Reminder that characters will only know the level of a student if they

a.) Have an ability that allows them to gauge levels.
b.) Dug up student files.
c.) Are a teacher with access to such files.
d.) Asked a student about their level and got an actual answer ("my level is 3.8", for example).

Please don't use this book as an excuse to only pick the fights that your characters will win.

High-Tiers like Elzan are more likely to know the levels of other students because they're at the top of Wellston's 'food web'.
