Soon the three of them arrived ar the Wens residence. Wen Chao and Wen Zhuliu were having their drinks.

"Finally we got paid to cause the accident." Wen Zhuliu laughed like a lunatic and drank his drink.

"I never thought that Yibo will pay us to cause accident to that bitch. Tsk tsk..." Wen Chao chuckled while taking a sip from his drink.

"That idiot Zhan! He doesn't know that his own lover betrayed him!" Wen Zhuliu laughed like a lunatic.

Zhan froze hearing those words. He was standing at the door and the words clearly entered into his ears. Yu Bin put his hand on Zhan's shoulder, bringing him back to his senses. Zhan looked at Yu Bin and Bowen and stepped inside the house.

"When Chao!" Zhan snarled as he set his foot in the Wen Mansion.

"Welcome, Xiao Zhan. What a pleasant surprise!" Wen Chao smirked as he stood up from his place.

"Why the hell did you tried to kill my shijie?" Zhan glared at Wen Zhuliu.

"I didn't kill her. I just caused an accident." Zhuliu's lips curved into a half-moon smile.

"Confess right now." Yu Bin growled.

"Confess what?" Wen Chao blinked, pretending to be innocent.

Zhan didn't say a single word. He clenched his fist and the next moment Wen Zhuliu received a heavy punch on his face.

"Xiao Zhan, what behavior is this!?" Wen Chao shouted, holding his bother from falling down.

"Jerk! Don't you fucking dare to mess with me! First, tell me why did you try to kill my shijie?" Zhan shouted, kicking Wen Zhuliu on his knees.

"We didn't do it. Ask your bastard lover. He asked us to cause this accident." Wen Chao yelled.

"Just shut the fuck up!" Zhan punched Wen Chao and took his gun out, pointing it at Wen Chao's forehead. "Just confess the truth, otherwise I won't spare anyone of you two."

"Please don't kill us." Wen Zhuliu trembled as the gun was held dangerously at Wen Chao's forehead.

"Yes. We will." Wen Chao trembled. "Please removed the gun first."

Zhan glared at them and he sat on the couch while the Wen brothers knelt down before him.

"Shoot!" Zhan growled.

"W-we didn't meant to cause the accident. Actually, Wang Yibo paid us to do so." Wen Zhuliu said trembling like an autumn leaf.

"Mind your words!" Zhan growled and pointed his gun at Zhuliu. "Don't you dare to lie to me. Speak the truth!"

"We are speaking truth, Xiao Zhan." Wen Zhao replied back. "If you don't believe us, then listen to this voice recording." Wen Chao gave his phone to Zhan.

Zhan took the phone and played the audio clip. Zhan froze listening to the voice in the audio clip. It was clearly Wang Yibo's voice and he was saying that he would pay them if they do his work and listen to him.

"See, we didn't lie." Wen Chao looked at Zhan.

"No! H-how..." Zhan looked at Bowen. "Why? Why did he lie to me?"

"Because he doesn't want you to live happily." Wen Zhuliu said. "He told us that he wants to destroy your reputation and your family's business. He is the real devil, not us."

Zhan trembled listening to their confessions. He looked Yu Bin and Bowen hopelessly who also seemed thunderstruck on witnessing the evidence.

"Let's go," Zhan said expressionlessly as he stood up and walked towards the door. Bowen and Yu Bin looked at each other and followed Zhan. "Give me the keys. I will drive." Zhan opened his palm, asking for keys and Yu Bin hesitatingly handed them to him.

Zhan drove the bike with unusual speed and Yu Bin like that was his last day on the earth. Bowen wanted to speak but he was too afraid to face Zhan's wrath.

Soon Zhan reached Hao Xuan's apartment. He quickly parked the bike at the side and knocked at the door.

"Zhan? Did you find the culprit?" Hao Xuan asked excitedly as he opened the door.

"Yes. Let's go inside first." Zhan said in a cold voice devoid of any expressions.

Hao Xuan realized that something was wrong, terribly wrong. As Zhan went inside, Yibo came running.

"Zhan, I missed you." Yibo hugged Zhan tightly. Zhan didn't return the hug. Instead, he pushed Yibo with a force such that Yibo stumbled. Yibo looked at Zhan, bewildered. "Zhan? What's wrong?"

"Can you put an end to your innocent acts?" Zhan growled in his cold expressionless voice.

"Zhan!" Yibo looked at Zhan as he couldn't believe his ears. "What are you saying?"

"You cannot still understand right?" Zhan walked towards Yibo. "Why on the earth do you want my shijie dead?" He snarled.

"Zhan! What are you saying? Why will I try to kill jiejie? She is my jiejie as well." Yibo's vision became blurry as tears started to feel in his eyes.

"Wow! Yibo, you are really a great actor!" Zhan clapped his hands. "I found evidence against you. Will you still deny your crime?" Zhan held Yibo by collar and glared at him.

"I haven't done anything!" Yibo's voice cracked as the tears which threatened to escape started to flow freely. "I haven't caused the accident, Zhan. Why don't you believe me?"

Zhan chuckled bitterly. He showed the evidences which Bowen collected and the audio clip which Wen Chao showed. After seeing the evidence, Yibo looked at Zhan hopelessly.

"Zhan, believe me, I never did this." Yibo held Zhan's arms. "I-I can never think of hurting you! I love you, Zhan!" Yibo looked into Zhan's eyes but the latter avoided his gaze. "Zhan, I can never hurt your loved one. I cannot see the pain in your eyes. T-this is a trap, Zhan!" Yibo shook Zhan gently, desperately trying to make Zhan understand but the latter looked away.

"Just stop this!" Zhan pushed Yibo, making him stumble.

"Zhan!" Jiyang yelled as he held Yibo, protecting him from falling." How could you say that? Those evidences are fake. Yibo can never do such things."

"Really?" Zhan chuckled without humor. "They why all evidence show against him? And even I heard him talking to his spies for spying on me." Zhan glared at Yibo. "Isn't it true, Wang Yibo?"

"I-I admit that I spied on Zhan. But that's because I am worried about him." Yibo's voice trembled while a lump formed in his throat, preventing him from speaking. "But I swear, I never did this crime, Zhan."

"Can you stop lying, WANG YIBO!?" Zhan snapped. "Now you are saying that the evidences are a lie, and even my eyes betray me right?"

"Zhan..." Yibo couldn't speak more. His tears blocked his vision while the lump formed at his throat made him feel uncomfortable.

"Get out," Zhan said emotionlessly.

"What?" Hao Xuan looked at Zhan with disbelief in his eyes.

"Yibo, get out now!" Zhan send daggers through his stare. "Your relationship with me as boyfriend ends here. Don't you ever dare to call me as your boyfriend."

'Zhan!" Yibo tried to speak but his voice sounded low as his entire world crumbled just before him. "Why don't you believe me? I never do that. T-these all are fake."

"I believe in evidences Wang Yibo." Zhan glared at Yibo. "Even though I didn't believe the evidences at first but later the audio clip and my eyes proved that you are the one behind my shijie's accident. So get out of my sight. You already know how much I hate liars and backstabbers."

"Zhan, y-you cannot do this to me!" Yibo cried as he held Zhan's hands tightly. "Y-you are trying to test my love for you, right? Hm? You just said that I shouldn't lose my hope on our love. I know you are kidding. Zhan?" Yibo held Zhan's face, making the latter look at him.

Zhan's eyes glistened as tears formed in his eyes as well. His heart softened at Yibo's words, but the next moment he remembered the evidence and what Yibo had done. He pushed away Yibo.

"Don't ever show me your face, Wang Yibo. I fucking hate you! Just get out of here!" Zhan snarled and let inside the house, leaving Yibo, Hao Xuan and Jiyang flabbergasted.

"What is this Bowen?" Hao Xuan managed to ask.

"It's the truth Hao Xuan." Bowen sighed and looked at Yibo disappointed.

"But, Yibo can never do such a crime. He is innocent." Jiyang interfered.

"I will leave," Yibo said with any emotions. "When my boyfriend..." Yibo chuckled bitterly. "...sorry Xiao Zhan didn't believe me, why should I stay here? There is no reason for me to stay here."

"Yibo..." Jiyang held Yibo hand, trying to stop him.

"Jiyang, please take care of everyone." Yibo smiled with a heavy heart. "Specially Zhan. He remained too absorbed in work that he forgets about taking care of himself." Yibo left to his room and came with his bag. "I am leaving now," Yibo said while his eyes were searching for Zhan. When Yibo realized that he wouldn't see Zhan, he smiled to himself and left the house after bidding his friend goodbye.

After Yibo left the house, Zhan came from inside. "He's gone right?" Zhan's voice cracked while his eyes became red and swollen.

Yu Bin nodded a 'yes'. Zhan collapsed and fell on his knees. "Why? Why does this always happen to me?" Zhan cried, letting his tears flow freely. "I trusted Yibo so much, I loved him so much as at the end, he just broke my trust and proved me wrong. Why?"

Zhan cried bitterly. Hao Xuan rushed to him and hugged him. "Shhhh...Zhan, it's okay? Don't cry."

"Hao Xuan, why did Yibo betray me? Didn't I take good care of him? Didn't I love him enough to trust me?" Zhan's tears flowed freely like a flowing river. "Why did he do this? Why did he broke my heart?"
