THEO'S POV

I was currently in an interrogating room and in front of me sat Devonte's daughter and her bodyguard whom I had once knocked out.

They were tied to the chair they were sitting on and struggled against it.

"Lily it seems you mean nothing to your father" I shrugged waving the gun in my hand.

"So why should I keep you here, you're wasting my resources" I said placing the gun on her skull and she screamed into the cloth that gagged her.

Her bodyguard began to move violently towards her wanting to protect her and it made me laugh out loud.

"It seems your bodyguard doesn't want you dead" I said and she shut her eyes as I pressed the gun deeper making sure its shape made an imprint on her head.

The way the bodyguard struggled against the chair was getting on my nerves.

"You want to take her place?" I asked and he nodded rapidly nodding towards Lily then shaking his head and I smirked.

"He wants to take your place shall we grant him his wish?" I asked Lily who just cried and shook her head.

I shot at the wall making both of them jump before laughing.

"Just kidding" I said and shot her bodyguard in the head and he fell backwards with the chair.

"One dummy gone!" I cheered placing the gun back on her head and she screamed and struggled harder than before.

"Master Theo, your father said you shouldn't kill the girl" one of my men in the room said and I glared at him and he moved back into position shutting up.

I sighed

"Why won't your father come for you, dear Lily?" I asked tapping the tip of the gun against her skull which I was itching to place a bullet in it.

"Get a camera, we're sending a video to Devonte" I said.

Father had said he wanted Devonte dead by the end of the week after we had kidnapped his daughter. To do that, we had to lure Devonte here.

I had thought he would come after his daughter became missing but it seemed I overestimated him.

I groaned thinking of my father. All he did was sit beside his fancy desk and make orders.

Soon one of my men returned with a camera and I pulled out the cloth that blocked Lily's mouth making her cries more evident.

I just wanted to be done with this

"Don't say anything stupid or I swear I'll plant a bullet in that pretty head of yours" I warned.

"Just tell him you were kidnapped by people you don't know and you're scared they'll kill you. Got it?" I asked.

"Yes" she said nodding vigorously.

I snapped at one of my men and he started the vide.

"Hey Dad, have you missed me?" She cried.

"I was kidnapped but I don't know who these people are and I'm scared they'll kill me" she cried louder.

"Please Dad I don't want to die, but I don't want you to die either so don't come over, they are using me to lure you here" she began ranting useless things and I waved to my man to stop the video and walked over to her.

"Why choose to be stupid?" I asked.

"You'll never get away alive" she spat.

"I wonder where this confidence is coming from" I sighed.

"That video can be easily edited and your unnecessary words go bye bye" I said and she whispered a no making me laugh.

"See why it was stupid, you defiled my order and your warnings won't even reach your dad!" I laughed avidly before shooting her in the thigh.

She screamed out in pain and cried and three of my men rushed forward to block her.

"The boss said not to kill her" they warned while Lily screamed bloody murder.

"I ought to put a bullet in each of your heads" I scoffed.

"Get her treated, and get rid of that body" I said pointing to the bodyguard on the floor.

As soon as I left the room, I heard clapping and looked up to find my dad sitting in the connecting room.

"Well done" he smiled.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"You refused to see me" he stated.

"And?" I asked making him smile more.

"As much as I love this new you, know your place" he warned.

"I never got news of the other Anderson brother's death" he said and I clenched my jaw.

"He escaped" I replied looking elsewhere.

"That's unfortunate, who did you send to carry out the operation?" He asked.

"It doesn't matter" I shrugged.

"You're protecting a failure?" He asked but I didn't respond.

"Don't worry I'll find out either way" he smiled.

"You've been very busy all week, with work and school, I think you should take a break" he said and I looked up.

"Really?" I asked and he nodded.

"I'll give you one week off your duties, now go home and rest" he said and I gave a little smile before leaving.

It didn't take long before I arrived home to find my mum screaming at my sister.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"She's pregnant!" My mum shouted and I scoffed with a laugh.

"Don't be so surprised mum, she's never home" I shrugged and Paige glared at me.

I went upstairs towards my room as Mother continued screaming at Paige.

I opened the door to my room and sighed. I hadn't slept here in over a week and had been sleeping over at the warehouse.

I looked at the time it was almost 2:00 am.

I tossed myself onto the bed closing my eyes and the image of me kissing Hayley flooded my mind.

Damn, why was I thinking about that now?.

I only did it because she looked so damn kissable at the moment.

I invited her to the park to make her lower her guard and get information of her parents.

But there was nothing new, I wish I would have at least gotten the name of her mother.

I groaned as my phone chimed at a notification.

Looking up I saw it was from a girl I had met at a party.

Who messages by 2 am?

I opened the images she sent and groaned.

Shit I needed to get laid

It had been so damn long.
