Well, I don't think anyone of you need an introduction to this story. But just so there are no confusions, I'll give a slight insight of what all has already happened in the story so far. So, I'll begun with the beginning.

Nandini Murthy lives in Mangalore with her Amms and her brother, Rishabh. Rishabh is suffering with some mysterious disease, in which he gets attacks very frequently. So, for continuing her further studies and for her brother's treatment, she comes to Mumbai to live with her Chacha and Chachi, with Rishabh. Nandini dreams of becoming a scientist and hence fulfill the dream of her father.

But, destiny had some other plans for her and she lands up at Space Academy instead. Instead of fulfilling her father's dream, she decides to pursue her passion for singing and joins Space Academy, the best music college in India. There she meets the arrogant and rude son of the college's trustee, Manik Malhotra and his friends, the Fab 5.

Fab 5 are known for their attitude and arrogance. They care for none but each other. What follows is a tale of lots of fights, arguments and misunderstandings before love happens. But even then, their love story was not meant to happen. Or so it seemed.

Certain incidents lead to a blast in a car with Manik and Kabir in it. Both are declared dead. Here starts the story of the season 2. The Fab 5, Nandini, Navya and Aryaman without Manik and Kabir. How they are coping up with life and each other post the blast forms the story of season 2.

The Fab 5 were broken as Alya and Mukti had given up on music. Dhruv and Alya broke up and started hating each other. Navya and her baby boy, with Harshad, Abir, moved in with Mukti. Nandini tries to keep Manik alive in her memories. She has a new found friend in Aryaman. Then comes Madhyam Singhania. A new student in their college whose voice is like Manik's.

He takes many 'pangas' from them and they are hell bent on teaching him a lesson. Then they came to know of the College President election to be taking place in their college in a few days. Harshad, Nandini and Madhyam stand for the elections. Meanwhile the mystery behind Manik's death surfaces. And also Nandini's motive behind standing in the elections. She wanted to be the President as she would then get access to certain documents that could reveal who was behind the car blast. Her friends come to know of this and decide to help her win by hook or crook so that they can know who was behind the death of their friends. This mission was carried out secretly and Nandini wins with Madhyam coming second and Harshad third. Madhyam learns about the cheating and is very angry. Also, his grandfather is a classical musician and disapproves of Madhyam's choice of rock music. Nandini, oblivious to this, invites Madhyam's GD for a workshop in Space. On knowing this Madhyam thinks that Nandini is doing this purposefully and gets more angry. By now we also know that Aryaman loves Nandini. Madhyam knows this and uses this to provoke Aryaman whenever he wants.

One day Rishabh goes out with Chacha but gets separated from him. Chacha calls Nandini and both look for him. Madhyam finds Rishabh and takes him to his home. There, Rishabh gets an attack which Madhyam doesn't understand. He plays a piece of music that he had himself created which cures Rishabh's attack. Nandini learns from a shopkeeper that Madhyam took Rishabh. She goes to his house. There she finds Rishabh sleeping and takes him home. The next day she sees some changes in Rishabh. He was speaking a few words and he asked her to play music. He made her understand that there was a piece of music with Madhyam that he wanted. So, she approached him and asked about the music piece. He said that he'll give it to her only if she cancels GD's workshop. She does that and Madhyam gives her the music piece. As a result, she is removed from the President's position as GD gets very angry with her. But Nandini had managed to identify the driver who was supposed to drive the car that Manik was driving on the day of the blast. She and Aryaman try to get to him and know the truth as they know that there is something fishy.

Now that Nandini is no more the President, Madhyam becomes the President as he had come second. Nyonika and Harshad try to frame Aryaman by making him look like the suspect. Everybody doubts him after they come to know that psycho Soha was his sister. Even Nandini doesn't trust him. He is very hurt and decides to prove his innocence. He brings the driver in front of everyone who takes Nyonika's name. Everyone is shocked to hear this. Nandini threatened Nyonika to expose her. Nyonika blames Nandini for Manik's death as it was for Nandini. Nandini was supposed to travel in the car but Manik was in it. Nyonika resigns from the position of the trustee and leaves. Aryaman was very hurt that even Nandini doubted on him. Nandini apologises from him and he forgives her.

This is from where my story would start. I won't be referring to the track that was shown in the show after this. The story would be something totally different. There are a lot of loose ends that need to be tied. Soha was not actually dead, remember? Don't you think Aryaman deserves a little love in his life? Would Navya remain single, forever in dreams of Cabir? Obviously, Cabir won't come back from the dead. This is not some Ekta Kapoor daily soap! What about Mukti? Don't you think she deserves someone in her life who would love her and take care of her? And Harshad needs to be punished. What say?

So, like the name suggests, this is a fan's version. I have the plot in my mind but you are free to give suggestions. Who knows, I might even use them! But yes I won't promise anything!

When the actual story would be posted is a question for me too. I had written the first part long back. When the story was nearing the entry of Manik in season 2, then only I had written it. So, that's why the story starts from the middle of season 2. Though I have it written, but I have to make a few changes in it. Plus, I have my mid sems and then my projects after that. So the next update might be after 20th October. Sorry for the delay!!
