Hate My Life
Skyra glances around shakily, frowning as she leans forward against the stand that stood in front of the judges chair. Beside her were Cerberus and three other people, the ghost woman, Law, and a blonde guy with a top hat. Skyra didnt recognize the blond, but the glare Cerberus gave him told her this was probably his fault. The blond glances over with the ghost woman and Law when Cerberus utters a growl.
"Please Cerberus, not here," She whispers, earning a snort and glare from the wolf. The blond and ghost look ahead again, but Law gives her an odd look before looking ahead too. Skyra arches an eyebrow at him before looking ahead again.
The courtroom was filled with silent whispering that suddenly falls silent as a large man enters the courtroom. A strong odor fills the room and Cerberus gags, Skyra touches the wolf's shoulder in concern but he snarls viciously at the contact. The three look over and she steps away from the wolf, uttering an apology. The man makes his way to the judges chair, his dark beady eyes darted around the room, but seemed mostly focused on the four accused.
He makes it to his seat, which seemed far to small for his massive body, it groaned loudly as he sat down on it, he takes a deep ragged breath while licking his lips hungrily. Skyra shudders in slight disgust. 'Gross...'
"You three..." He starts, a slight gasp at the end of his sentence, sounding as if he had run a marathon before coming here. His face was red and although the room was a bit chilled he seemed to have been sweating bullets. His skin was a green color, a bit darker than lime, and some kind of ooze seemed to come from his skin, it slowly dripped off of him and onto his suit, which was already ruined by the large amount of sweat. A slime creature, this one held a somewhat human shape, probably in order to fit in with the rest of the creatures in the courtroom, seeing as slimes normally have no real shape, it must take a lot of energy to stay like that, which could explain why he was sweating so much.
He clears his throat and stares the four of us down.
"Have been found guilty..." He says, pausing to lick his lips again. "So we are sentencing..." He pauses yet again to lick his lips, Law's tail swishes impatiently and Cerberus shifts. He takes another deep breath, sounding like he had large amounts of fluids in his lungs.
"You to attend Sabaody Academy for the next two years..." He spoke his longest sentence, and the last one as he stands and begins to leave. Skyra's eyes widen in shock. Sabaody? Her? Cerberus growls loudly now as he and Law both glared at her. This was her fault.
"I-I'm sorry," She murmurs, dropping her gaze again.
"You're gonna pay for this you stupid summoner!" Law hisses angrily. Skyra flinches at his tone.
"Isn't that a bit harsh?" The blond speaks up, surprising her. She glances at him as he frowns at Law who whirls on him, tail lashing.
"Not as harsh as what I plan to do to you!" Law snaps, tension rises between the two.
"P-Please stop it, the guards will come over here," She intervenes. Law glares daggers at her while the blond simply blinks.
"Come on you unfortunate souls, off to the toe stealers academy," A guard rumbles.
"I thought they took hearts and bones," Another muses. Skyra shudders and hugs herself. This is really the worst day.
Skyra sat down looking out the window with a pout until she hears Cerberus growl. She looks over as the startled ghost as the driver scolds her. "Cerberus..!" Skyra says with disapproval before looking at the woman. Cerberus lets out another snarl in response
"Sorry about that.." She says with a slight smile, the ghost gives her a nervous smile in return.
"Ah..ha It's alright, I'm Luna by the way, Pheona Luna..." Luna greets with a smile. Skyra pauses for a moment, finally some friendly contact.
"I'm Skyra, Gold Skyra." She says and Luna leans back into her seat.
"And what about you, scarface?" Luna asks the other blonde, who turns around and frowns at her. Skyra straightens up in curiosity while Cerberus growls at the blond
"It's not scarface." He says smoothly. Skyra blinks and tilts her head, sure had a nice voice.
"That's why I'm asking hun..." Luna sighs and the man pauses for a moment.
"Sabo." He says and Luna nods.
"Sabo..." Skyra echoes, recognizing the name from somewhere....
"Good." Luna says calmly and Sabo looks at her confused.
"What..?" He asks and she glares at him.
"Always good to know the name of the person who's ass I plan on kicking!" She huffs and Sabo's eyes widen a bit before he scowls slightly.
"Why do you want to kick my ass..!?" He asks, a bit peeved. Luna gives him a cold look.
"It's your fault we're stuck going to Sabaody!" She yells at him, getting a glare from the driver as he speed down the road. Sabo took a deep breath and stared back with as much force.
"Hey ghostly get in line, I'll be the one kicking his ass," Law snorts from his seat. Sabo shoots him a glare.
"L-Law, it was my fault you were even on the train," Skyra speaks up timidly, surprising both males. Law gives her the most chilling look she ever seen and she cringes, dropping her gaze.
"Why the hell are you defending him!?" Law snarls. Skyra glances at Sabo, not sure how to respond. He gives her an apologetic frown.
"I'm sorry, I didn't think and civilians would actually get onto the train where a bunch of cloaked people were going in!" He says to Law and Luna.
"Well-- You..!-- Stupid Scarface!" Luna huffs and he just looks at her like she was crazy.
"What are you five..?" He asks quietly, she thinks for a moment and sticks her tongue out at him. Law and Cerberus just growl at him while Skyra frowns and looks out the window.
"I hate my life..."
