MeowMeow422, even though you just started this book, it’s really good so far, I can’t wait for the next update and for me to keep up with the updates as well.

Cover:
This is such a good cover, I like that the expression on her face (Raven’s sister) of the cover, is the look of someone else who’s being through a lot in life and has lost a lot as well (not only has she lost her mum, but also her little brother who doesn’t even remember who she is). I also really like the font of the title as well, a little problem I have is that the ‘D’ of ‘ECLIPSED’ is a little bit cut off, I think you should move it a bit over to the left, this is just my opinion. Other than that I think this is a great cover.

Description:
This was really well written, it clearly explained the plot of the story without revealing too much and not boring the reader with too much information, there weren’t any mistakes at all, so you’ve done really well on this section of the review, good job!

Storyline:
The fact that you started off the story with a flashback, we’re straight away getting into the story, Raven has such a tragic backstory that I feel such sympathy for him, and I feel like even worse when he has flashbacks of seeing his mother dead, I can’t even imagine how distressing it is to see those images. I think this is a really promising storyline and that you made a good start , I would also like to add that I absolutely adore the use of emojis to signify when it’s a change of point of view or a flashback and I’m sorry to be so picky but could you also add in the words as well like for example "✨❇🌟 Max’s POV 🌟❇✨” and so on, this is just my opinion, sorry if it’s inconvenient. I can’t wait to get more into the story!!

Characters:
I think Raven is such a laidback person, I honestly like how he minds his own business, also same Raven same, I’m not that big a fan of durians I love the dynamic between Raven and Max, that’s what best friends are all about, I also love how they’ll defend each other as well. It’s so sad that even though Max loves all his sisters, his youngest sister hates him. Despite Raven’s mother and sister only making brief appearances you can tell that they care so much about each other that they’d do anything to keep each other safe, even sacrificing oneself to Dave the others. I really hope that further into the story, you also introduce the dad into the story as he’s only referred to by name. All in all these are great characters so far!

Grammar/Spelling:
I like that you use such a wide range of different punctuations for example semicolons instead of always using a conjunction. I couldn’t find any mistakes at all, you’ve clearly worked hard on your story, so really well done!!

Engagement of the reader:
This is such a good storyline so far, it has such a interesting plot, I can’t wait to read more of it, I’m really excited about this. I’ll be waiting patiently for the updates! So keep em coming writer!
