Eve's POV:

Elizabeth and I embrace, it's been so long sense we've seen each other. We both take time to look over one another and also share a giggle. "You grew your hair out." She blushes some and hides behind her hair. "Does it look bad?" I laugh at her comment only to shake my head no. "It looks really good on you." I glance over to see a half-naked man looking between us.

"Is that Sir Meliodas? It's so good to see you again."

"Who are you again?"

He really doesn't remember me?! L sees how scrunched up my face is, signaling to her to step in and help. "This is my cousin Evelyn, Evelyn you know Meliodas and our other friend here is Hawk." Meliodas smiles at me, while I look around for the other person named Hawk. "L, where is your friends Hawk."

"I'm down here." Look down, I see nothing but a pig. "A talking pig? Interesting." When I stand, all three are shocked by my reaction, "What, it's not the craziest thing I've seen." We share a laugh and for the first time I'm happy I found Meliodas and L, I finally feel at ease.

"Now come on, we got a doctor to find." Hawk jumps off the bed and start to charge for the door, but L yanks him by the ear telling him Meliodas isn't fully healed yet. He pulls the bandage off his shoulder, letting it pool around him and showing off his nice scare now.

"Looks okay now."

"It can't be, no way."

"What's with you? You're being really aggressive today you know that."

L, not realizing she's still feeling up Meliodas backs off with red tinting her face but knowing him, I know he doesn't mind it much and tells her she can do it when ever she wants. I cover my mouth, stifling the laugh about to appear on my lips. We leave the room to go back to the street, L and I stand behind Meliodas with Hawk just ahead of him. Just as we reach the end of the alley way we see the Holy Knight come running right by us.

"I'm gonna have to ask you to give up the names of who ordered you to swipe my sword and take back the princess."

I hold L's hand for the first time in a long time. We share a smile before the hand holds his hands up, giving up willingly. "Huh?" L and I look at each other, the next thing we see is Meliodas swinging his sword around, hitting two sharp blades out of the air and cementing rights into the ground very close to my ankle.

"Eve are you alright?"

L checks me over to see if maybe I did get hurt from the blades. "Yes I'm fine. Thanks Meliodas." Just up ahead we see the doctor, out of breath and looking crazed in the eyes.

"Sir Golgius! I've been looking for you. Now, I know I wasn't able to end the boys life, but I still poisoned him as I was told. A deal's a deal, now please return my daughter as promised." They took his daughter? That's so cruel! We all notice the Knight is gone. "You two stay close to me." Nodding to Meliodas we look all around for him. "He's not playing around. Where is he anyway."

"No need to shout. I shall reunite you with your daughter." We see the Knight behind the doctor who's face is plastered with happiness but seconds later changed to pain. A huge sword pierces through his chest. I stand in horror at the sight before me, I feel L's hand squeeze around mine. How can anyone do that...

Both L and I run to the limp body of the doctor. We get on either side of him, L takes him to her lap and I hold his hand. We completely ignored Meliodas's calling to us. "It's all going to be okay, we'll help you."

"It's not safe here for us. We don't know when he'll come back."

Almost like the wind, the Knight appears all of us and tries to take a swing at L, luckily Meliodas counters him. Hawk is running in circles trying to understand who this guy is. I look to L, wondering if she's okay but she nods to me, letting me know she's not hurt at all. As more fighting goes on, Meliodas takes L's hand.

"Leave him!!!"

Knowing we have to, just to save ourselves, we run down the street, into abandoned building.

"What exactly are we doing hiding in this run down building?"

"Think it thought, do you want to get the towns people caught up into this?"

I rub my hand a little, I guess when we were running I cut my hand on something. L sees the small drops of blood on my hand and panics slightly "Eve, your hurt." She grabs my hand, squeeing it to make the wound stop bleeding.

"Don't worry I'll be alright. In my bag is some wraps."

Fishing around she grabs it and begins to wrap my hand, making sure it's nice and tight. "See, I'll live haha." We hold hands, it seems like old times when we help each other when we got hurt. This is so peaceful. We both hear the swinging of a sword, Meliodas and Hawk are talking about a little spell that was just placed but I also hear L clearing her throat.

"How did you find me?"

"It wasn't easy but luck was on my side today and I happen to be resting the same time I heard about some giant women stomping around town. Some how I knew you would be part of it. "Lady Diana, I hope she's okay..."

Squeezing her hand, I smile to her. "She's alright, I'm sure of it."

"At least close the door."

"Doors don't really wok well on someone who can teleport. You never know when he could pop up between us."

"Try behind you."

I gasp at the sudden appearance of the Holy Knight, but Meliodas just gives a cheeky smile to him. "Try below you." We hear the floor break sending the Knight all the way to the bottom. We all gather around the hole to hear his screams fade. Next to me, Meliodas jumps down the hole.

"Who just jumps into a hole?!"

"He's just like that."

"How typical." We all rest on our heels and enjoy the peace even if its only for a second. A big blast below us. I go to the window to see the Knight hunched over a cracked wall and Meliodas standing over him. All three of us go outside and unfortunately we distract Meliodas and it give the Knight time to leave. "Darn it." Out of the corner of my eye I see something big charging at us.

"Why's a horse heading this way?"

"All the racket must have spooked it"

We see the Knight now riding back towards the prison, but I see L heading back into town. I know she's going back to save that doctor. "L, wait!!" As I run after her, it takes Meliodas and Hawk a few seconds todo the same.

Is it a weird place to end? yes it it, but if I kept going it would just go on and on. So, I'll save it for the next part. I hope I balanced out Eve enough in here for you guys. Anyway, I hoped you liked it :)
