs, and the agreement he'd reached with Henry. He spoke with Arwin (the engineer/handyman of the hotel), Esteban, Maddie, Muriel, and, of course, Carey. Arwin and Esteban are delighted he arrived and would like to see him (and for Esteban, see him again). Maddie sympathized with Xander and his conditions, but Mr. Moseby instructed everyone to treat him like any other guest at the hotel, even with the twins being with him. Muriel only hopes she doesn't have to clean up Xander's messes.

London, the daughter of Mr. Tipton, who owns every Tipton-owned product in the world (making him a filthy rich man) eventually noticed Xander and inquired about his wealth due to his mysterious look. London questioned Maddie about him, but she didn't think he was worth her time either way because Xander was middle-class.

After school, during a girls beauty pageant happening at the Tipton, Carey tried to make a time when Xander was alone, away from the twins. That proved to be rather straightforward because the twins were following a girl at the time, despite Xander's insistence that he is not interested in girls in that sense. Carey wants to chat with him in private.

Carey notices Xander's innocent, hazel eyes when they enter the twin's bedroom for optimum privacy, as the room is dark enough for him to remove them.

Carey, with Xander's permission, took out one of his Northshore USA V2 diapers out of his backpack. For a minute, she felt how thick and crinkly they were, wondering, "Is his wetting problem that bad?" She decided to return to the point with Xander. He was shy about it at first, but she reassured him that the people here know he can't help it.

She then led Xander into the huge and shiny bathroom, where Carey suggested putting a diaper pail to assist him. This comes at a significant cost, however. The twins need to be aware of Xander's uncontrollable habit. Xander was initially concerned, but after hearing Carey explain that it would be more beneficial in the long term, he agreed to tell them.

At a later time, all three boys are in the suite, with Zack attempting to remove makeup from Cody after using it as part of a girl disguise. After Carey returns to the suite, she decides to discuss the topic at hand. The twins initially laugh and mock Xander for it, pointing at him a few times. But, after Carey shouts at them for their inappropriate behavior, Xander rushes into the twin's bedroom and slams the door.

Carey gradually calms down and asks the two to think about what they just did and try to work with her on it. After that, the twins feel guilty about it, claiming that they are perpetuating the stereotype that only babies & the elderly use diapers.

When Carey knocks on their bedroom door to ask the twins to apologize, they see him sitting on the floor in the middle of the room, his sunglasses off, a pink face, and his pants, as well as the floor in front of him, slightly damp from crying. After the twins apologized and Xander forgave them, he revealed that the actual reason he came in was due to Carey's shouting. She sat on the floor beside him, apologizing multiple times and begging him to forgive her. Of course, Xander expressed his forgiveness.

The following day, before Maddie took the three boys to the park, Carey asked Xander to come into the bathroom with her to show him the Fanibell Akord diaper pail. She then showed how the pail works and said that she'll change it because of how used she is to it from the twins' younger days. Xander already knows how to change a trash bag, so he will handle it himself if Carey is unavailable.

During a diaper change, Carey gave Xander some privacy, and the twins and Maddie are curious about what it is. Carey just decided to say what it is with no subtlety whatsoever, saying it's for Xander to help get the embarrassment out of the way. Maddie mentions how adorable Xander looks in diapers, but Zack, who is fascinated with Maddie, considered taking some diapers for himself to garner her attention, which Carey swiftly opposed.
