- Author's pov

       "It's nine pm," Yeonjun said, inserting a straw into the blood-bag he was holding. "When do you guys wanna go? I'm tired of having to drink blood out of these stinky bags. The blood tastes horrible. I want fresh blood!" he finished, throwing himself onto the old couch.
        The five blood-drinkers were sitting down together in an old empty apartment, which wasn't actually theirs, but they didn't really care.
        "The students are supposed to be asleep by ten pm so if we leave now we might get there just in time!" Beomgyu said, answering Yeonjun's question. Soobin nodded, agreeing with Beomgyu.
        "What do you think, Kai?" The three of them turned around to face the youngest who looked deep in thought. "I don't know, anytime is fine with me! I feel like the later the better so maybe we should wait a bit more" Hyuka answered, turning to Yeonjun who was wiping some blood off his lips.
        "Yeah, let's wait a bit more. I don't think the students would actually be asleep by ten. And the teachers would also still be on the school grounds" the male said, brushing his hair back. "What about you Taehyun?" Yeonjun's gaze shifted to the male beside him.
        Taehyun didn't answer, but he was listening in to what the others were saying. "You know, I think we shouldn't do this...I've got a better plan"

- Jungwon's pov

        "Personalities of a vampire..." I mumbled as I read the book's contents before flipping to the page number the chapter started. I was about to start reading when I heard a knock on the door before someone opened it, making me look up to see Niki coming inside. "What are you reading about?" He asked, coming towards my bed, where I was laying. "Vampire personalities...I wanna know how different they become once they transform" I explained, looking up at the male's dark brown eyes.
        "Where's Sunoo?" Niki asked, turning to the male's bed. "I haven't seen him since lunchtime...is he alright?" Niki turned back to me as he asked, I nodded. "He's fine. He said he wanted to go revise some stuff so he went to the library, he should be on his way back now since the teachers wouldn't let him stay there after nine-thirty" I answered. Niki sighed and sat down on his desk which was in front of the big window in our room.
        I looked at Niki, my head suddenly starting to ache. "You alright-?" Niki asked, getting up from his chair and grabbing a bottle of water before giving it to me. "I'm fine...just...I'm getting that feeling again..." I said, as Niki sat down beside me. "It's hasn't left me since last night but now it's hurting even more" I mumbled, opening the water bottle.
        I heard the door being opened and my and Niki's heads turned towards the door. "Hey~" Sunoo said, coming inside, a smile on his face. However, that smile faded the moment he saw me. "Jungwon, you okay?" I nodded, reassuring the male that I was fine. "Just my powers acting up again...like obviously I know that I'm near danger if vampires are all around us...I don't need this stupid power to tell me that!" I huffed, frustrated. Sunoo sighed and went to his bed. "I'm going to sleep I want to wake up early tomorrow...if you guys need anything just tell me," Sunoo said as he began changing into his pajamas.
        "We all should go to sleep now," Niki said, taking his pajamas and walking towards the bathroom door. "Jungwon, try to get some rest too...the research stuff can wait" the male continued, giving me a soft smile that I returned. He then walked into the bathroom and shut the door behind him.

- Author's pov

       "So...what if there are a lot of students in the common room? What if there are no students in there?" Yeonjun asked, looking towards Taehyun and Soobin who sighed as the male asked his question. "The Iight for the boys' common room is switched on, which means there are students there" Taehyun pointed out, his index finger pointing to the school's building to where the boys' dormitories were. "Also, we have Soobin here in case there's more than one student there!" Taehyun finished. "Now, you should use your powers instead of just looking at us! We're waiting!"

        Back in the common room sat the two males, working on their history homework together. "We should go sleep after we finish this part...I'm sleepy," said the first boy as he stretched his arms as the boy next to him nodded.
        "Hey, Mashiho,"
        "Hm?"
        "Wanna eat something?" The first male, Mashiho chuckled. "Asahi, we just ate...but if you wanna eat you can go...I'm full so I don't really wanna eat" He replied, smiling at the younger. Asahi smiled before getting up. Before he could start walking to the small kitchen (or snack room based on what the male students use it for) all the lights suddenly turned off.
        "Huh- what happened...?" Asahi said turning back around to face Mashiho who looked just as confused. "Wait, you check the storage room for some spare candles while I go see if it's only the common room's lights-" Mashiho said, getting up and walking towards the hallways. Asahi nodded and started walking towards the storage room. Little did he know what was hiding behind its door.

       "Now, you should use your powers instead of just looking at us! We're waiting!" Taehyun said, making Yeonjun roll his eyes and grab Soobin's wrist. "So, you coming or not?" Yeonjun said, raising an eyebrow as Taehyun glared at him before holding onto his wrist. Yeonjun let out a chuckle before he closed his eyes.
        Yeonjun had teleportation powers, just by thinking of the place he wanted to be at, his power would get him there. The powers would work on whoever the person was in touch with when he wanted to teleport.
        When the male opened his eyes he and the other two blood-drinkers found themselves in the storage room.

        "Hey, Mashiho,"
        "Hm?"
        "Wanna eat something?"

        There were two voices outside of the storage room, which meant only two students were sitting in the common room. Soobin looked at Taehyun as he pulled out out a small jar from his pocket. Swishing his fingers in the air, the lights all suddenly went out. Taehyun then opened the jar and swirled his index finger around the top of the jar and a spark of soft light lit up inside the jar.

        "Wait, you check the storage room for some spare candles while I go see if it's only the common room's lights-"

        Soobin sent a signal to both Taehyun, who was closing the jar, and Yeonjun.
        Yeonjun moved a bit closer to the door as he heard the student's footsteps get louder. Asahi then opened the door and without wasting a second, Yeonjun held onto the student's arms which caught him off guard, making him unable to fight back as the vampire pushed him down. Hearing the thud, Mashiho came back into the common room but was unable to see anything because of the dark.
        "Asahi?...you alright?" The male asked, having no idea who was now in the common room with them. Soobin then shot at Mashiho using his ice powers as he ran out of the storage room, leaving Taehyun inside.
        Before Asahi could get up Yeonjun went up to him, leaning to his neck before letting his fangs rip through his skin.
        A shot of pain ran through Asahi's body making him unable to move. The only thing he was able to do was control his cries of pain. Yeonjun however, covered the male's mouth with his palm, making his victim's next few screams muffled.
        Hearing his friend's scream, Mashiho got back up, now being able to see more clearly in the dark he saw a figure in front of him and he ran towards it but Soobin shot at him again, making him back off hitting the wall behind him and falling with a thud.
        Taehyun looked at Yeonjun who was still sucking the blood out of the student. "Just kill him already!" He whisper-yelled as he heard footsteps coming from the hallways.
        Yeonjun looked up, letting go of the boy, blood dripping down his lips as they formed into a psychopathic grin.
        "...I already did..."
        The male let out a quiet laugh as he got up. "Come on! Let's go!" Yeonjun held onto the wrists of Taehyun and Soobin and they teleported out.

- Jungwon's pov

        Just when my eyes started feeling heavier and I was about to fall asleep, a loud scream shot through my ears, making my eyes open wide. I jumped out of bed, seeing that Sunoo and Niki had also been woken up. "What was that...?" Sunoo asked, rubbing his eyes, half awake. "I don't know" I answered as the voice suddenly cut off. "Should we go check...?" Niki asked, brushing his hair back. "Yeah, I'm going to see what's wrong," Sunoo said, getting up and reached for the light switch, which wasn't working.
        "Huh- no electricity...?" Sunoo looked at us, confused. "What happened...?" I got up from my bed as Niki got up from his. "Let's go to the common room, I'm sure someone also heard the scream," Niki said, walking to unlock the door before walking out. I and Sunoo then followed him.
        "Oh! The lights are back!" I said as the hallways lights lit up. I looked up and saw a group of ten guys standing beside the door to the common room. We three all froze in our spots when we saw what was in there.

        "What?!" Professor Park exclaimed as he jumped up from his chair.
        We were in Professor Park's office, telling him about what happened. It would've been best to go to a nurse or a study of breeds teacher right now instead of going to a Korean teacher but his office was the closest one to our dorm.
        "Niki, go inform the other professors about this, quick!" Niki nodded before rushing out of the teacher's office. The Professor, looked at us before he then ran out of the room as well, leaving us behind. I looked at Sunoo and then we both walked out of the room, heading back to our dorms.
        When we reached the common room we saw Professor Park kneeling beside the unconscious male. The Professor turned to us. "Go to your rooms, I and the other Professors will take care of this," he said, getting a nod from me and Sunoo.
        We sat down in our room and soon Niki came too. The boy sighed.
        "We're definitely getting sent home after this"

- Professor Park's pov

        "Jinyoung! What happened?!" I looked up as I heard Jisoo's voice calling me. "I'll explain later, Asahi isn't breathing and Mashiho isn't getting up we gotta get them to the emergency room fast" I replied, looking at Eric and Jisoo. "You go take care of Mashiho. Jisoo come help me with Asahi!" The air-powered Professor came up to me, helping me carry the student up. Soon we had them both at the school's emergency room.
        "What happened?" Eric asked, sitting down on one of the chairs outside of the emergency room. "Sunoo, Jungwon, and Niki came over to my office and said that the dorm's electricity had cut off before they heard a loud scream, which was probably Asahi's. When they got up they found the two students like that" I explained. Jisoo looked down. "What do we tell Asahi's parents...?" She said, biting her bottom lip. "We can't let something like this happen again" she finished.
        One of the nurses suddenly came out of the emergency room and turned to us. "Mashiho is okay, just needs rest. We...we couldn't do anything to help Asahi though" I felt my heart stop for a split second. The nurse looked down then looked up again. "If you brought him here earlier then maybe we could have done something, but, unfortunately, we can't do anything now..." the nurse bowed and then turned back around, entering the emergency room again. I looked at the two beside me. "What do we do now..." I muttered, my head hanging down.
        "Jinyoung! Eric!" I turned around as I saw Professor Rasahi running towards us. "Professor Zheng wants you three at his office right now!" The make Professor yelled before stopping beside us. "We'll go...thanks for coming here," Jisoo said, smiling at her senior. We then all bowed and left the place, walking towards the headmaster's office.
        We were sitting down waiting for the headmaster when the door flung open and Professor Zheng walked into the room, his eyes narrowed down. "What happened to the 'extra protection' I told you guys to start following!" The male said, holding in his anger. "What happened?! How did the vampires get into the school?!" The headmaster now shouted, making the three of us flinch at the sudden yell. "Professor, we don't know...we were just informed by a few students of what happened, that's all," Eric said, his voice just below a whisper. The headmaster sat down on his chair and let out a hard sigh. "We're sending the students home. I can't risk something like this happening again! What will the parents say?!" The male shouted, holding onto the bridge of his nose. "As for Asahi's parents....someone has to inform them," Professor Zheng said, getting up. "I'm leaving, one of you inform Asahi's parents and tomorrow make sure all the students know that they're going home" he continued before walking out of the room. I looked at the two beside me. "So who's gonna tell the boy's parents...?"

- Author's pov

        "How did everything go?" Beomgyu asked, looking up from the book he was reading. "Just the way we planned!" Yeonjun answered, cheerful. "Where's Kai?" Taehyun asked, looking around for their youngest. "I dunno...he said he heard something coming from the bedroom so he went to check but he still hasn't come out since then" Beomgyu replied, continuing to read his book again.
        Soobin sat down beside Taehyun and sighed. "So...now what? We did the first step what's the second?" He asked, looking up at Taehyun who had suggested the plan.
        "Well, Vermon wanted us to get as many students to become vampires as possible if we went to turn the students one by one into vamps while they're asleep in their dorms at midnight it would be more difficult since every two or three students are in a locked room. We'd take too long just trying to get into one room and it'd be overall more difficult. So, instead, we kill one student now, which will make the headmaster of the school send the students home since that's what he does every single time something happens" Taehyun started explaining, earning only confused faces from his friends.
        "Why are you all looking at me like that!? It's simple! They're using a train to go back home so while on the way we stop the train in the middle of nowhere and then getting to the students would be easy! Since they're all in one place that's without any locks or protection!" Taehyun let out a huff as he finished explaining. Yeonjun looked down, a grin forming on his lips before he looked up again. "I think it's a good idea! Better than Kai's at least" the male said, chuckling,
        "Oh! You're back!" Hyuka said, coming out of the small bedroom. Taehyun smiled. "Okay! Now tell us what happened!"

- Jungwon's pov

        I grabbed the apple from my try before taking a bite into it. "They said Mashiho woke up his morning," Sunghoon said, putting his food try on the table and sitting down. "Did he say anything about last night?" Jay asked, looking towards Sunghoon who shook his head in response. "The only thing he said was that it was too dark to see anything so he doesn't know how many vampires there were and what they looked like" Sunghoon finished, brushing his hair away from his face. "I heard that he did mention that he heard more than two voices though," Jake said, joining the conversation.
        Niki sighed. "When are you guys gonna start packing?" He asked trying to change the subject. "I was thinking later after lunch, I don't really have that much stuff to pack anyways" I replied. "Yeah, same with me" Heeseung answered before taking another bite of his breakfast. "What about you Sunoo? You're train leaves earlier right?" Jay asked, looking at Sunoo who was in his own world.
        "Sunoo?"
        "Huh? Oh, yeah- I was just about to go start packing right now actually" the male said, a soft smile forming on his lips. "I'll see you guys in the dormitories! Bye!" He got up, picking his tray up with him before leaving. Sunoo lived in the other side of Potenia so he had to take a different train from the rest of us.
        I sighed before moving my food tray away and laying my head on the table. "Didn't get sleep again, huh?" Jay said, chuckling as he looked at me. I didn't give an answer but another sigh. "Head hurts..." I mumbled as I sat up again. "I just feel...weird..." I continued, covering my face with my hands. "How?" Heeseung asked, moving his empty food tray away. I sighed and sat back on my chair. "I dunno...I just feel like what happened last night was just the beginning of the plan- like- like they have a bigger plan and this was just the start of it- like why would the vampires only kill one student? Why only Asahi? Wasn't Mashiho there too? Why did they only shoot Mashiho but kill Asahi?" I let out a frustrated huff before I covered my face with my hands again.
        "I'm going to our dorm, see you guys later," I said as I sighed and got up. I waved to the guys and I left.
        The hallways were sort of empty right now since most students were in the cafeteria having their breakfast.
        I walked into my room where I saw Sunoo picking up his mother's sketches from off the wall and putting them into a small box. "Oh! Hey Jungwon!" Sunoo greeted, turning to face me before smiling. I smiled back before throwing myself onto my bed. Sunoo sighed. "I think you should get some sleep...you look exhausted" I turned to my side to face the male. "Yeah, I'll try to sleep for a while..." I said, turned to look at the ceiling.
        "By the way..." I started, making Sunoo's gaze shift towards me. "How are you gonna avoid him...?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper. The male's dark eyes moved away back to the now-empty wall. "Although I can't use my teleportation powers that well I thought of maybe using them to get from the station to my mum's house. Plus, I don't even think he knows we're going home today...I don't know I'll try to be as safe as possible" the male looked at me and I gave him a soft smile. "Don't worry, you'll be fine" I said, sitting up. Sunoo flashed me a soft smile before he got up from his bed and walked towards the closet. The male's smile suddenly disappeared though as he looked out of the window.
        "Jungwon...come see this..." the male said, his eyes still focusing on what was outside. I got up from my bed and I walked to where the male was standing. Once I looked out the window my eyes widened.
        Sitting on a branch of one of the trees at the beginning of Chorworth Forest was a tall, dark-haired male. The male was looking to his right side, smiling as he swayed his legs in the air.
        He was wearing a white shirt paired with black pants. He then turned around and his eyes met mine. Those bright red eyes stared right back at me.
        "A vampire..." I muttered out as the creature stared back at me, his eyes wide. He then shut his eyes and looked away before suddenly disappearing.
        "Could that be the vampire from last night....?" I asked, looking towards Sunoo. "I dunno..." the male mumbled back in response. "Anyways...you should go sleep, get some rest," Sunoo said, turning around and opening the closet door. I nodded before walking back to my bed. "If I fall asleep wake me up at noon before lunch," I said, earning a smile from the boy. I lay my head down on the pillow and I shut my eyes, the image of that vampire still vivid in my mind. However, not long after I drifted to sleep.

- Author's pov

        "You made eye contact?!" Taehyun yelled out in anger. "What if it was a professor! What if he's gonna tell the professors what he saw! Are you serious right now?!" Yeonjun looked away, still fiddling with his shirt. "Stop acting like that! You're being so childish these days! Just because we're finally out if that hell doesn't mean you can act however the fuck you want!" Taehyun yelled again, making Yeonjun get up, now furious. "Look, Mr. smart guy! I don't care what you think! You know I always go out walking around the forest! And why is it that I get yelled at when I'm caught?! Stop acting as if you haven't been caught before!" Yeonjun fired back, his eyes glowing red.
        "Can you both shut the hell up?!" Beomgyu yelled, attempting to make the two quiet down. "Stay out of this Beomgyu" Taehyun hissed, sending a threatening glare to the male. Yeonjun looked away. "You're just trying to start a fight to prove that you're stronger than I am" Yeonjun muttered, grinning as he turned around to walk away. "What...?" Taehyun walked over to the older and let out a dry chuckle. "What did you say?" He repeated, locking eyes with the taller male. "Oh, nothing! Just said you're trying to prove that you're stronger than me!" Yeonjun said, a tone of sarcasm clear in his voice. Taehyun grabbed the male by his shirt and glared at him. "You want me to kill you?" He hissed out, not breaking the eye contact. "Do so if you wish!" Yeonjun said, a dark laugh following the sentence.
        "That's enough!!" Soobin came in between the two before Taehyun could do anything. "Yeonjun is wrong for getting caught like that, yes, but nothing can happen as long as we're here and not out in the forest again, so there was no need to get so mad Taehyun," Soobin said, looking at Taehyun who was still glaring at Yeonjun. "Yeonjun, stay inside for the rest of the day, alright?" Soobin looked at Yeonjun who sighed. "Fine..." the male scoffed and walked away into one of the bedrooms, slamming the door behind him.
        Soobin sat down and sighed. "There's a train leaving tonight and another one leaving tomorrow at dawn...I think waiting for the second train would be better since attacking the first one would stop the school from sending the other students home in the second one since they'll know our plan. Besides, more students are on the second train since more people live on that side of Potenia than the other" Soobin said, looking at Kai and Beomgyu, then at Taehyun who was walking towards the sofa. "Yeah, I agree. Waiting is better than rushing it" Kai said, nodding. "I'm gonna go rest right now, we'll start planning later alright?" Beomgyu said, getting up. "Alright!"

- Jungwon's pov

        I opened my closet and sighed as I pulled my suitcase out. Picking up the clothes I had I started stacking them inside the suitcase. The door opened and I saw Jay coming in followed by Niki, Sunoo, and Jake. "You guys finished?" I asked as they all took their seats. Jay nodded. "You just started? When'll you sleep then? It's nine-thirty" I sighed. "I'll sleep while on the train, I don't have that much stuff anyway and I'm not messy like some people here! So I don't have to refold my clothes before putting them into my suitcase" I said, looking at Niki who let out an embarrassed laugh. "When are you leaving?" I asked, looking at Sunoo. "In about thirty minutes" Sunoo replied walking towards his desk and starting to recheck everything. "Make sure to not forget anything, we don't know when we'll be back," Jake said, getting up and helping Sunoo.
        After a while all the seven of us were outside, saying our goodbyes to Sunoo.
        The male hugged me and smiled. "Take care! And don't worry too much, things will be fine!" He said, his eyes twinkling. I smiled back as he waved one last time before walking backwards. "I'll see you guys soon hopefully!" He said before waving again and then walking away as the Professor called him. Getting into the bus the male gave us one more wave and a smile. Soon, everyone had gotten on the bus and it was ready to leave to the Train station. We all waved one last time at Sunoo and he waved back at us. Then the bus drive away and the six of us were now left alone with the other students that were around us.
        I sighed.

        "Everything'll be fine...right?"
