Theodore stared at a sleeping Hayley when Vandel barged inside.

"What happened?!" He asked.

"She was almost assaulted" I replied.

Vandel looked like a totally different person and he walked over to Hayley gently grabbing her hand.

His eyes softened and he looked like he was about to cry.

"What did the doctor say?" He asked.

"Apart from her injuries, she's alright but he thinks she might be traumatised after the incident" I replied and he stared at Hayley's clothing.

I had used my shirt to cover her and grabbed a spare from my car.

He gently rubbed on her hand staring over her form.

"Thank you for getting there on time" he said and I shook my head.

"Please don't, I might have been the one who got her into this" I frowned but he didn't say anything.

Hayley stirred and I stood up.

"Hay" I called when she opened her eyes and she looked like she was about to cry.

"Hay" I tried grabbing her hand but she flinched sitting up she moved back further into the bed.

"Please" she whispered and I frowned

"Baby girl" Vandel called.

"Vandel?" She whispered.

"Vandel!" She cried throwing herself into his arms and he hugged her tightly.

"I'm sorry" he apologised while she began to cry.

"Sorry I wasn't there babygirl" he said and she just cried burying her head into his shoulders.

I smiled a little before going back to sit down.

When she had calmed down and stopped shaking,  she finally released Vandel.

"Theo" she called and I looked up to see her staring at me.

She suddenly started getting off the bed.

"Hayley you don't need to" I said going to stop her but she just crushed me into a hug.

"Thank you" she murmured.

"I don't want to think of what would have happened had you not arrived the time you did, thank you" she said and I could hear her sniff.

My eyes softened as I hugged her back.

"I'm sorry you had to go through that baby" I apologised and she shook her head and began shaking again.

She suddenly pulled away grabbing her hands together.

"I'm sorry" she apologized and I shook my head wiping off her tears.

Vandel picked her up, sitting her in his arms, she curled around him and I hated the fact that the she was still shaking.

I had seen the culprits.

Levi, Chris, ..... and .....

I was going to end them.

I rushed out of the room asking one of my men to trace where they where right now as I hurried into my car.

The image of how I found Hayley was etched unto my mind.

I gripped the stirring wheel hard.

This was my fault.

I drove like a madman arriving at the warehouse in less than ten minutes.

I would have forgiving the boys for monitoring me for my dad, but this was unforgivable.

I knew they hated her but they had exceeded all their limits.

"Where are they?" I asked going into my weapons room, grabbing a silencer and my favourite glock.

"Sir do you need any back up?" One of my men asked.

"No need" I replied hopping into my car and immediately received a notification of where the boys where.

They where quite far away.

I began thinking this was a plan set up by my father but I didn't care if I was falling into their traps anymore.

Taking a shortcut, I soon arrived at their location

It seemed like an abandoned warehouse.

Opening the door I was met with three men smiling at me.

"Yo" James greeted.

"Vandel told us you might come here" Killian said.

"This was something we just couldn't let slide" Quavo replied and I finally looked behind them to find my four friends cold dead on the floor.

They looked like they had been tortured and Levi's guts where spilling out.

"We're glad you where there on time, by the time we arrived it would have been too late" James said with a small smile.

"How did you arrive so quickly?" Killian asked.

"The boys had been acting suspicious all morning so I left to make them lower their guards but later discovered that my phone was missing. It didn't take long for me to track them down" I explained.

"Theodore, you have a lot to answer to" Quavo said and I nodded.

I couldn't avoid it.

I had endangered Hayley twice, I had to answer to them.

I looked back at my friends who had been brutally killed.

"Let's head back" James said and they began to move.

I looked once more at my friends before leaving.

HAYLEY'S POV

I woke up to find myself in Vandel's arms.

"How do you feel?" He asked and I just nodded.

His eyes looked red and swollen.

He had been crying.

"Vandel I'm fine" I assured.

"You're shaking baby girl" he said wanting to grab my hand and I flinched.

"I'm sorry" I replied and he shook his head.

"It's not your fault" he said kissing my head.

"I should have known it wasn't Theo, he would have picked me up and then told me it was a suprise" I replied.

"It makes me scared that he's always surprising you for them to use it as a leverage" he said and I just nodded.

I suddenly felt hands on me and moved away from Vandel.

"I'm sorry" I apologised my tears rising again.

"Don't apologise baby girl" he said worry filling his eyes.

"Please don't let them touch me" I whispered ignoring the pain in my jaw as tears began to roll down my eyes.

"Babygirl" he called and I hated my self for moving from him.

I placed my hands unto my hair.

"Please don't pull it" I whispered and Vandel frowned at my actions.

I could barely feel myself and I began feeling lightheaded.

I was going to sleep again.

"Vandel please hug me" I whispered and he didn't waste any time in complying and after a few minutes I fell asleep on him.
