Willis walked down the long crowdy hallway with an expressionless face, cause right at that moment he didn't really know what to feel. He couldn't tell if he felt annoyed at Natalia and Tina for doing what they did, or if he just felt like his whole world had ended because there was this slight possibility that Danny may never talk to him again.

Danny may never talk to me again, that was the thought that ran through his mind as he walked, oblivious to everything else, not even the loud noise all around could snap him out of it, until..."Willis."

He stops and turns at the call of his name, it was Natalia and Tina.

"Hey, are you ok?" He looks at the both of them, he knew they were here to make things right, and who was he kidding? He couldn't stay mad at them.

"Yeah, I am."

"Are you sure?" Tina asks with remorse written all over her face.

"I'm sure," Willis replies.

They are all quiet for sometime before Natalia continues, "We want to walk with you to class...if that's still ok."

Willis nods his head like he wasn't sure, but then they walk anyway.
None of them says a word to each other, the quietness was unusual because they were never like that, it was usually conversation all the way till they reached their destination.

Tina makes a face implying she couldn't take it anymore, she starts up the conversation first.
"Willis I'm sorry...we're sorry," he makes eye contact with her for the first time as they walked.

"You haven't talked to us ever since yesterday, and I'm just tired of it, tell us what to do...please."

Willis stops and turns to face them both, "You girls don't have to do anything, I'm not mad...just disappointed in myself for actually saying the things I said yesterday, "

"No, this was totally our fault, not yours, I mean...we taught of this stupid plan, then we dragged Mavis into it..."

"Wait, who's Mavis?"

"She's our roommate," Natalia answers.

"But putting that aside, we really fucked up Willis, and we're truly, truly sorry for that."

He looks at both of their faces, yep, they were really sorry, who was he not to forgive?.
"I forgive you girls."

At that statement, they both wrap him into a tight hug, "Yes!, thank you so much! we'll never take advantage of you again, we promise."

They both let him go.

"I'm just so happy you've forgiven us," Natalia lets out a breath of relief, but upon seeing that Willis's face wasn't quite back to normal yet, she places a hand on his shoulder.

"What if she never talks to me again?"

Tina gives him a warm smile, "I guess there's only one way to find out."

She turns him around slowly to reveal Danny walking past them on her own, with her books in her hands, and her handbag hanging on one of her shoulders.

Willis's face changes, "Tina no, I can't do this,"

"Yes you can," she gives him a slight push, "Go, catch up with her, we believe in you."

Those words seemed to have touched Willis like a charm because with that, he began running down the hall without looking back.
She was still in view, she hadn't gone far, no wonder he had the courage to start screaming her name, "Danny! Danny! please wait! Danny!"

She swiftly turns back, and upon seeing who it was, she looks forward again and picks up the pace.

"Danny please, I'm sorry!" he stops running as he catches up to her, walking by her side while trying to get her to listen.

"Danny, I didn't know it was you from yesterday."

"As you said Willis, that head of mine should really start telling me to only talk to those I know, oh wait, according to you I don't even have common sense, so who am I to think I have a head, right?"

"Danny, I'm the one here with no common sense here."

She stops. Willis is still for sometime before he gathers up the courage to move closer to her.
"Danny, I didn't think before I said the things I said...I'm sorry, I really am, if I could take it all back I would."

She slowly turns around to face him, she takes a moment before replying.
"Is that how you usually talk to people you don't know?"

"No, no, believe me...Danny...I'm sorry."

She searches his face with her eyes, and upon all the annoyance she felt right then, she could still see it, how much he wanted her forgiveness. Had he really come all the way just to apologize for the tiny mix up on the phone?  that means he must have been thinking of how to make things right all day, he must have been thinking of her all day.

"It's ok Willis,"
She says, trying to cover up her smile, the anger in her tone seemed to have melted away.

"It is? are you sure it is?"
Willis asks, trying to clarify what she had just said.

"Yes, I'm sure."

Right then he felt his negative thoughts all disappear as a smile slowly spreads across his face.
"Ok...thank you...thank you so much."

"No need for that...but still, I'm curious though, I still don't know how your number got in my bag."

"Umm...me neither, so I guess we'll never know,"
They both laugh.

"I guess we won't, but I'm still saving it though, you should save mine too...you know, to avoid any future mix-ups."

"Yeah, I already did yesterday."

"Alright, perfect."

"Ok!, listen up people!" A loud voice came from upstairs, it was a student too, some guy with a lot of girls clinging unto him.
He continues, "Party at my mansion this Saturday!, my parents are out on their fucking business trip so we have the place all to ourselves!, hope to see you guys tomorrow!"

Everyone applauds and cheers him on as he leaves the room.

Willis then turns back to Danny.
"Are you going?"

"Well I don't see why not, I mean Trevor always throws the best parties, I'm a living witness."

"Oh, I see."

She looks into his eyes and returns the question.
"And you?"

"Me? oh no, I don't think so, I don't even know the guy,"

"But I do, so you're coming, "

"What?"

She laughs at him, "You heard me, with all your friends, I'll text you the address."

Willis just stands speechlessly as he watches her walk away before whispering under his breath,
"Wow, she's so God damn perfect."
