Irrelevant song! Truly, we are back in the swing of things. I apologize for my disappearance all February, I wasn't dead, and I was writing just as much as ever, if not more than ever, but things have been... stressful? I don't think that really covers it. Chaotic might be a better word. Senioritis hits like a brick, stay in school kids, all that. I'll probably post some other sappy introduction to all this out on my profile page, but what matters is that my birthday was two days ago and I am finally a legal adult. In spite of this, I'm where I've been since seventh grade, posting art of my characters for a solid dozen-or-so people on the internet. Seems a little dim when you put it that way, because for me it's never been anything less than a thrill. I hope that as long as I live, I never lose whatever animates me to do all this. Anyways, here is some birthday art, from me, to you, whenever your birthday is. Pocket it.

I have this whole metatextual thing where all my characters talk but as if the book-writing shenanigans are their jobs. All Omnia characters ever have at least a few months where they think they can dethrone Gale from the favorites spot but they are wrong even though Alexa is really really well designed (for me lmao). I imagine they hate each other. Most characters have wholesome inter-canon interactions (or you know, Red holding Genny on one of those child leashes, that too) but some of them just do not like each other at all and usually it's Gale being snide.
