It was a bright morning. Small chirping birds sat at the windows through which Sunlight seeped in making small shadows of the vases and containers of Vennela's kitchen. The plants in the vases looked fresh and healthy- a reminder of the happy life they were living too.
Dressed in a butter yellow knee length frock, stood Vennela, her long hair tied in a bun, few loose strands tickled her cheek. She smiled humming a melody while pouring the idli batter and kept it for steaming.
Her eyes distracted to check the sambar that was simmering in the pressure cooker.
Vennela awed at the taste of the coconut chutney that turned out pretty well, feeling proud of herself. The kitchen counter top was cleaned well after finishing the works.

She thought to check on her husband who was already awake early morning. His works were taking a toll on him slowly, as he slept late and used to wake up early to finish the works. When she reached infront of the room and as usual she saw him infront of the laptop typing something furiously. She sighed and approached him, the cup of coffee still hot in her hands.

Without disturbing him, she placed coffee on the table. Jai was too busy to notice her presence and the coffee.

Babies were fast asleep too. She watched him with his specs on, a frown etched on his tired face as she thought it was some serious matter he was typing. His legs tapped on the floor in between. The coffee being untouched even after five minutes, made Vennela worry. Jai was working too hard for a meeting he had today. The only sound in the room was the continuous click of the keyboard.

She broke the silence finally.

"Bava..." her voice was as soft as silk.

"Hmm ?" His eyes were glued to the screen.

"Coffee is getting cold. Please have that"

"Thanks baby... I'll have it😊"

"Hmm..."

After few moments, Jai sipped the coffee and he felt an instant energy flowing through his muscles. He sighed and turned to look at her. Vennela looked at him with a worried expression which gave a gnawing feeling inside Jai. He knew he couldn't give time to family nowadays and he hated it.

"Thanks baby. This coffee is awesome and such a mood lifter🥰"

Vennela smiled back.

"Breakfast is ready, bava. I think you have to freshen up soon otherwise you will be getting late"

He sighed as he readjusted on the chair.

"I know..." he yawned momentarily, the tiredness visible on him- dark undereyes,  grown beard and hair too.

Without saying anything, Vennela  positioned herself behind the chair and threaded her fingers in his hair and started gently massaging his scalp. A sigh of relief escaped his lips as he leaned more to her.

"Relax, bava. Everything will be alright. You shouldn't over exert your body. See, I'm worried about your health okay ? It's been many days you slept properly even"

"Hmm...I'm fine, baby. Works are almost over for today. I'm just re checking whether everything is good" Jai mumbled while typing something.

"Alright. You are shaving today. And get a haircut tomorrow"

Jai guffawed.

"Not funny, bava🤨"

"Bangaruu, I know it already. I look horrible😂"

"I don't need to see you horrible. Either you are going to the salon or I'm trimming your beard and hair today😑"

"Second option sounds better🤭" He giggled earning a light smack from her.

Smiling, Vennela continued to help her husband in whatever way she could. Making food and pampering him was all she could do and all Jai wanted from her.

"Breakfast is ready, bava. You freshen up and come no"

"What's the time now ?" His eyes roamed to the clock.

"It's already 8 and you have to reach office soon"

Nodding, Jai switched off his laptop and got up.

Vennela passed him a fresh set of clothes to wear.

"Thank you, love😘" He pecked her cheeks before vanishing into the bathroom, making her smile wide.

Their little pranksters were sleeping extra today since they had already woken up early morning and slept late. Glad, she thought.

Vennela fetched his perfectly ironed suit and kept on the bed. Beside that she neatly kept a pair of socks, belt and tie for him.

She took his now empty coffee cup and went back to the kitchen to arrange breakfast.

After few minutes, Vennela went back to the room to call him.

"Bava.. come. I've made fresh idli, sambar and chutney for us"

"Sounds yum. I'll be there in a minute, baby"

Towel still hanging around his neck, he was engrossed in going through the files.

"Alright" As she was about to exit the room, her phone shrilled.

She rushed, not to disturb babies. It was Radha.

"Hello Radha, what's up ?"

"Akka, I called to inform you that I cannot come today"

"Is everything okay ?"

"I have to take amma for daily checkup. Today is the day"

"Oh yes.. you had told me few days ago. I totally forgot. It's okay dear. You can go😊"

"But...umm...I'll try to come afternoon"

"No. That's okay. I'm fine and I'll manage here"

For a moment, Jai looked at her and raised eyebrows.

Vennela shook her head with a smile and continued talking.

"Do you want money ?"

"No, akka. I have. Thank you for asking. Babies are sleeping ?"

"Yes they are. Woke up early morning crying lots then slept off late"

"Hmm. And anna?"

"He is going to office. Have an important meeting today"

"Alright. Then I'll call you later, akka. Bye. Have a good day. Don't hesitate to call me ...I'll be free afternoon probably"

"Okay madam. Now go😆 "Vennela giggled and disconnected the call.

"Radha has to take her amma to hospital today. So she won't be coming"

"Ohhh..." Jai looked at her with a worried expression.

"Don't worry bava. I'll perfectly manage here"

She assured wrapping her hands around his arm.

"I wouldn't have gone..but this is important" He showed the file in his hands.

"I'll smack your bums if you are staying home even if you don't have this meeting. Don't be lazy husband. You are single handedly earning for our family"

She held his towel with both hands pulling him closer and looking into his eyes.

"When our babies grow up, you have to be their role model. So ..."

"Why not you?😚" He interrupted her.

"You deserve to be their role model. Kind, loving and intelligent mamma😍"

"Okay..Then we both will be their role models😂"

"Now we are talking" He giggled and hugged her closer.

Vennela melted in his embrace and pulled him with her to the dining area.

She served hot idlis with a little kara podi on the side, chutney and fresh sambar.

"This is a lot, bangaruu.." he awed as she made all this in such a less time.

"For you, bava. Eat well😀"

She poured him a glass of water, as he insisted.

Jai's phone started ringing.

"It's important, baby"

Vennela nodded and he took the call talking to his P.A.

She saw the time was ticking and Jai had to be at the office soon. Without thinking more, she took the plate in her hands and bought a morsel of food from it near Jai.

He smiled and opened his mouth, savouring the homely deliciousness of his wife's cooking.

After a minute he cut the call.

Vennela continued feeding him and Jai had it happily.

Playfully he bit her finger when she gave the last bits.

"Ouch! What all I have to bear now ?😩" She rolled her eyes playfully.

"Everything😉" He winked.

She twisted his ears before disappearing into the kitchen to keep the plate.

Jai finished up buttoning his suit and checked the mirror one last time. He wanted to look presentable.

"Uff...who is this handsome boy? Sir, an autograph please...😉"

Vennela playfully nudged his shoulder.

"Sure madam🤪" He pulled her closer and immersed his head in her neck giving a hickey.

"Ahhh!!! Bava !😖" She slightly pushed him.

"Devuda!😳"  She looked into the mirror and checked her neck to see slight red imprints of his teeth highlighting her fair skin.

"I'm sure that was quite a memorable autograph, bangaruu... 😉"

"Offo! Bava...😠" she glared at him and went back to arranging his laptop bag.

"I love you...😚" he announced.

"Sadly, I love you too. My fate😩"  She complained while hiding her stifle.

"Yeah. So sad, bangaruu..you are hooked up with me for an eternity❤️"

She smiled while passing his bag.

"Check if I've kept everything inside"

"I'm sure. You know what all to keep better than me"

"So confident huh ?😏"

"Always😉"  His wink got her blush.

He kissed babies' head and walked followed by his wife.

"Bava, will you come for lunch ?"

"I don't think so, baby. Might have it with the clients"

"Okay no problem😄"  She smiled and walked till the portico.

"Make sure to have all food, especially milk, leafy vegetables and dry fruits.Message me anytime. Close the doors properly. Call me if you need something. Take rest. Don't over exert yourself"

She sighed and made a disinterested face at his everyday boring lecture.

"Sure sir. Anything else ?"

"Of course. My kiss😚"

She rolled her eyes.

"Expected this😏"

She pecked his lips gently. Gentle was not in his dictionary so Jai took it to a next level kiss stealing her breath away.

"That's a kiss😝"

Vennela still panting, hit his chest playfully.

"All the best, bava. You will rock. Don't tense. I know you have prepared really well. It will be worth it. And don't even worry if you failed this. I'm with you always☺️"  She held his palm.

Jai smiled wider and hugged her.

"I know. I married the best person in the world for me❤️"

"Love you...take care..."

Vennela closed the gates and came back locking the door.

Just as she returned to the room, babies had woken up.

"Awww..amma's bujji and bangaram woke up ?😍"

She picked up her munchkins who were 5 months old now.

She made them lay down on the bed and ruffled their hair.

Babies still in hangover of sleep, yawned before waking up fully.

She checked her diapers which was changed early morning.

"Alright...Amma will feed will now😘😘"

As she fed them, she realised yet again, that she was a wife and mother now.

She remember the times where she was still that kid who used to climb on mango trees and getting scolded by the villagers.
Even though she was such a carefree girl who wasn't anxious about her future got married to someone who treasures her more than his own life. Jai...her bava...her husband ...He came into her life as a fresh breeze. He was loving, sensible and kind. Always had that smile which brightened her day. Not a single day, Jai didn't make her feel special. And today as she watched her babies, brought immense motherly love in her. They were chubby and heavy.
All mothers would be anxious about their kids having less food, on the other hand her babies won't stop eating only. She thought with a chuckle as she massaged their tiny limbs.

Vennela smiled giving a thumbs up to his message.

"Babies woke up after you went. Now they are playing after draining me out ...😂"

Jai sent a laughing emoji with few kisses.

"All the best, bava. Now concentrate on your works"

"Okay.. take care baby😘"

"Amma is calling I'll take that" She messaged back and took the video call.

"Hi amma...good morning☺️"

"Good morning, Vennu...
Babies woke up ?😄"

"Yes amma. See.." she turned the phone towards the bed and saw them rolling on their back playing with rattles.

Lakshmi let out a chuckle.

"Ammu...rishuu...where is ammamma's babies?😍"

Hearing the familiar voice of their grandma, babies excitedly turned their heads searching for the source.

Vennela bought the phone infront of them and adjusted it on the pillow so that they could watch her.

They kicked their arms and legs in excitement.

"Do you want to come to ammamma ? I also miss you both already. My bujji bangaram...😘😘"

She gave flying kisses.
Babies gave drooly smiles trying to pick her phone.

"Uh uh..no no... see like this babies. Ask whether ammamma had breakfast ?"

"Ammamma will have breakfast soon☺️"
Lakshmi replied with a wide smile.

"What's your breakfast, vennu ?"

"I made idli, chutney and sambar. Bava has an important meeting today. So he went early"

"Ohh..will he come for lunch ?"

"He asked me to have. He will have it with clients"

"Hmm.. Radha will come soon no?"

"No Amma. Today she is on leave. Have to take her mother to the hospital"

"Oh so you are alone?"

Vennela groaned rolling her eyes.

"Why would I be alone, amma? I have my babies with me😘😘" She gathered them from the bed and smothered with kisses making them giggle.

Lakshmi watched them with a smile.

"Alright. Take care vennu. Oh and I forgot to tell you ... Ramu anna's son got a job at Hyderabad as Jai helped"

"Really ?😀 Wow. I'll ask bava when he comes"

"How are they doing, amma? The mangoes must have ripened😗" She pouted.

"You and mangoes...last time didn't he give you a sack full?"

"It was long ago.."

"It was before last week"

"What can I do ? I love it so much😩"  She sighed.

"Alright. I'll see whether I can send it with someone for you.."

Vennela gave a squeal.

"You are the best, amma. Love you..muah...😍😘"

"Enough buttering..😂"

"Have an eye on babies, ,Vennu...it's their age of nibbling things"

"Yes. I know amma. I'll have an eye on them. Chinnatha is in kitchen ? And where is nana?"

"Pallavi is packing things for Chinna's school. Nana went to the farm today with anna"

"So soon ?"

"Hmm. There is some harvest today"

"Okay. I have to give a bath to babies. Then make some lunch. Have to wash clothes and clean home too"

"I know. Have your breakfast and do everything one by one"

"Bye amma"

"Bye Vennu...ammu rishuu...Tata 👋 ammamma will call you later😘😘"

Babies gave a drooly smile at her conveying their message to their dearest ammamma.

Later Vennela bathed babies and they were dressed up in comfortable cotton dress. They felt sleepy soon and she made them sleep.

After having her breakfast, she took out the clothes to wash. Lately Jai forgets things he kept in pockets so Vennela had to recheck it before washing.

The sun was getting brighter and she somehow finished up washing, also she needed to have an eye on babies too. 

She oiled her long hair and kept it in a bun.
Suddenly she heard the calling bell ringing. She approached the window and slightly parted curtains to see that it was their neighbour, Seetha.

She smiled and opened the door.

"Hey Seetha... come in .... 😀"

"Did I disturb you vennu ? Were you busy?"
She sat on the couch.

"Not at all. I was just preparing for a bath after washing the clothes"

"Hmm. Alright. I just came casually to talk with you if you are free"

"Thanks a lot. I was actually getting bored. Radha is on leave too. So I was alone here"

"Ohh ...that's great. I came at the right time then. Babies ?"

"They are sleeping. Let me bring you something to drink" She stood up from the couch but was interrupted by Seetha.

"I just had breakfast, vennu. My stomach is full"

"Nothing saying. You came to our home after long. So ...😄" Vennela dashed to the kitchen and prepared a sweet lemonade and plated up some murukkus, fritters etc. which she made and the ones she brought from village too.

"That's a lot. It wasn't necessary vennu"

"No problem. Tell me how these banana chips are ?☺️"

They talked about everything happening in their personal lives and their colony matters too.

"You know what ? Geetha is pregnant with her second child"

"Yeah..I knew...she called me few days ago. I'm so happy for her. She has been trying since long for another baby. Her elder kid is ten years old right ?"

"Yes. Do you have plans for more kids ?"

A blush crept up Vennela's cheeks at the sudden question directed towards her.

"Umm.. bava and I love kids....our little ones are just 5 months old..so... maybe later... don't know...🥰" she bit her lower lip.

"That's great. Even I love kids..they bring so much joy in our lives"

"True. I had never thought about how it feels like being a mother. But now, babies are my everything. Their smiles, giggles, nursing them etc. makes me feel the happiest seeing them content❤️"

"Exactly. And there is a restaurant opened nearby. We should go there someday"

"Of course. Do they sell Pani puri there ?🤩 Bava doesn't allow me to have from outside😗" She pouted.

"Haha ! Yes I've heard they sell few north Indian food too"

"Cool. I'd join you someday. Why don't you bring your kids here ? I miss seeing them"

"I'll bring them next time. They went to school no. Plus when they get their papa, they won't come anywhere. They just want to be with him"

"Same here too. Especially ammu. She is just a daddy's girl. Too clingy and won't leave bava ever since  he comes from office🤭"

They shared a laughter and talked for a while.

"Okay vennu... I'll go home now. It was nice talking with you"

"Same here. Wait I'll pack some of these. Give it to the kids☺️"

Before waiting for her reply, Vennela packed few snacks and passed it to Seetha.

They shared a hug and she went.

Meanwhile the meeting had started early and Jai was listening to the presentation of the client. He noted few points in his notepad. Later, he started presenting his work. His charm and aura instantly attracting the clients. All the key points were simple and relevant. He didn't fancy with words. It was crystal clear as that.

"So gentleman, I'd like to hear your opinions on this idea"

"Mr. Jai, this is really a cool idea. Do you think this plan will actually reduce the incoming heat making less use of the air conditioner inside the building?"

"Yes. That's what I'm telling. The material and the design is preplanned in such a way. So why not take a chance ? Otherwise we will think of a backup plan"

"Sure. If you are confident enough, then let's discuss it further at Singapore. Next month ?"

"Yes☺️" He nodded and exchanged  pleasantries with the guests.

Vennela came out after bath dressed up in comfortable shirt and pyjama, a towel wrapped around her damp hair. She hummed a tune softly and applied indoor on her hair partition.

She glanced at babies' crib and smiled seeing them sleeping peacefully.

Pasting a bindi, she went towards the kitchen to fry some fish she kept marinated in the fridge.

As she was frying, her phone shrilled. It was Radha.

"Hello akka. I just came back from hospital. Let me come home ?"

"Arey this girl...didn't I ask you to take rest ? I'm frying fishes now don't bother me"

She heard a giggle from the other end which made her smile.

"So what did doctor tell about amma ?"

"He gave usual tablets. He insisted that she needs to walk a little bit more inorder to improve her bone strength. Gave a new diet plan too"

"Great. Glad that she is doing better☺️"
"Yes...babies must be sleeping right ?"

"Of course. Their life is the best. Eating, sleeping and playing. How luxurious !😩" Vennela sighed and giggled turning sides of the fish.

"We all were such babies once, akka"

"I know I know...my amma used to scold me for every other thing. She disliked me climbing on neighbours trees and plucking the fruits😕"

Vennela heard a hearty laugh from the other side.

"Now you also don't mock me😒"

"Akka, which parents like to hear complaints from the neighbours about their kids ?😂"

Vennela pouted and gasped as the stove was switched off by someone.

Turning she saw Arjun standing close to her.

"Why...how are you here ?😧" She panicked and moved away from him.

"Akka...akka...you there ?😟" Radha knew something was wrong.

"Hey Vennela...calm down..." Arjun said with fake concern.

"How did you get in here ? Go away before I inform bava"

She tried to dial his number, but Arjun held her wrist tight and took the phone glancing the caller ID.

"Ohh this b**** won't leave you during call also ?😏" He cut the call swiftly.

"What do you want, Arjun? Vennela shouted.
How did you barge into our home just like that ?"

"I was here since long, Vennu.... Ever since I found out that your maid and husband is not available😏" He smirked moving closer to her.

Meanwhile Radha knew Vennela was in a dangerous situation and she dialled Jai's  number swiftly. Unfortunately his phone was on silent mode so it kept ringing.

"Move away from me..ugh..😠😖"she pushed him away.

"Why Vennu ? Just a little time. No one will know. Do you know how beautiful you are?....that I can't help but think of you.. no one is as beautiful as you... 😍"

She closed her eyes disgusted at the way he described her.

"I'll inform this to Reena...Please go out of this home. I beg you" She requested.

"And why would I do that ?" He got closer to her again.

"As if I care you informing to her. She doesn't know when and where I go. Anyways i already know that she is having an eye on your dearest husband. Let her take him. You come with me... "

She raised her hands and gave a tight slap across his cheek.

"How dare you talk like that ? You know I'm married and I'm a mother too😡
Give my phone..." she tried to snatch it from him. 

He held her waist and carried her to the next room not minding her kicks and hits. He dropped her on the bed and closed the door.

"I asked you to give me few moments...and I'll go once I'm satisfied"

"If bava gets to know about this, he won't spare you😡" Vennela said her eyes red and welled up.

"He might know, but I won't miss this chance. How much I wanna love you? Ditch him and come with me...I'll make you the queen of the world"

She closed her ears tight.

Arjun gave a malicious laughter and proceeded moving towards the bed.

Just then he stopped on tracks hearing the babies' cry.

He groaned and rolled his eyes.

Vennela looked for the source worriedly and tried to go to her babies.

He pulled her hair from behind.

"Ahhh!!🥺"

"Where do you think you are going? Those babies doesn't matter to me. Let them cry😏"

"My babies need me..I beg you please...🥺"
she pleaded desperately tears streaming down her face.

"Hey beautiful, don't cry ...we can find a solution for it. Ok do one thing. Lets be fast. You want to go to your babies, you can...depends on how fast you are going to satisfy me. Think about your babies...they are crying and must be wanting their mother"

Vennela sobbed torn between the duties of mother and to escape from the clutches of this mad man.

Her phone started ringing. It was Jai.

Arjun's eyes darkened.

"Why the heck is he calling now ?😡"

"Bava !!!🥺"  She looked at her phone and cried pushing him trying grab the phone.

Arjun held it far from her reach.

"He has been a pain since long. Everytime I come to meet you, he would be here. Atleast I got you today"

He unbuttoned his shirt. Babies were crying in the background. Vennela felt cornered. She clutched her knees tight to her chest and sobbed praying that Jai would come to her. She cried even harder hearing her babies' cry.

As he completely unbuttoned his shirt and reached her, the door flung open.

Arjun looked around. He gasped seeing Jai at the door, his eyes red and furious, the heat of his glance could burn his soul into ashes.

"Bava!!!😭"  Vennela looked with wide eyes and dashed out of the bed towards him, hugging him tighter, her desperate sobs shook Jai violently and he hugged her back and rubbed soothing her, his eyes never leaving Arjun's.

At the right time, Radha also came and took Vennela from the scene to babies' room.

Without thinking anything else, Jai smashed him hard across his face. Arjun tried his maximum to get up from the floor and give back a hit, but it went in vain. Infront of Jai, Arjun was just another ant. A rain of punches and kicks fell on Arjun.

"How dare you force my wife???😡😤" Jai shouted furiously.

Vennela asked Radha to be with babies and rushed to Jai.

She went horrified seeing Arjun bruised and on knees on the floor, dripping blood.

"Bava !😟" She went and held his hand which was raised to punch him again.
"No..you are going to kill him"

"He deserves that, bangaram. In this daylight he barged into our home and tried to be with my wife"

"Don't kill him, bava. I don't want you to be responsible for that😥"  She looked at him pleading. Finally Jai backed off.

"Dare i hear about such thing in this locality...you are doomed. Go away..NOW!!!!😡" Jai shouted which made Arjun stumble and walk outside their home, bruised badly.

Once he went away, Vennela hugged Jai again and stood like that. The events of the day, stark contrast to the beautiful morning.

Jai hugged her tightly and caressed her hair. Her soft sobs a dagger to his heart.

"How..did you come, bava ?"

"Radha...she informed me.. my phone was silent at first when she called. But then I got a call in office landline"

"I'm glad she called you at the right moment..otherwise...😔"

Jai closed her mouth not wanting to hear it.

He cupped her face and kissed her hard, taking her sorrows, worries and giving an assurance in that long kiss.

Fresh tears occupied her face once again as she broke the kiss and looked back at him.

"I'm sorry bangaruu..."

"Don't be. You came at the right moment to save me..🥺"

She heard babies' cry again. They went to the room together and saw Radha trying to pacify them. 

Radha looked at them sympathetically before getting up and excusing to give them space.

As Radha went to the kitchen, Jai closed the door while Vennela picked up babies and started feeding them. They have been crying for a while now, their noses red and cheeks dried up with tears.

Vennela choked a sob watching them as she started feeding.

Jai sat beside and hugged her closer to his chest and fresh tears flowed down her eyes which she continued to wipe.

He rubbed her back more and more.

"I didn't.. know...how..he got inside... she looked at him with teary eyes"

This vulnerable side of Vennela was only known to Jai

"It's okay...I saw the backdoor already open. I came through that way..."

Her eyes widened and she thought of the possibilities with a confused face. Didn't she lock the door ? She thought she did.

"Don't worry baby. Maybe you had forgotten. That's okay. Are you fine ?"

"I'm...okay..."she shook her head.

Jai sighed and pulled her closer, peppering kisses on her head.

"I'm here. Glad that Radha called me at the right moment"

"I'm so thankful that she called me that time. He....I.. babies were crying too. I felt so bad that I couldn't be near them. I tried many ways bava....🥺" Vennela wiped a tear drop that fell accidentally on Rishu's palm.

Jai fisted his palm tight such that his knuckles turned white.

"I'm going to the police station today itself. I'll check the CCTV camera and find evidence somehow"

"Bava...I don't want you to go behind this.. she held his palm.
Be with me...I need you..😥🥺"

"I'm with you..always.." he gave a lingering kiss on her forehead.

"I hope he didn't hurt you"

"He couldn't. You came at the right time"
Jai intertwined his fingers with hers giving assurance.

"Don't...tell to mavaiyya or amma... let this remain between us. I don't want to tense them😥🥺😔"

Jai thought for a while before nodding. She had a point.

"How did your meeting go ?"

"It went well, baby. We got the deal. Next month I've to go Singapore regarding this"

Vennela looked at him and blinked her watery eyes.

"I'm taking you all with me..😘" he gave a soft kiss on her eye.

Vennela gave a bright smile, finally which made Jai happiest.

He caressed her hair and they sat like that watching their babies.

"Did you have lunch, bava ?"

"No"

"I've made your favourite fish fry. We can have it soon once babies are done having their meal☺️"

"Of course Sweety. Anytime. I just want to know that you are okay"

"I'm okay if you are with me. Don't worry bava. I was fine until i got vulnerable hearing babies cry.Now I think I should have given a kick to his balls😠"

"You should have😂 But don't worry ...I've given him many kicks. His disfigured face will be a lesson to him if he is thinking about glancing at you😏"

Vennela chuckled and kept her head on his shoulder.

Even though today wasn't beautiful, Jai promised that he would protect his family over anything...anybody. For Vennela...for their babies. He was a responsible husband and a father, a man driven by duty towards his family.
