MIAH GRUNTS in pain holding onto Lydia's bloodied wound taking in some of her pain.

While ignoring her own hearing the station doors slam open noticing Scott, Isaac, Stiles and Theo all rushing into the police station seeing the chaos happening inside.

Noticing the trail of blood leading into Sheriff Stilinski's office, Scott looks around the desks seeing Deputy Clark helping Stilinski stand from being paralysed previously.

Scott and Isaac don't hesitate in rushing towards the man helping him stand.

Stiles looks into his father's office where Lydia is lying with Miah's hands covered in her blood.

"Belt. Now!" Miah exclaims looking at Theo rushing past the shocked male handing Miah the belt from his pants knowing what she needs to do to stop the bleeding.

"You're hurt too." Theo states taking note of Miah's wound as well, "I'm fine. Lydia on the other hand isn't... she's my priority at the moment." Miah explains looking at her old friend seeing him nodding in upstanding.

Natalie steps foot in the doorway seeing her daughter and niece injured while Miah ignores the burning wound on her own body.

"She's gonna be fine, Aunt Nat." Miah voices seeing the woman looking at both of them fearfully.

Scott also looks into the office inhaling the strong blood smell noticing Miah's also injured but shaking her head at him not to make a big deal out of nothing.

Isaac looks around the station seeing droplets of blood leading into the basement.

"Stiles. Stiles. Stiles, come on." Scott voices looking at the same thing Isaac is while sighing in relief hearing the ambulance sirens coming closer to the station.

"It's okay. She's alright." Theo says nodding at the worried male in the doorway while Miah exhales in relief seeing the bleeding has stopped.

Natalie looks at her gesturing to her wound as well seeing Theo already placing a gauze on her side.

"Tracy, Stiles. I'm fine. Help Tracy... find Tracy. Go!" Lydia demands nodding at the boy weakly.

"Go. I'm not leaving her. Don't worry." Miah states promising Stiles who nods, "Come on, Stiles." Scott and Isaac demand lowly.

Scott nods at Miah silently asking how she's doing, Stiles eventually gives in and follows behind Scott and Isaac towards the basement.

THE PARAMEDICS demand that Miah sits in the back of the ambulance alongside Lydia and Natalie to treat her wound, after the wound is treated properly.

Miah sits forwards on her seat grabbing a hold of Lydia's hand taking more of her pain also not caring about her aunt seeing the black veins running up her arms.

Eventually, Lydia is wheeled inside and thankfully immediately taken towards the operating room thanks to Melissa who was aware of the brutal attack already.

"You're going to be okay, sweetheart." Natalie says worriedly, Lydia groans looking at Miah and then towards her mother on the opposite side of her walking beside the hospital bed.

"Mom... you can't say anything about what you saw. You can't..." Lydia weakly mumbles.

"All I saw was some lunatic girl trying to kill everyone. You're going to be fine." Natalie responds firmly.

"You can't tell anyone. You just can't..." Lydia demands feeling drowsy due to the medication they're giving her.

"You're gonna be fine. Miah and I gonna be waiting for you once your surgery is done." Natalie states seeing Lydia nod getting taken into the elevator onto the operating floor leaving Miah and Natalie standing in the hospitals hallway exhaling shakily.

"I'm gonna go call my dad. He should be here... and then I'll go talk to Scott. I'll be back." Miah explains hugging her aunty.

Eventually walking off towards the waiting room where the others are currently discussing what Liam found in the woods.

Scott notices Miah walking towards him on the phone, "I'll see you soon." Miah confirms ending the call and looking up hearing rushed footsteps running towards her.

Scott immediately wraps his arms around her waist breathing in her scent.

"Thank god. You're okay, baby." Scott says sucking in a deep breath, "I am. And so is the wound," Miah responds gesturing to her covered wound already knowing it's healed.

"My dad's on his way with Mack and River." Miah states receiving a nod from her boyfriend who looks around thinking about meeting Miah's first love suddenly feeling threatened.

Miah tilts her head feeling the anger and jealousy radiating off him and grabs ahold of his hand tightly.

"Stiles." Melissa calls out capturing everyone's attention, "How bad is it?" Stiles questions.

"Could have been worse," Melissa responds looking from Miah to Theo.

"Miah, Theo... nice going on that tourniquet. You probably saved her life." Melissa states.

"It was Miah's idea. I just went along with it." Theo responds looking at the blonde standing beside her boyfriend and best friend.

"All right. She's about to go into surgery... so it's going to be a while. Any other supernatural details that I need to know about? Or do we just stitch her up and hope for the best?" Melissa quizzes.

"It was the tail." Miah and Kira simultaneously say, "Yeah. Tracy cut her with the tail. If that makes a difference." Scott explains looking at his mother and holding onto Miah's hand still.

"Okay." Melissa responds with a nod walking off towards the operating room.

"But it wasn't just Tracy. There were the others. The guys in the masks." Malia states anxiously.

Miah frowns noticing the looks Scott and Stiles are sending one another not believing Malia's story.

"I believe you Mal." Miah states, "Me too." Isaac states nodding at the traumatised girl.

Miah looks towards the staircase hearing voices calling out to her from the elevator seeing her dad, Mack and River exiting the said elevator with mutual panicked looks on their faces.

"Dad!" Miah exclaims rushing into the mans arms just wanting some of her father's comfort right now before hugging Mack and smiling at River in a greeting.

Miah then sits them down and explains what happened in more detail then on the phone call before shocking the three of them.

Scott walks over to the little family minus River placing a gentle hand on Miah's shoulder getting her attention.

"She's gonna be in surgery for a while. My mom suggested we all go home for a while. You wanna join me?" Scott questions.

"Of course." Miah responds pecking Scott's lips passionately knowing his a little jealous of River and her friendship.

Scott smirks seeing River's uncomfortable posture on the chair looking everywhere but the couple sharing their moment.

Miah quickly says her goodbyes to her father, Mack and River who decide to stay at the hospital for a while to support Natalie.

Miah drops Isaac home and drives over to Scott's house meeting him in the driveway.

Scott and Miah walk into the dark house together knowing Melissa will be at the hospital for a while since she's in the operating room alongside the doctors treating Lydia.

Miah walks further into the kitchen towards the sink shakily looking at her hands that are still covered in Lydia's blood.

Scott gently takes a hold of her hands lacing them together with his kissing her forehead gently.

"I nearly lost you... again." Scott whispers feeling vulnerable with the girl he loves.

Miah looks up at him meeting his sparkling tear-filled eyes and placing her lips delicately on his sharing a slow and passionate kiss with her boyfriend.

"Sorry to interrupt." Deaton states walking into the kitchen making the couple pull away from one another.

Deaton places a bag on the table grabbing a jar out of it, "A werewolf with the talons of an eagle. Possibly a shapeshifter known in Eastern mythology as a Garuda," Deaton utters placing the jar of werewolf claws on the table grabbing another jar from the bag.

"Tracy's claws. The unmistakable claws of a werewolf. But, a werewolf who also bears the venom and the scales of a Kanima." Deaton explains grabbing another jar containing the scales of the creature.

Miah sits at Scott's kitchen table looking at the objects shocked, "What do you even call that?" Miah wonders looking at the man.

"Personally... I call it terrifying. But, at the moment, I'm more interested in how Tracy was able to get across the mountain ash." Deaton states looking at the blonde mage hybrid.

"I thought nothing supernatural can do that. Except maybe me?" Miah questions looking at the veterinarian.

"As did I. Although yes... since you've got a couple supernatural powers inside of you, Miah. You'd be able to get past the ash," Deaton explains seeing Miah look up ay Scott shocked at the news.

"So, if Tracy was able to cross the mountain ash and no one supernatural can do that." Deaton mumbles, "Tracy's not a supernatural." Scott realises looking at the man who mentors him.

"Exactly. If she wasn't born... and she wasn't bitten. She had to have been made." Deaton responds, "Made?" Miah questions alarmed.

"Someone is trying to make supernatural creatures with non-supernatural means. And, whoever they are. They're somehow managing to blur the lines between science and the supernatural." Deaton explains.

"But there's more. Liam said he found another hole out in the woods." Scott says.

"Burying them could be a part of their process. A kind of incubation." Deaton responds.

"What are we supposed to do?" Miah asks, "Same thing you've always done. Protect your friends. Protect each other." Deaton utters looking at the couple motioning to both of them.

"So... what about someone like Tracy?" Scott quizzes, "I wish I could tell you. Hopefully, I'll have more answers soon. I'll be gone a few days." Deaton states looking at Scott.

"You're leaving?" Scott wonders, "Just a few days." Deaton confirms, "How scared should we be?" Miah questions looking at the man who looks at her worriedly.

"I've lived in the world of the supernatural a long time. But I'm still a doctor... still a man of science. Something like this happens? It rattles the foundation of everything you believe. Something like this shakes you to the core." Deaton utters.

"Something like what?" Scott frowns confused, "The rules. The rules have changed. And Miah, sweetheart. I fear you being someone who's incredibly powerful... you might end being a target. So be careful okay?" Deaton demands looking at the blonde who looks at him frightened.

Eventually Deaton leaves the McCall household leaving a shocked and scared Miah and Scott inside.

After a while of silence shared between the two the couple go upstairs and shower hoping to sleep off the chaos of the day they just experienced.

Scott sleeps─ more so tosses and turns while Miah stares at the Scott's bedroom ceiling feeling weird flutters in her gut just knowing that something or someone bad is coming for them.

THE NEXT morning, Miah walks into Lydia's hospital room seeing Jordan watching something on the television.

"Making yourself comfortable?" Miah wonders with a smile, "You know me." Jordan chuckles in response.

Lydia wakes up turning and facing her cousin and the deputy, she smiles at Miah knowing she wouldn't break a promise ever and looks at Jordan shocked.

"Hi Memi. Jordan, what are you doing here?" Lydia groggily questions.

"Officially, I'm here to gather eyewitness testimony. Unofficially, I'm trying to find something to watch. But the only thing that comes in is this kung-fu movie. You like kung-fu movies?" Jordan questions facing the television screen.

While Miah also looks at the small box hanging on the wall, "Do you know how to do that?" Lydia quizzes.

"I know a little ju-jitsu. In the Army, they taught us CQC. Close quarters combat." Jordan explains.

"Can you teach me?" Lydia wonders quietly, Miah turns around shocked hearing that her cousin wants to learn ju-jitsu.

"You want to learn ju-jitsu? Hand-to-hand?" Miah asks shocked, "I want to learn how to fight. So Jordan... can you teach me?" Lydia questions seeing Miah smiling seeing Jordan already looking at her.

"Yeah. I can teach you. On one condition. Miah joins our training sessions." Jordan demands.

Lydia looks at Miah almost begging her with her eyes alone, "Fine.
Fine! I'll join the training sessions. Kinda looking forward to kicking your ass anyways." Miah smirks looking at Jordan who chuckles in response.

Miah audibly groans reading a text message from Isaac—stating that he is in the parking lot waiting for to attend school.

"I've gotta go to school. Talk later, okay Lyds?" Miah states seeing Lydia nodding at her.

"Goodbye Jordan." Miah utters flipping him off playfully, "Goodbye, devil woman." Jordan taunts with a wink.

Miah shoves him and walks out of Lydia's hospital room downstairs and climbing into her vehicle that Isaac's driving.

"One. Why are you driving my car? And two. Why the fuck are you driving my goddamn car?" Miah exclaims.

"Joel told me I could because he loves me more." Isaac smirks seeing Miah glaring at him driving.

"You could've at least asked me." Miah shrugs, "Would have you said yes?" Isaac questions.

"Nope. Because it's my car!" Miah responds loudly, "Exactly! Now be quiet. I'm focusing on the road." Isaac mutters parking Miah's vehicle in a parking spot beside Stiles's jeep.

"Keys. Now!" Miah demands holding her hand out wanting her keys of the male werewolf who scoffs placing the keys in her hand.

"Thanks Ike!" Miah exclaims skipping into the school, "God damn. She really is the devil. When she wants to be." Isaac chuckles to himself seeing her jumping onto Scott's back startling him.

"Have no fear... your girl is here." Miah states hearing Scott laugh and nod agreeing with her statement carrying her into their first class together seeing Kira smiling at their cuteness.

Miah sits at the desk beside Scott watching while Mrs Finch writes on the whiteboard.

"If 99.9 percent of our DNA sequence is the same as other humans. What could account for the missing 0.1 percent difference?" Mrs Finch questions looking around the classroom.

"Theo?" said woman mutters picking someone out of the first couple rows.

Theo looks up shocked at the sudden attention on himself, "Um... nucleotides." Theo responds, "That's right." Mrs Finch utters.

Kira raises her arm in the air motioning over to her since she has a question, "Yes, Kira?" Mrs Finch wonders.

"Can there be more than one species in the same DNA?" Kira quizzes curiously.

"No. But there can be multiple sets of DNA in the same individual. We call that a Chimera. Anyone know where that term comes from?" Mrs Finch explains before asking the last bit in a question.

"Greek mythology." Miah whispers knowing the answer while Sydney─ another classmate raises her hand, "Sydney?" Mrs Finch voices.

"Greek mythology. It's a lion with a goat coming out of its back and a tail that ends in the head of a snake." Sydney explains almost reading most of the wikipedia explanation from her phone.

"That's right, Sydney. Do you want to read us the full wikipedia entry off your phone?" Mrs Finch taunts.

Scott writes down a few notes in his notebook, "But... that does get us into the next topic of mutation, as you know from the reading. DNA is a fragile molecule, isn't it, Scott? Or, did you miss last night's assigned reading?" Mrs Finch mocks in annoyance.

"Kind of." Scott responds in a mumble, "Kind of... or yes?" Mrs Finch questions, "Mostly yes." Scott states.

"Well, then thank you for another helpful transition in topic. Drop forms. All those now acutely aware that they do not belong in this class. You should fill one out. The rest will be on my desk." Mrs Finch states walking around the classroom placing forms on certain students desks shocking them while the bells rings motioning to the next classes.

Miah packs up her stuff looking at Theo who's already looking at her with his head tilted.

The blonde mage hybrid sighs seeing Scott looking at the drop forms on the teachers desk and grabbing one walking out of the classroom.

"You're not dropping baby. You're smart!" Miah states catching up with the male who sighs.

"Obviously Mrs Finch doesn't agree." Scott responds, "Screw Mrs Finch. She's a bitch." Miah shrugs.

"I agree with Miah. Mrs M is a bitch." Isaac states joining the couple in-front of Miah's locker.

"See! I'm not the only one who thinks it." Miah states gesturing the Lahey male who smirks.

Scott frowns seeing the two of the agreeing on something like the old days when they dated one another.

MIAH FLIPS through pages of her text-book while Scott stands beside her with Isaac on the opposite side of the table staring into the textbook in boredom.

"Did you get in to see Lydia?" Scott questions seeing Stiles, Kira and Malia walking up the staircase of the library.

"No. I tried using my free period. But she's still in the ICU... and no one outside family is allowed in. Is she okay Mims?" Stiles questions looking at Miah.

"She was this morning. Jordan... sorry, Parrish is there with her." Miah explains seeing Stiles nod in response.

"We got one thing." Malia states placing the large thick book opening the title page of the bestiary flipping through the pages.

"Anything in here about half-werewolves, half-kanimas?" Kira questions, "The Chimera." Scott mumbles looking at the book.

"Um. What?" Stiles asks unsure, "Chimera. It's a creature made of incongruous parts and if Liam said he found two burial sites. It means Tracy's not the only one." Scott explains.

"Who's the second Chimera?" Kira wonders looking around the table of friends, "And why would they bury them?" Isaac quizzes.

"Deaton thinks it's part of their process." Scott responds, "The people in masks." Malia murmurs still anxious over seeing the people in masks kill Tracy last night.

Scott and the others leave the high school after the school day ends leaving Miah, Malia and Stiles studying in the school's library.

Miah frowns looking at the bestiary pages realising something, "Hey Mal. I'm gonna take off." Miah states packing up her belongings and walking outside looking at her phone seeing Malia leaving the library as well rushing off somewhere else.

Miah quickly climbs on the back of Scott's motorcycle since they have to be at the hospital soon considering Melissa asked Scott and Miah to come due to a patient being in absolute agony.

Scott and Miah step out of the elevator meeting Melissa in the hallway hearing the kid screaming from down the hallway.

"This way. He came in about forty-five minutes ago." Melissa explains while leading the two of the towards the patients room.

"Melissa." Dr Geyer states walking closer to the woman, "Yeah." Melissa responds.

"I'm gonna find an anesthesiologist covering acute pain." Dr Geyer states.

"See what you can do." Melissa confirms still leading Scott and Miah closer to the room.

Dr Geyer rushes off into another direction while the kids screams get louder alarming Miah and Scott.

"Mom... what's happening to him?" Scott questions, "It's the pain. Nothing's working. We've already pumped him full of morphine." Melissa sympathetically responds.

"Can't they do anything to help him?" Miah frowns, "We can put him in a medically-induced coma. It's how we help burn victims deal with the pain." Melissa responds looking at the blonde mage hybrid.

"Let me see if I can help." Scott responds lowly walking into the room where the boy is thrashing in his hospital bed due to the pain.

"Please... make it stop. Please. Make it stop." the kid begs looking at the true alpha and fairy of destruction and chaos.

Scott grabs a hold of the kids arm immediately making black veins run up his arms.

Miah looks at her boyfriend alarmed seeing him groaning, "Baby. Scott! Let go. Let go of him!" Miah demands pulling Scott and the boys arm apart using her strong abilities looking at Scott panting beside her worriedly.

"I'm okay," Scott confirms seeing Miah helping him stand correctly, "Let me see it. Let me see his arm." Scott demands lowly.

Melissa takes the gauze away from the kids arms revealing the wound, "Oh my god." Miah mutters covering her mouth stunned.

"What is that?" Scott quizzes, "The lab says scorpion venom." Melissa responds, "Scorpion?" Scott and Miah simultaneously ask.

"I know. But that's not the weirdest part. Because a sting this bad means that he should have been dead ten hours ago... and the scorpion that stung him would have been ten feet tall." Melissa states shocking Miah and Scott.

"Please tell me that doesn't mean there's a giant scorpion running around Beacon Hills." Miah mumbles horrified.

"Lucas. It was Lucas." the kid tiredly reveals looking at Scott and Miah who share a look.

Miah steps out of the room holding onto her head suddenly feeling incredibly dizzy and hearing electricity in the distance looking down the hallway confused.

Quickly returning back inside shoving her hands in her hoodies pockets since her chaos magic is flowing through her veins at the moment confusing her─ due to her lack of control over them.

"Hey, Corey. What Lucas did to you? He's gonna do it to someone else. And it's gonna be much worse." Scott gently suggests looking at the exhausted Corey laid in the bed.

"We need to know what happened." Miah says standing beside Scott, "I don't really know. He's never been like that before." Corey responds sitting up.

"Like what?" Scott questions, "Aggressive. We were taking it slow. But it wasn't me. He was the shy one. Then, we're hanging out today... and it's like he was a different person." Corey explains.

"Like, different how?" Scott quizzes, "Like, super confident. We were just kissing... and then I felt this sharp sting on my arm. And─ and then I looked up at him and I swear... his eyes turned black." Corey states shocking Miah.

"You mean totally black?" Miah questions alarmed, "The whole eye. But it was only for a second and then he said 'sorry'. That he'll see me at the club tonight... and then he just left and then a few minutes later. I'm in the worst pain of my life." Corey states.

"Hold on. You said 'club'. What club?" Miah asks panicked due to receiving a message from Liam twenty minutes ago that he was going out with Mason for the night at some club.

"Every Friday night. Sinema." Corey states, Scott looks at Miah hearing her suck in a large inhale before looking at him.

"Liam's there!" Miah exclaims rushing out of the hospital room with Scott directly behind her quickly trying to get to the club before someone is severely injured.

Miah texts Isaac and Kira to meet them at Sinema immediately due to Liam and others being in danger.

Isaac responds almost immediately alongside Kira letting her know they'll meet her there.

Miah nervously looks around on the back of Scott's motorcycle while holding onto him praying that her powers don't lose control and hurt him.

Miah spots Kira and Isaac and immediately fills them in on what happened at the hospital and about the chimera they're trying to find here without injuring anyone in the process.

"A kid turning into a half-scorpion, half-werewolf? Is there even a myth for that?" Kira questions alarmed.

"Sumerian. I remember something about it in the Bestiary." Scott responds opening the back door of the club letting the four of them inside which makes the bell immediately blare shocking them.

Miah sends a ball of chaos magic towards the bell stopping it immediately receiving proud smiles off Isaac and Kira.

"God. I love you." Scott firmly states, "Aw, I love you too. Now come on!" Miah smirks rushing inside the club where the party goers are on the dance floor looking around for any threats hearing growls coming from the back area.

Miah rushes into the back area seeing a teen─ Lucas scratching Brett's torso with his claws.

Miah transforms into her were-coyote human form along with forming a ball of chaos magic and sending it towards the boy making him fall onto the ground startled.

"Are you alright?" Miah shouts over the loud music making sure Brett is okay since Liam's taken over and holding Lucas off from hurting anyone else.

Isaac, Scott and Kira come through the side door seeing Lucas on-top of Liam, "You're a little late!" Liam shouts seeing their arrival.

Before seeing a ball of magic forcing Lucas away and off him seeing Miah glaring at the were-scorpion.

Isaac and Scott launch themselves at the creature being knocked onto the floor almost immediately seeing the glow coming from Miah's figure sending bolts of chaos magic towards the male with a haunting scowl on her face seeing the way her piercing blue eyes are slowly fading into a dark purple.

Scott gasps remembering months ago when he faked his death with the help of his girlfriend, the nightmare that was replaying on a constant loop and Miah's powers being the one thing he couldn't beat when she's at her full potential.

Kira moves side to side with her katana using her fighting abilities while also noticing the way Miah's supernatural side is getting stronger.

Mason holds Brett's wounded torso while the fighting occurs around them, "What the hell is that thing?" Brett mutters.

Miah sends another ball of chaos magic towards Lucas sending him harshly into the ground.

Scott looks between Miah and Kira noticing Miah snapping out of it for now before looking at Kira now in her kitsunes orange glowing form thrashing her katana in the air.

"Watashi wa shi no shisha da!" Kira chants forcing on katana towards the ground immediately feeling the sudden pull of her human self coming back.

"Kira!" Miah shouts sending a ball of her magic interrupting the chant making Kira's orange glow calm down.

"Is everyone okay?" Scott shouts looking around at everyone seeing Miah looking at Brett's wound taking the pain away and muttering a healing spell under her breath to heal the now closing wound.

"We need to get him out of here. Liam. Give me a hand." Scott orders seeing Liam nod and go to help lift Lucas off the club's floor.

Scott and Liam suddenly jump out of the way when an arrow snaps out of his chest immediately killing Lucas.

Miah looks up at the guys in mask feeling a chill run down her back at the sight of them.

"Why did you do that?" Scott questions with a shout, "His condition was terminal." one of the guys respond in a robotic voice making Miah gasp and look up at the familiar electric noise and voice.

"What does that mean? What does that mean?" Scott shouts angrily, "Failure." the same guy responds disappearing into thin air as one of the lights above them explode.

Miah gasps covering her head from the sparks falling over Brett, Mason and herself sharing a nervous look with her boyfriend at what they just witnessed ignoring the pulling inside of her wanting to find out more about her sudden loss of control.

MIAH RETURNS home to her apartment seeing River asleep on the couch with his laptop placed on his lap.

Miah chuckles closing the laptop and pulling one of the throw blankets over the male who stirs making himself more comfortable.

Miah walks into the kitchen grabbing a water bottle for herself before walking into her bedroom looking at herself in the mirror in her ensuite bathroom with a tilt seeing the way her palms are glowing with her chaos magics residue.

Miah showers thinking about how Scott suggested that she go home and not join him with going to the hospital with Lucas's body noticing the look of fear flashing in Scott's eyes while he was looking at her.

Stepping out of the shower Miah groans grabbing a hold of her head feeling the same dizziness as earlier coming over her dropping to her knees in her bathroom releasing a silent wailing cry before collapsing on her tiled bathroom floor.
