Today, I want to tell you about Cat Ba archipelago.

Cat Ba archipelago includes 367 islands and Cat Ba island is in the South of Ha Long bay. It’s far from the centre of HP city about 30 kilometers and from HL city about 25kms.

On the main island, we have a tropical forest. It’s one of the biggest forests in Vietnam and about 2 hectares area. Cat Ba forest became a national garden on 23/05/1983.

Moreover, there are 20 animals, 69 birds, 20 reptiles and amphibians in forest. Many of them are in risk of extinction.

Besides, Cat Ba archipelago has mangrove ecosystems, limestone, lakes, undergrounded streams, especially, we can treat rheumatoid arthritis by spas in here.
