She might be gone now, if she was alright, she wouldn't have disappeared.

The voices are loud again. I do my best, but I always hear them. I'm sure my sister is alright, she has to be.

She left you, she doesn't want you.

"Luciaa, are you okay?

Ada woke me up from this nightmare. Why does it keep happening?

"You were shaking and saying weird things, are you alright?"

"Yes, it's just that I have some nightmares sometimes."

"Don't worry, it's alright now."

She takes me in her arms, it feels warm and good in her tender embrace.
After a short moment, thanks to Ada and Neige, I feel better.

"Do you still want to go search your sister? Maybe it's wiser that you take a break."

"No, I'm fine. I want to go search for her."

Ada looks worried about me. Neige puts his hand on her shoulder to reassure her and smiles at me. 

"I'm sure she'll be fine, if we stay here and don't do anything, she'll actually be more worried about her sister."

"I guess it's true, we should go when you are ready then."

It's a bit scary, a part of me knows that I won't see her, but another part of me is hopeful, or at least tries to be.

We go back to the army's base we went yesterday. I can't believe what I'm seeing. 
Iya is here, she looks worried and talks with someone, but I couldn't stop myself for taking her in my arms.

"Sister! I was so worried for you!"

"Luciaa?! I was so worried when I saw you weren't at home."

We stayed in each other's arm for a while. I feel so relieved that she's finally here again. After finally being reunited again, Iya, Neige, Ada and I went to take something to drink and know where my sister was gone.

"I wasn't gone anywhere, I just went home late that night. I thought you would have waited, but apparently you left."

"I was so worried for you, sis."

"I was too, I searched for you everywhere I could yesterday. It's only when someone from work told me they saw you that I came here."

So if I had waited for the night, nothing of that would have happened. Maybe I was overthinking too much after all, but without that, I never would have known about what my sister was doing.

"Why did you never tell me you worked in the army?"

She dodges my gaze and takes a pained face at those words. I'm sure she has a good reason, but I need to know.

"You don't know how the outside world is, it's an unforgiving and terrifying place. I want you to stay away from all of that."

"But I'm big enough to face the world now."

"No, nobody really is. Miss nun, thank you for taking care of Luciaa for me, can you bring her home please?"

"Wait, I don't want to go home."

"Listen to me, Luciaa. You need to go home now, I'll come back this night. You don't understand what is happening."

"Then why don't you tell me? Don't you trust me?"

Ada takes me slowly in her arms, I didn't notice how agitated I was being. My heart is racing, my whole body was tense before she took me in her arms.

"Calm down, your sister only wants your own good."

"You should go home now, being outside is dangerous for you."

"Why is it dangerous for me and not for you?"

"You will go home and we'll never talk about it again. I'm sorry Luciaa, but it's like that."

She was about to leaves without even looking at me in the eyes, but Neige stood up on her way before she could leave.

"Please, let me go."

"It's about Fubuki, right?"

Fubuki? My sister had her back turned toward me, so I couldn't see her reaction, but her silence speaks more than enough.

"Sister, what is it about Fubuki?"

"It's something I'll deal with later, please, forget about it Luciaa."

"When are you going to deal with it? When it will be too late?"

Neige looks so light-hearted and careless usually, but when something is important to him, he becomes really serious. But why is he? Does he have something to do with Fubuki? And what is my sister hiding?

"It's something between us, you don't need to be involved, whoever you are."

"I think you should know that your sister used magic on the way here."

Iya looks at me, a smile and a look of concern on her face.

"You did it, you always wanted to do it! I'm so happy for you! So what kind of magic can you do?"

"I was able to use ice magic."

Only fear was on her face now, she even took a step back out of surprise. Is it really that bad of a thing. Thankfully, Ada is here to try to calm everyone and defuse the situation.

"She did use ice magic, but it doesn't mean that it's related to Fubuki. Maybe she is the first one to be able to do it naturally. Don't you think the same Neige? You, too, can use ice."

"No, it's not just a coincidence."

Iya looks at me with a grim look on her face. I can see in her eyes that there's something she is keeping bottled up inside for so long.

"Can I be alone with Luciaa for a moment?"

Ada silently nods her head and take Neige to go somewhere else, leaving me with my sister. I imagined our reunion to happen differently, but I need to learn what is happening.

"Ten years ago, the elven race was exterminated."

"It was because of the Gods, right?"

"Yes, they deemed the elves too dangerous. We have a natural talent in magic, one that could rival with the gods themselves... But one elf wanted to get rid of the Gods once and for all, and a war between the two started. Despite their natural ability, the elves lost."

So it was started because the elves attacked the Gods? A few days ago I didn't know I was an elf, and now I learn that we tried to kill the Gods, was there even a reason.

"It was ten years ago, that was when our parents died, but you don't remember, right?"

I can't remember anything in the past, for me, my whole life was living with my sister in this forest. 

"Why can't I remember and you can?"

"It's because that day, you died, Luciaa."

"I died? But I'm here."

"I already tried to tell you before, but every time I explain beyond this point, you can't believe it and fall unconscious. Let's stop here."

I take her hand. I'm sure she has tried before, but I feel ready to know. I don't want to live in that limited world anymore, I want to face the truth.

"Please, Iya."

She takes a moment to think, tears are going on her face. For me, it's learning the truth about what happened. For her, she's remembering the day when she lost me. I don't really understand what that mean, but I know it must be hard for the both of us.

"Fubuki killed both of our parents in front of us. She was about to kill me, but you stood on her way... I can still remember, you were in front of me, falling on the ground. I couldn't feel your heart, your body was cold. I was calling for your name, and you never answered. Then, Fubuki asked if you were my sister, I said yes, and she gave you a second chance. I don't know how, but your heart was beating again. When she left, she told me to be a good sister."

Is that... How it happened? I can't remember anything, no matter how hard I try, I can't remember anything. Is that why I saw Fubuki before using my magic? It's all very confusing, but something confuse me even more.

"How... Did Neige know about Fubuki?"

"I think you'll need to ask her, I only met her when she was with the nun. Anyway, you should go home now, we'll talk about it tonight, alright?"

It must have been tiring for her, and it was for me too. There's also things I want to ask Neige.

"I'll go home, but be careful sis."

"I will Luciaa, now wait for me like a good sister."

We part ways, and I go back with Ada and Neige. They both looked really happy to see me.

"Are you alright?"

"Yes, I decided to go home and wait for my sister."

"I'm glad you found your sister, we should go home, a long way awaits us."

We find again the Choma we used on the way here. The way home is more peaceful than the way here. At least I don't have to worry about my sister anymore.
Ada always falls asleep when we ride the Choma, is it because she's tired, or because it's comfortable here?
I guess it's the best moment to ask Neige what I wanted to ask him.

"Hey, how did you know about what happened with Fubuki?"

"I don't really know to be honest, I just guessed. Something similar happened to me, apparently, I was saved by Fubuki ten years ago. Ada told me that it's why I got my power, so I imagined it could be the same for you."

He was saved by Fubuki? Why is she doing that? She killed my parents, but saved me and Neige? I really can't understand her.

"You shouldn't think too much about it, I can see your eyes closing themselves. You should sleep for a bit, I'll wake you up if something happens."

He's right, I feel exhausted. I close my eyes and fall in a deep sleep.
