Hey have you ever wondered if you can be afraid of your creations? The answer is yes absolutely.

I actually had a ridiculously hard time drawing Repose from memory which is not a thing you should do as an artist but at the same time I literally have almost a thousand characters and I can not mentally keep them straight at this point. She's labelled as "brawn" in one of the below pictures because she was actually only named a few months ago. I wanted a name that really got to the heart of who she was as a character, and the "re" implies her power, which is essentially that she can use her existing wounds to superpower her physical attacks, while "repose" as a whole word usually means a state of rest, but it also means to put your trust in someone. 

Repose put her trust in the wrong people.

Also for the record no repose is not her real name everyone in these books goes by a name that got assigned to them by their friends as a collective because that's how psychics clubs work. Adults have real code names but usually whatever you're assigned at a young age sticks.

Repose used to be one of them but when she broke up with Spoons he kicked her out which is kind of how the book starts, in a new year where the two of them will no longer be collaborating. Don't know if this information is down anywhere else but what happened is that she caught him cheating and him and his two other girlfriends were ok with this and Repose was not especially because a lot of their relationship was based on him stroking her developing ego and now it's clear the entire thing was a manipulation
