Hey lovelies! So this is my second graphics book. Hopefully will be more organized then the last one lol. I like to thank you all for supporting me cause without y'all I wouldn't have kept making covers!

Time for the rules and forms! Let's get started shall we?

RULES:
1| I will take requests for books in another language as long as the form is in English

2| Please be patient. I've had problems with this in the past, so please be patient. Most of you are sweet and understand so I hopefully won't have a problem. But some days I may be busy and some Graphics take longer and I'm so sorry for that. I hate making graphics when I'm stressed cause they turn out terrible.. But I promise your covers won't be late by a month or some ridiculous thing like that.

3| I do have links to graphics so after you see your cover please pm me and I will send you a link to it.

4| If you decide you aren't making your book please pm me so I can work on others graphics instead.

5| if you have a style picked out for your cover please tell me such as collage, minimalist, etc.

6| no payment is required except credit. I work hard on my graphics and something little like "this cover/or banner was made by peeta_4_ever" would be appreciated. Also when submitting your form please comment your favorite animal so I know you read all the rules. If not I will kindly as that you read the rules again.

7| please only comment your forms here or pm me them if you'd like.

Now that that's done, onto the request forms:

Covers:

Title:

Subtitle: (optional)

Author: ( I only need this if you want something different then your username. For example, if your username is "@alyssaisafreak"
(Great username, Ik XD.) but you want the author to be "alyssa kat," please fill this part out to let me know.)

Mood: (what mood do you want the cover to give off: happy, sad, creepy, etc.)

Genre: ( romance, fantasy, etc.)

Brief summary: ( doesn't have to be long, just enough so I get and idea please.)

Extra details: (specific things you want on the cover like celebrities and stuff like that. Basically anything that didn't fit in the categories already listed.)

Banners:

Title: ( only if the title of the book is wanted on the banner. Otherwise it's optional.)

Quote: (again optional depends on what you want in the banner.)

Face claims: (if you want a certain person on the banner please tell me here. Also optional if you have no face claim. That being said, if you want a person on the banner, please tell me "put a boy on the banner" or "put a girl and a blonde boy on the banner" something along those lines if a person is wanted on the banner.)

Mood: (what mood do you want the banner to give off: happy, sad, creepy, etc.)

Extra details: (specific things you want on the banner like celebrities and stuff like that. Basically anything that didn't fit in the categories already listed.)

Book jackets:

Title:

Sticker:

Username/initials: (whichever you would like)

Background: (image image you'd like on the sticker.

Shape: (circle, square,etc.)

Extra: (anything else you'd like to add to your sticker.)

Sashes:
Text: (what you'd like your sash to say)

Picture: (what would you like the background or color of your sash to be. Flowers, shapes, pink, green, etc.)

Header:

Image: (what would you like on your header. Roses, leaves, etc. (if you'd like a header that will match your icon let me know.)

Color scheme: (pink, blue, pastels,etc.)
