So basically Wendy Parks is a friend of Barry and Iris' who left the city a few years ago, then came back when she heard about Barry's coma. There she meets Caitlin and poof, love happens. But I guess you could change it a little and make it so they'd already met? Maybe base it off the song a little more?

You can make up the reason why she left, and also some other stuff. I don't know. It's a bad plot, okay?

Also if you haven't heard the song This Town by Niall Horan, listen to it, even if you don't like one direction. It's very good. And quite bittersweet. And inspired this a little I guess.
