Song for the Day: Even in Death (Homestuck OST)

As creator of the Omnia universe, I have no idea if reapers are real or not. The first time I'd ever heard of them was when Pechi mentions them in Braver Than Our Demons, as the spirits who guide your mind from this world to the afterlife. It's always been ambiguous if Omnia even has an afterlife, given that two thirds of you lives on anyways, but many Omnians are very attached to the idea of their continued conscience in ADDITION to their continued "presence", in the same way we aren't suddenly assured of our own immortality when we have babies. That said, given that I know how the mind works, which would be a serious reveal in The Cities Have Fallen if it wasn't poorly executed and if anyone was paying attention (both of these criterion not being met), and it's... well, it's not a question anyone was asking, so the answer is unshocking. However, it's something to the effect of "this shouldn't really work. Your mind doesn't work like that." Still, I find myself determined in some way to validate Pechi, and the reapers themselves at least interest me.
