I can't handle the truth!!
When entering building 10 a woman with green hair greets her and Cerberus. Skyra blinks at the harpie. She had fluffy green wings, rather than arms, and orange yellow tallons for legs. "Wow you're pretty," Skyra blabs, still under the truth serum. The harpie blushes, seeming overwhelmed by the comment.
"Th-thank you," She manages.
"No need for thanks, you're a really pretty woman. And your wings look so soft!" Skyra chimes, wishing her mouth would stay shut before it got her into trouble.
"What the hell?" Law huffs. Making her jump and spin around to face the demon. He arches an eyebrow at her.
"Shit I was hoping you wouldn't pop up. I hate when you do that." She says, making his other brow raise.
"What was that?" He asks with a slight growl, making her wince.
"Damn you're scary," She murmurs begging herself to stop talking.
"What has gotten into you? Did that doll scare a screw loose?" He questions.
"No, someone put truth serum in the muffin I ate... I'm not that afraid of such a cute doll," She says and then slaps her hands over her mouth as Law's eye twitches at the last part.
"Truth serum huh?" He muses, suddenly smirking thoughtfully. Skyra's eyes widen but before he can say anything, she hurries into the office with Cerberus. Law was the next to enter, he looks like he's about to say something to Skyra when the man speaks up.
"Have a seat and be quiet." He says. Skyra straightens and swiftly takes a seat, Cerberus sits at her leg while Law sits beside her. She glances at the demon to find him observing her carefully. She swallows, hoping the truth serum would wear off before this was over. Finally Sabo enters and he takes a seat on the other side of Skyra. He gives Skyra a smile, glad to see her uninjured. Skyra gives a smile in response, clinching her jaw to keep herself from telling the blond how cute he was when he smiled. Everything was quiet for a few minutes, the four of them exchanging looks, some mildly irritated and some a bit nervous.
"Welcome so Sabaody." The man said, turning finally. His gaze made her freeze and it felt like the whole room got colder. Skyra shudders and presses back into her chair. The man had dark hair and large ram horns that absently reminded her of Ace's, but his were tipped with blue rather than red. "So." He says, placing papers in front of him and slides them over to Skyra."These are your classes." He says, and although he says very little, every word felt heavy. She could feel his power in his speech, she felt so fragile near this man. He looks like he's going to say something else when the door opens again and Ace stumbles inside, being pushed by the man she saw earlier that turned into a dragon.
"Caught him..." The man grunts as Ace stands up and glares at him. He looks forward and see's the principle and scowls.
"Ace..!" The principle says, his tone suddenly very light and he stands up with a grin on his face.
"Did you get in trouble again?~" He asks, almost coo's at the young man. Ace's horns and tail glow a bit, but don't catch fire. "What did you do this time?~" He says, walking up to Ace, who tenses when Rogers places a hand on his shoulder.
"Roger...the others..." Garp says, pointing to Skyra and the rest.
"Oh, right." He says, clearing his throat and turning around.
"Those are your classes, have fun, don't die." He says, completely different than he did before. Ace looked beyond embarrassed as his tail and horns catch fire. "Ace~ Why don't you visit?~ You live here too..!" Rogers said as Garp tries to usher everyone out of the room. Skyra looks back curiously, was that how normal fathers were? When everyone gets outside and Garp shuts the door Luna bursts out laughing.
"Oh my god he's being coddled." She laughed. Skyra blinks at her and gives a small giggle.
"That was cute," She muses.
"So, truth serum?" Law chuckles, making her pale. She looks at the curious Luna, and Sabo.
"Yes! And I hate you! But you're my friend so I have love you!.... Gah! I hate this!" She yells running for her dorm. Law blinks in obvious shock at the outburst, pink dusting his tan cheeks.
"H-Hey! Come back! Not finished!" He gasps, flying after her.
"You're never finished!" She shouts, not looking back.
"What a dysfunctional friendship," Sabo mutters, following after them.
