Okay, so I realize that there's not a lot of fanboys out there that write fanfiction with OCs. I get that. But all I see is the main girl character, maybe her best friend, and then her love interest is almost always a character from the books, such as Percy, Nico, Leo, etc. I've already went over how irritating that is, and it's also irritating that there's never a lot of boy ocs. I'm currently writing a PJO fan ficition, and I have many boy ocs, because I don't understand why everybody uses the canon characters when they already have a girlfriend and a life and a story....
