Lời giới thiệuBên cạnh các thể loại sách như: tiểu thuyết, truyện dài, truyện vừa thì truyện ngắn cũng là một thể loại được công chúng ưa chuộng và yêu thích. Để đáp ứng nhu cầu của đông đảo độc giả, nhà đạo diễn điện ảnh người Anh mang quốc tịch Mỹ Alfred Hitchcock (1899 - 1980) đã sưu tầm những truyện ngắn của nhiều tác giả và cho in thành sách Hitchcock magazine, chia nó thành nhiều tập với những tựa đề khác nhau. Nhưng ông mới chỉ tuyển chọn và cho xuất bản được hai tập thì mất. Hai cuốn sách đó là: Những chuyện kinh dị (Histoires angoissantes) in năm 1961 tập hợp được ba truyện ngắn: Kẻ đội lốt; Hai chàng thợ săn và một cô gái; Chiếc hộp bí mật. Năm 1974, Alfred Hitchcock cho xuất bản cuốn Histoires troublantes (Những chuyện gây bối rối) gồm những truyện: Một vạn đô la; Được ăn cả, ngã về không; Tiếng còi trong sương đêm. Sáu năm sau khi ông mất - năm 1986, Nhà xuất bản Librairie Generale Francaise- Paris làm tiếp công việc còn dang dở của Hitchcock, cho in ấn cuốn sách Những chuyện về những tiếng khóc và những vòng hoa (Histoires avec pleurs et couronnes) gồm hai truyện: Không thương tiếc; Hai cái chết. Năm 1988 Nhà xuất bản Librairie Generale Francaise - Paris tiếp tục in tập sách cuối cùng mà ông đã tuyển chọn: Những chuyện về cái chết và hài hước (Histoires de mort et dfhumour) bao gồm: Không có cánh bay; Bà góa Ephese; Nhân chứng có ba bộ mặt; Cây cầu bằng thủy tinh.Và năm 2004, dịch giả Trần Văn Bình đã tập hợp toàn bộ bốn tập trên lại thành một cuốn sách, lấy tên là: Nhân chứng có ba bộ mặt.Cuốn sách là một tập truyện gồm mười hai truy…

What are the two main categories of skin lesions? There are more than 1400 skin diseases. Yet, only 30 are important, common, and worth knowing. The first step toward their recognition is the separation of primary from secondary lesions (Table 3-1). • Primary lesions result only from disease and have not been changed by additional events (such as trauma, scratching, or medical treatment; see Table 3-1). To better identity primary lesions, pay attention to their colors, shape, arrangement, and distribution. • Secondary lesions instead have been altered by outside manipulation, medical treatment, or their own natural course. 2. What are the major primary lesions? • Hanel's: Flat, nonpalpable, circumscribed areas of discoloration cm in diameter. Typical macules are the familiar freckles. • Patches: flat, nonpalpable areas of skin discoloration >0.5 cm in diameter (i.e., a large macula).
