Movien: E-EH?! (stares at Takato with wide eyes) You're kidding me!

Reaper: (jaws drop) As in Youkai Watch's protagonist, Amano Keita?!

Takato: (nods)

Fuankan: W-Why do you ask?...

Movien: (looks taken aback by the question) W-Well....

After defeating some Youkai, Takato and Fuankan had met Mister Movien and Reaper, who had fallen from a portal. Right now, the 4 of them are looking at one another in the alley. 

Movien: I-I just didn't expect it... 

Takato: Why? Because he's average?

Movien: (nods silently) 

Takato: It's fine. Most people say that. 

Reaper: Is it that normal? 

Takato: Yep. 

Fuankan: V-Very....

Movien: O-Oh.... (looks down) I see.

Takato: Don't worry. Keita wouldn't hold it against you. He's way too nice for that.

Movien: I-Is he?...

Takato: (nods) Yep! Why do you ask?

Movien: C-Cause the Keita I know isn't like that...

Takato: Eh? (thinks: Uh oh, I think I remember where I've seen him before. This guy's Mister Movien.... Aiya, I messed up.) Oh, sorry! I was thinking about someone else! He sounds like Keita, so that's how I mixed them up! (smiles apologetically, thinks: Please fall for it. Otherwise, Keita will have my HEAD.....)

Reaper: It's fine.

Movien: (grins a bit) I don't mind.

Takato: Great! (thinks: Wow, they really fell for it....)

Fuankan: A-Anyway, w-why are you here?....

Reaper: Erm... I fell into a portal with my friends....

Movien: (eyes widen, alarmed tone) Really?! Cause I did too!

Reaper: (turns to him) Wait what?! You did?!

Movien: Yeah! I was with the Agency when we were suddenly sucked into a portal!

Reaper: So did we! (eyes widen as she realises something) Wait.... Could the book burning case be happening in your place as well?!

Movien: (shocked) H-How did you know?!

Reaper: Erm... It just felt too coincidental that both of us fell through portals...

Movien: O-Oh... Right.... (looks down at his shoes) S-Sorry... I should have seen that.

Reaper: It's okay. I don't expect you to be perfect.

Movien: R-Really? (looks up at her)

Reaper: (nods with a smile) Yeah!

Movien: (looks away) You would hate me if you knew what I did, honestly....

Reaper: (blinks) Eh?

Takato: Are you talking about your plan to get back at Keita by collecting power from the Shadowside world?

Movien: (nods slowly) A-Ah...

Reaper: Shadowside...... WAIT! (eyes widen) You're THAT Mister Movien?! The one who kidnapped the Original Quartet in Help from the Shadows?!

Movien: (looks taken aback) Y-Yeah...

Reaper: I-I see..... (looks away) T-Then I'm no better.

Movien: (blinks) H-Huh? What are you talking about?

Reaper: I was just like you. I did a lot of terrible things because I believed a twisted idea. (looks down) I've killed so many people.... All because I couldn't move on from Skel's death.....

Movien: S-Skel?...

Reaper: She was my best friend until... Until her untimely demise.

Movien: I-I see... My condolences for the death.

Reaper: I'm okay. It happened a long time ago.

Movien: O-Oh...

Then, Takato's phone rings, causing him to go to his pocket to take it out.

Takato: Hello?

The scene cuts off as the person on the other line begins speaking.

(The music starts playing as Natsume Amano turns into Shuka's awakened form, then Akino Kin opens up the game system as Ryaku Mizuya opens up his Magical Gates and Young Aruke Kin activates the Nature power.)

(Keisuke Amano is shown leaning against a wall, while a silhouette who's hugging a monochrome bear grins maliciously as Keisuke curls up, crying a bit.)

(Tenade takes it, and it's revealed to Bloody, Chilly, and Mountaineering, who all smile at her. She smiles back.)

Episode 15: A Bee-sy Watcher

Ai: Kato-nii, you okay?

Takato: Oh, Airi! Yeah, I am. Why do you ask?

Ai: Well, Jian-nii and the others are worried sick for you. We're still covering for you, though, so make sure you clean up whatever mess you have to first before you come back. We don't want to do this for more than we already have.

Takato: Got it. I won't-

Xiaochun: HIIII Kato-nii!

Takato: Oh, Xiaochun! (smiles) How are you?

Xiaochun: I'm fine! But you should stop worrying everyone. They're really angry.

Takato: (involuntarily gulps) Really?

Xiaochun: Yeah! Even Jian-nii said that he's ready to strangle the truth out of you. 

Takato: (goes pale) E-Even Jian? 

Makoto: Yep! 

Takato: Aiya.... 

Movien: (looks at Reaper) Do you understand the gibberish they're speaking? 

Reaper: (shakes head) Nope. 

Movien:... (slowly raises his hand to Reaper's) Same here. 

Reaper: (just connects her hand to his) Thanks. 

Movien: It's nothing. 

Fuankan: (sweatdrops) I-It's his friends... T-They're really worried for him... 

Reaper: Friends? 

Fuankan: Y-Yeah! (smiles) T-There's Jianliang, Ruki, Hirokazu, Kenta, Ryo, Juri and Yamaki-san! W-We also have Guilmon, Terriermon, Renamon, Guardromon, MarineAngemon, Leomon... E-Erm, Monodramon and Culumon! 

Movien: Those names sound familiar... 

Reaper: Same here.... 

Takato: Just keep stalling okay? Leader wanted me to do this. I can't endanger them anymore than I already have. 

Ai: We'll try, but we can't say much. 

Makoto: Plus, we have something else to do first. 

Takato: Huh? What is it? 

Xiaochun: W-Well... 

Makoto: The Magical Bees are missing... 

Takato: E-Eh?! (eyes widen) That's bad!

Ai: Yeah, that's why we're going to look for them. 

Xiaochun: Can you keep an eye out for them too, Kato-nii? 

Takato: Of course! You can count on me! 

Makoto: Thanks, Kato-nii! You're the best! 

Takato: It's okay! See you then! 

Ai: Bye!

The call ends, before Takato turns to the rest.

Takato: (apologetic) Sorry for that. Those were my friends. 

Reaper: It's fine. We understand. 

Movien: But why hide this from your friends? 

Takato: Well, Leader told us Youkai Acknowledgers to keep it secret until he gave us the okay. (sighs) I honestly don't like this at all, since I don't want to lose everyone's trust, but they'll understand. I'm sure of that. 

Reaper: You put a lot of trust in your friends. That's admirable. 

Takato: (blushes a bit) It's nothing much. I just care for my friends a lot. 

Reaper: And that is already good enough. The world needs someone like you. Someone who cares for his friends, and not for himself. 

Takato: (goes red) I-It's nothing! Really! 

Fuankan: Y-You should just accept it, Takato... 

Takato: F-Fuankan! (covers his face with his hands) I-It's so embarrassing!

Movien: (blinks, squints at Takato before his eyes widen) Wait hold on! I know you! 

Takato: E-Eh? (turns to look at Movien) 

Movien: You're Matsuda Takato from Digimon Tamers! 

Takato: O-Oh... You're a fan, I suppose? 

Movien: (blinks) Well not really. I just make it my hobby to learn about all types of fictional things. It's kinda needed when you're a Fate Changer...

Takato: Oh, so you're a Fate Changer? (smiles) Well, why didn't you say so? 

Movien: W-Well.... (looks down) I-I've done bad stuff as one. 

Takato: E-Eh? 

Movien: I-I actually hurt a lot of people... All because I let my title get to my head... I was a jerk to everyone I knew... And when someone tried to help me see the truth... I... I hated him...

Takato: .... But you know better now, don't you? 

Movien: (nods slowly) I-I know better now... I-I don't abuse my power anymore. 

Takato: Then why stay in the past? 

Movien: (eyes widen) W-What? 

Takato: (is about to speak when they hear a sound) 

Reaper: H-Huh? What was that? 

Reaper's question is soon answered when a HORDE of bees descend from the sky towards them. Movien notices them. 

Movien: GET OUT OF THE WAY! (pushes everyone away before ducking) 

The bees get annoyed that they missed, so they lunge for the group again.

Movien: (grabs Takato by his hoodie, Fuankan by his shirt, and Reaper by her cloak before he rushes off with the three in tow)

Bee 1: Hey! Get back here! 

Movien: That's not happening! (runs, mutters) OF COURSE they can talk! Why am I not surprised?! 

Takato: (eyes widen as he sees the bees) Hold on, Movien-san! Those are the Magical Bees! The ones that Xiaochun and the others were looking for! 

Reaper: Are you kidding me?! Why are they attacking us?! 

Fuankan: (notices something) L-Look guys! 

Takato, Reaper: Huh? (look at what Fuankan is looking at) 

Above the Magical Bees, a dark mist is hovering. 

Takato: (goes pale) Uh oh. They've been possessed! 

Reaper: We gotta fight! But how?! 

Takato: (takes out his phone) I'll call the kids! We have to meet up! 

Movien: Where to then?!

Takato: Eto... (eyes widen) I know! The park! Head for the park! 

Movien: On it! (hightails there)

Bees: (follow them)

Reaper: Devastation Havoc! (shoots towards the bees)

The bees dodge by separating. 

Reaper: (growls, thinks: Can't I do anything to help?!)

Takato: Hey Airi! Head to the park! We found the Magical Bees! 

Ai: You did?!

Takato: Well, it's more like THEY found US.... They're possessed by something... I'm not sure on what it is.... 

Makoto: Have you scanned it with your Youkai Goggles yet?! 

Takato: Not yet! 

Makoto: THEN DO IT KATO-NII! 

Takato: O-On it! (quickly clicks his goggles)

The goggles light up and scan the bees, but there is nothing there.

Takato: W-What is going on here?! (eyes go wide) What on Earth IS that magic? ...

Fuankan: H-How can we know?!

Reaper: (growls) If only the others were here...!

Movien: We're almost at the park! Get ready to fight!

Takato: O-Oh! (thinks: What's going on here?..)

They soon arrive at the park just as Xiaochun, Ai, Makoto do.

Ai: Kato-nii!

Makoto: Woah, who's the Youkai and the CG?!

Takato: Wrong time to ask questions guys! We have to fight!

Movien: (lets them go, gets into a battle stance) Ready to fight?!

Reaper: OH!

Xiaochun: (backs away) I-I don't think I can fight them though!

Takato: Xiaochun...

Xiaochun: T-They're my friends!

Fuankan: Normally we would fight the magic only! But! This is a hazard! We must stop them!

Ai: They're not doing this willingly though. We can't do much to them unless we go full force.

Takato: We have to bring them back!

Xiaochun: W-Will they get hurt? (looks hesitant and worried)

Movien: (notices) ... (walks over) Hey, Xiaochun.

Xiaochun: Y-Yeah? (looks up at Movien)

Movien: (goes to his knees) I know how you feel about not wanting your friends to get hurt. But at the same time... They need to be snapped out of it. That's why, can you trust us to help them snap out of it? Please?

Xiaochun: (eyes widen) M-Mister... (eyes water) P-Promise?...

Movien: (nods with a smile) Promise.

Just then, Movien suddenly realises.

Movien: (eyes widen) .... So this is what it's like to find hope... Despite all I've done in the past.... (smiles, but it's purely sincere this time) It's a nice feeling. 

Takato: (notices, smiles, thinks: You were right Leader.... He DID find his way back to his rightful path.)

Makoto: Be careful! 

Takato: Don't worry about us! Just stay back! 

Fuankan: Ready to beat these bees back to their beehive?! 

Movien: OH! 

Takato: Let's do this! 

Reaper: Y-Yeah.... (thinks: Why can't I find that determination Movien did?...) 

Ai: (notices, looks at Makoto with worry in her eyes) Mako... I'm worried for them....

Makoto: We'll just have to trust them to purify the Magical Bees. (grips the watch on his wrist, looks like the watch Shinsuke had used) If worst comes to worst, we help. For now, we stay back.

Ai: A-Ah....

The group gets into battle stances, while the Magical Bees do the same.

Takato: (grips his goggles) Let's do this.

Movien: Agreed.

Fuankan: Y-Yeah!

Reaper: (readies her scythe) Let's go!

Takato, Fuankan, Movien: AH!

The Magical Bees lunge for them, ready to sting them.

Movien: Not so fast! Portal Crash! (shoots out a grey magic)

The magic turns into a barrier that makes the Magical Bees back away.

Takato: (eyes widen) Woah, you have attacks?!

Movien: (grins) Of course I do! I'm not completely defenseless!

Fuankan: Cool! Ready to give them a piece of our mind?

Movien: You got it! (begins charging up)

Fuankan: (closes eyes before he lunges for the bees) ずつき! (Zutsuki! = Headsmash)

The bees try to dodge, but they are suddenly encased in a cage that traps them, allowing Fuankan to hit them straight. 

The bees back away, a bit dizzy, only for a realistic cartoon skunk to appear behind them and stare hungrily. 

Takato: H-Huh? (turns around to Movien)

The movie Youkai is controlling the skunk, his pen out. His eyes are concentrated, glowing slightly green.

Takato: Woah... 

Ai: So cool! 

Makoto: (nods excitedly)

Unknowingly, though, a few of the bees detach from the main group and lunge for Movien, who is too focused to notice. 

The only one who notices is Reaper, whose eyes widen in shock as she sees this.

It's like time slowed down. Reaper is suddenly reliving Skeletal's original death in the first CG War. 

That scream of pain that would forever haunt her nightmares. Reaper turning back just to see someone stab her best friend, making her fall to the ground. Her panic as she rushed to help her, only for Skeletal to stop her, saying that she knew when her time was up. Thanking her for all the good memories they had spent together. 

And then... Her last words.

Skeletal: I want you to find happiness, Reap... Don't get hung up over my death... Please... (coughs out blood) For my sake... Move on.... (eyes close, a serene smile appears on her face)

Reaper: Skel...? Skel?... SKEL?! SKEL, WAKE UP! SKEL!!!! (howls)

Reaper: (eyes widen) NO!!! (lunges forward) DEVASTATION HAVOC! (her scythe glows red, it pushes the bees back, but doesn't destroy them) 

Movien: H-Huh?... 

Reaper: (drops to Movien's head) You focus on the rest, Mister Movien! I'll deal with the cavalry! (eyes glow, she's determined)

Movien: (eyes widen) R-Reaper...

Reaper: (looks at the sky with a smile) I get it now, Skel... I finally understand... Why you wanted me to move on... It's so I can find true happiness... And I've found it... In Mister Movien...

Movien: (looks shocked, but he soon smiles back) Great to know that. Ready to bring them back? 

Reaper: (looks at Movien with a determined grin) Yeah. I'm ready. 

Movien: Then LET'S GO! 

Reaper: OH! 

The two lunge forward, now as a team, towards the Magical Bees. Seeing this, Takato and Fuankan back off, leaving the duo clear to fire. 

Reaper: Dark Harvest! (her scythe glows, it turns into a slash attack) 

Movien: Ink End! (draws a black attack, then uses his pen as a baseball bat to swing it at the bees) 

The bees try to dodge, but Fuankan and Takato both block, allowing the attacks to land on them. 

There is a bright light that envelops the bees as a dark aura similar to Soranaki's disperses away from them, causing the group to look away due to how bright it was. 

Takato: S-So bright! (winces)

Ai, Makoto: (cover their eyes)

Reaper: (grunts slightly as the light goes through her) 

Movien: (feels something pass through him briefly before disappearing) H-Huh?... What was that?... (blinks slightly) 

Xiaochun: (opens her eyes, eyes widen) みんな! (Minna! = Everyone! {Japanese}) (rushes over to the bees)

Bee 1: X-Xiaochun! 

Bee 2: What happened?! 

Bee 3: Are you okay?!

Xiaochun: Y-Yeah... (nods with a teary smile) I-I'm just glad that you're back... 

Bee 4: What are you talking about? 

Takato: Well... You guys were corrupted by someone or something... 

Bees: WAIT WHAT?! 

Fuankan: Y-You attacked us... B-But thankfully Mister Movien and Reaper stopped you... 

Bee 5: We did?! (looks horrified) 

Bee 6: We had no idea! 

Bee 7: (turns to Movien and Reaper) Accept our apologies and gratitude for stopping us!

The group turns as well before they bow a 90-degree-bow towards the two mythical creatures. 

Reaper: (waves it off) Nah, it's fine. After all, it's part of the job description. (grins) 

Movien: Just apologise to Xiaochun and everything will be fine. She had been really worried for you guys. 

The bees do a double take. 

Bee 8: まじかよ？！(Majikayo?! = Really?! {Japanese})

Bee 9: We're so sorry Xiaochun! We didn't mean it!

The bees hug her together. Xiaochun hugs back, avoiding the sharp stings. 

Xiaochun: (smiles) I-It's okay... I'm just glad that you guys are okay... 

The others just watch them, feeling relieved that the mess was over. 

Well, for Takato and Fuankan, for NOW. 

Reaper: (grins) Well, that mess is done with. I say that we head back. 

Movien: (nods) Agreed. 

Takato: (grins at them) Thanks for the help you guys! You two were an amazing pair! I think you two would be great partners in the future!

At that, the two go red in the face. 

Reaper: O-Of course not! 

Movien: W-We just met! 

Takato: (laughs a bit) You two are really cute. Wonder if you'll end up dating each other. 

Reaper: W-W-WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?! (is blushing like mad)

Movien: (is covering his face) J-Just open the portal already please! 

Ai: (giggles) 

Makoto: Alright then. (takes out a card and slashes it through his watch) 

A cobalt blue portal opens up in front of them. 

Reaper: (looks at Movien, blushes slightly) I-It's been a pleasure working with you. 

Movien: S-Same here.. 

Xiaochun: (notices) Oh, Movien-san! Wait! 

Movien: (turns around) Xiaochun? 

Xiaochun: (walks over, then hugs him) Thank you for keeping your promise. 

Movien: (smiles gently) It's okay. I was just doing the right thing. 

Xiaochun: Come back when you have the chance, okay? 

Movien: Of course. 

Xiaochun: (holds out her pinkie) Pinkie promise? 

Movien: (smiles at her, squats down before he intertwines his pinkie with hers) Pinkie promise. 

Takato: (thinks: Wow... So this is what he's really like... ... Puffball...)

The two soon set through the portal, watched by the other 4 as it slowly closes. 

Fuankan: W-Well then... Shall we get going? 

Ai: Oh! 

Makoto: (nods with a cheerful smile) I can't wait to eat Uncle Takehiro's cooking! 

Takato: Neither can I. 

The group soon sets off into the night, laughing and chatting as they went.... 

Unaware of a dark mass watching them. 

?????: Tch... I will get my hands on them for sure... 

The dark mass then disappears. 

??????: What's going on?! 

???: Akino-san, help! 

Akino: I-I'm Kin Akino. 

???????: AKINO-SAN!

Tadeoniu: What should I do?...

Tadeoniu, Akino: Next time, on Universal Collision! 

A Windy Holiday on a School Day
