I can feel the monster stirring inside
wanting to so desperately get out
fighting for pain
hating the rage that bubbles inside

just wanting to release
but knowing I can't
wish the pain would ease
only getting worse

so hard to keep inside
It eats me inside
hoping praying the pain will subside

alas it doesn't
what to do
except bottle inside

The pain, a poison of great destruction
A chemical that helps keep my life running
Deep inside to hide from all
Bottle it up to prevent a mess up
