"You know Bella, as your best friend I feel obligated to say I've got a car full of gas waiting for you downstairs in case of a getaway." Alessia stepped into the makeup room. Her fingers dancing across the walls to the room, scaring the human girl.

Bella jumped slightly, head turning in the direction of the door until she realized who it was. "Alessia!"

Then she was out of the metal cushioned chair and leaping into the strawberry blondes arms. Her hands wrapped around her marble skin, Alessia reciprocating the action with as little strength as possible as she hugged Bella to her body. She inhaled her warm scent, pulling away and placing her palms against the top of her shoulders.

"Missed you too Bella." She smiled fondly, her eyes looked over the girls face. She was going to yell at Alice if she had placed too much makeup on Bella's face but her voice fell short as she noticed the soft colors. Bella looked stunning, but still herself. Alessia pushed her hair back. "Wow Bells, you clean up good. Edward won't know what hit him."

Bella's embarrassed smile and pink cheeks accentuated even further her beauty. She pulled away, feeling complete as all the people both her and Edward loved were finally present. "When did you get back? I didn't see you when I got here."

"Oh about 5 minutes ago, talked to Esme a little and then was ushered up here to do your hair." She explained, pushing Bella back to her seat. "Speaking of, I've got to get to work, Alice will kill me if your hair isn't spectacular. Kane's helping Emmett and Jasper hang the lights on the trees outside before we need to get ready."

"How was Scotland? Edward said you found yourself a boyfriend, is it Kane?" Bella pondered aloud, tapping her hands against the arm rests. Through the mirror she could see Alessia's face, noticing the soft smile that came over her face when she mentioned the man. Alessia looked back to her old ways, possibly even happier then before.

Alessia scoffed, knowing Kane could fully well hear. "Edwards lost his mind. I don't date remember? Kane's... well he's more like my best friend away from here. He likes to move around a lot and over a century we've caught up with one another a few times. If anything the boys here to party with the others, they're like reunited siblings together."

Just as she spoke loud laughs were heard from the outside followed by Alice's shouts of annoyance, and she wondered what they had done now.

Her fingers continued to fasten around Bella's hair, making sure to make the braids tight and firm.

"You seem happy." Bella softly pointed out, meeting her friends eyes in the mirror.

Alessia thought for a moment, remembering the last few months before nodding. "I am, I'm happy that I didn't lose it completely. I haven't killed anyone even though the population of animals may have slightly decreased in Scotland but it's still better then anything else. I did a lot of me time, and a lot of Kane. I think I'm content, I can do this by myself."

Bella lifted her palm, connecting it with her friends and pressing down firmly. "I'm glad to hear that Alessia, you deserve the world and if he won't give it to you then you can give it to yourself."

Alessia was thankful the brunette hadn't actually said his name, giving her another strong smile and clearing her throat as it was getting too personal for her liking. "So... as the grooms twin sister I feel obligated to give you some details about your husband to be because remember darling you may have been with him this long but I've been with him for over a century and there's things you'll need to be prepared for. Number one, he's a complainer... like big time. He complains about everything and if there's nothing to complain about my brother will make something happen. He's been like this since he was a baby in our cribs, my mom would say, even though I would slap him to shut up. Number too, if he gets hungry he's grouchy, both when he was human and now. I can't tell you how many times I've thrown him into a boulder for being an asshole so before he gets to that level find something for him to eat."

Bella laughed, clapping her hands together and scrunching her eyes shut as she let loose. She forgot the stress as Alessia went on and told her more stories and she noticed the way the girls eyes got lost in the stories, and the smile never left her lips. All the while her hands continued to weave perfect braids in intricate details

"I really hope those laughs mean you're done with her hair." Alice walked into the room, demanding as ever. Her lilac dress was beaded and sparked in the light at the right moment.

Alessia turned towards her sister with a smile, "relax, I'm done here."

Alice walked over, eyes trailing over every piece of hair with a satisfied nod. "Perfect, Renee has been dying to see her in the gown and you, my dear sister, need to go and get changed. I've already sent Kane up, he's rather annoyed about the tie."

Alessia shrugged nonchalantly, "that's what you get when you put a boy who chops wood and wears flannels for a living into formal wear."

Bella laughed, standing from her seat and turning in her button up pajama top and buttoms. "Are you sure you're not dating my dad?"

"Trust me I would have if I had showed up a few years earlier." Alessia deadpanned, turning on her heel as she noticed Alice become impatient with her lingering and Bella's face scrunch up in disgust. "Anyways, I'll see you downstairs. I'm gonna go get changed and then make sure my brother hasn't runoff with the stripper from his bachelor party."

"HE DID NOT HAVE THAT!"

Alessia snorted at Bella's loud yells, she loved her best friend more then anything and had missed the fun they'd had before the whole Jacob fiasco, it was nice to know they were getting back on track. She walked down the hallway, thankful all the commotion was downstairs. People were arriving and she even heard Bella's parents speaking with Carlisle and Esme downstairs which meant time was nearing.

Her room was at the very end of the hall, the only one with the door shut. She quickly opened and pushed inside, finding Kane buttoning up his pants, the white shirt adorning his torso tight around his muscles and a tie hung around his neck although it was undone. She smiled when he looked her way, his matching golden eyes shining as he found her.

"You'd think as long as I've been alive I would have managed to figure this out... I hate ties and I hate dress up shoes. I'd take on a bear to this any day." He scowled, looking like an annoyed two year old.

Alessia rolled her eyes playfully but walked forward, "okay you big baby. I've got it."

She stepped forward, concentrating on the knots and proper technique, Kane's eyes firmly on her. He pressed his lips together and spoke up, "you know if I'd known that I would be put to manual labor and forced into this atrocity I would have stayed home."

Alessia noticed the joking tone in his voice but her lips didn't lift into a grin, instead her eyes met his and she sighed. "Thank you Kane for coming... I know you didn't have to but it's easier with you..."

"Hey," he shushed her, tapping their forehead together. Alessia sucked in a calming breath. "What are best friends for right? I promised you half a century of fun... and I meant that. If he shows up tonight I won't let him get near you."

"You're the best." She whispered, low enough so only he would ever hear.

He grinned at her, "come on Alessia, we gotta get you out of these jeans. If I have to be tortured then so should you."

Alessia smiled as she passed another couple, Angela's parents. She was growing sick of having to constantly appear friendly to people but it was necessary as she followed her brothers scent. Kane had left her side a short while ago, following Emmett and Jasper who were snickering like school boys.

Edward seemed to be hiding from the crowds in one of the downstairs hallways. When she found him he was already waiting for her, eyes trained on the window showing the backyard that was adorned for the wedding.

"Big brother," she called out, stepping into the room.

Edward looked up and he smiled happily towards his sister, standing from the desk he had been leaning against. "Alessia, sister, you look beautiful."

Alessia looked down at her gown, the base of the dress was a soft lilac much like her sisters and over it there was white lace detailing. The form of it was tight against her body until it reached the top of her thighs and then flared out until it was at the bottom. Her makeup was done in an elegant way, vivid red lips the only actual pop of color on her face besides the neutral tones that accentuated her features. Her hair was done in elegant beach waves and a clip kept it towards the right side of her body with diamond earrings that matched her high heels. Her kind were beautiful but today she actually felt like it.

She lifted her hands up cockily, "still got it. And you don't look too bad yourself brother. Look at us, the Masein twins, the deadliest and hottest twins to ever grace this planet."

She stepped towards him, encasing both their arms and turning them to face the nearest mirror. There was no lie in her statement, they looked alike but contrasted deeply. Where Edward was handsome with sharp features, tall body, and broad shoulders his sister was opposite. Alessia was soft and elegant like a flower, petite as ever, elegant like a ballerina. Where he was the forest, strong and sturdy, she was the meadows, full of grace and calmness.

Alessia and Edward smiled, their mothers grin mirroring at them.

Alessia turned towards her brother, fixing his tie and noting it was time. And she spoke the words he'd said once to her. "Let's get you married."

The wedding was beautiful, Alessia sat with her family and Kane who all couldn't seem to get the smile off their faces. Kane teased Alessia after the wedding for her glossy eyes to which she smacked him on the arm playfully.

They were all ushered towards a tent in the Cullens lavish backyard, Kane wrapped their hands together and guided Alessia towards one of the many tables set up.

"Your family throws one hell of a party." He commented as they sat down, everyone around them also taking their seats as they awaited the speeches that would soon commence. There were plates of food placed in front of the Cullens as well as everyone else.

Alessia looked around, taking notice of every detail, not one thing was out of place. It was truly beautiful. "Yeah well, Alice Cullen can do anything."

"Damn right." Alice cockily answered from the other end of the table, earning a chuckle from the entire family.

And so the speeches commenced, some made people laugh, some made people cry, and some like Jessica Stanley's created confusion as well as gossip.

"Is she okay?" Kane spoke under his breath as Jessica came down from the stage.

Alessia snorted, noticing how Jessica continued to stare down Edward. "She's fine, a tad too obsessed with my brother and herself but hey... makes for one interesting wedding story."

Kane laughed, taking a casual sip from the drink, "glad you're in a joking mood. You're up doll face."

Alessia noticed how everyone was looking her way, she cleared her throat and stood. Smoothing down her dress she walked towards the stage, head held high and calm as ever.

She walked onto the stage, heels clicking against the floor as the crowd awaited her speech. She was the last and probably one of the most important beside the newlyweds, the strawberry blonde was the only one who knew their relationship better then anyone else.

"Hello everyone, since Bella and Edward chose not to have a bridesmaids or groomsmen and hoard all the spotlight on them I will be cleansing your palettes of them for a short while." The crowd laugh, eyeing newlyweds while Alessia prepared for the rest of her speech. "When Edward and I were both young we lost our parents to a fire, it was horrible and we were so young neither of us knew if we would ever be normal again. Of course, our Aunt Esme and Uncle Carlisle took us in not long after but it didn't make the situation much easier. We both dealt with a lot growing up, but Edward always worried too much. He never took the time to be selfish, to wonder about himself and go for things he wanted, his life surrounded his family. Always taking care of everyone else and yes some can argue that's an extremely mature trait to have at such a young age but it was also sad. My brother spent far too long worrying about us while no one was allowed to worry about him, that is until he met Bella. She was stubborn and refused to let the relationship be one sided. In a way they compliment each other, like the stars and the moon, neither would be complete without the other. I've never met two people more compatible in my entire life and watching first hand as they fell in love until this day has been a true joy. I've always wanted the best for my brother and I'm just so happy Bella is that best and better for him. With that being said though Bella is my best friend and if you ever hurt her Edward I promise I will help Charlie hunt you down. To the happy couple though, may we all find love as pure and intoxicating as theirs!"

She lifted her glass like everyone else, and everyone cheered alongside her, hooting and hollering from her brothers. Alessia laughed, proud of herself.

She quickly walked down the steps, her brother meeting her halfway. Edwards arms incasing her between his torso, both twins hugging warmly as the crowd cheered around them. Edward smiled into his sister's hair and whispered, "thank you. I love you."

"I love you too big brother." She whispered, and firmly hugged him once more before the broke apart.

Bella was next, best friend clinging onto one another as the human girls eyes were watering. Alessia and her laughed at their emotions and pulled apart. "Thank you Alessia, it means so much that you said those things."

"Welcome to the family sister."

A short while later the strawberry blonde found herself dancing with Kane, slowly moving to the beat of the song.

"So are you not going to say hello?" Kane brought up the elephant in the room.

"What do I say?" Alessia questioned, lifting her head from his chest. "I can't look into his eyes knowing what his sons done to me and I say it's okay, it'll be too easy to convince myself to forgive."

He sighed, running his hand softly down her spine in comfort. His eyes were trained on the pack members across the large room, their eyes darted towards the couple every so often and sometimes he swore they were narrowed his way.

"Maybe it'll be better if you just confront them, you're not in the wrong here, remember that." He answered, feeling her grip tighter. It wasn't out of anger, he knew her well enough to understand if she was anxious and it wasn't often she was. Alessia had 3 normal emotions at best; anger, happiness, and boredom. To see her full of nerves was not in her friends interest.

Alessia watched his face, seeing him quickly giving up on the chances of her ever moving towards Billy Black. She lifted her arched brow, "can we just enjoy tonight please? I'd like to see my brother and his wife off without revisiting that."

Instead of the sigh of resignation and joke she thought would occur Kane's face grew serious, bringing his date in closer towards his body. His facial expression grew dark, threatening and a snarl left his lips as he pulled her in closer.

Alessia looked around, worried as ever. Kane was sweet and innocent, he's never had to use his own abilities on anyone and now it appeared he was more then willing. Her eyes settled on him, not finding anything out of ordinary. She stayed silent, awaiting the cause of his paranoia.

"He's here." He finally responded. "We have to find your brother."

Alessia would have shivered from fear if she wasn't overwhelmed by anger and surprise. She couldn't lie, the desire to see Jacob Black was strong, he was her soulmate after all.

Kane wrapped his palm around her own, pulling her through the crowd as slyly as possible until they were at the edge. Bella and Edward were there, as well as her two other brothers. All the males had stern looks upon their faces, while Bella held sympathy around her eyes.

"Im so sorry Alessia, I tried to talk to him, to get him to go away but he won't leave until you come out." Bella attempted to explain, stepping closer to her sister in law.

"He's not getting near you," Kane growled into her ear. "I promise, I'll stop him myself."

"The wolves are attempting to get him to retreat but he won't go, he's yelling and he's going to alert the guests." Edward spoke, running a hand through his hair in anger. "If it were up to me I'd break his jaw and send him home on the back of his packs back again but Sam won't let me."

"To hell with Sam, I'll do it." Growled Emmett, stepping towards the back when Rosalie placed a hand to his shoulders. Her eyes met his own and he stopped in his track. This wasn't his fight to take care of and everyone knew.

"No," Alessia finally spoke, shutting her eyes and relaxing. Telling herself she would do this one last favor for Jacob, and then she'd be gone, although calling it a favor was a nice way to describe her plan. "I'll go, he didn't have enough pain last time? Fine, I'll make him hurt even more."

"Alessia," Edward went to protest when his sister shook her head adamantly.

"No brother, I won't let him ruin your wedding now. I'll get rid of him, even if I have to tear him from the inside." She answers firmly and from the rage fueling in her eyes Edward knows that she still has the same amount of rage in her body as she had before.

Alessia knows she's breaking a promise she made not only to herself but to Kane as well so she turns, looking at him to see his lips pressed into a thin line. "Kane..."

"You need this." He nods, "teach him just who you are Alessia and then you can really move on."

She nods, straightening her posture and stepping out into the darkness.

She follows the sounds of unusual heartbeats, ones far too fast to be human. One of them leaps even further and she swallows her relief, it's Jacob. She could pick out his heartbeat anywhere, it was a sound she'd grown to love and hate.

When he comes into view Alessia has to grow rigid, concentrating on taking steps forward instead of running into his arms. He's wearing a white button down shirt, almost as if he were ready to crash the party. His jeans are black, and dark sneakers matching them. There's nothing much different about him then any other time she'd seen but even so she wants to gawk at how handsome he is. Every part of him, from his brown eyes to his hands were made to draw her crazy.

"Alessia," he speaks her name and her knees buckle at the raw emotion between them. It's like she can breathe once more as she continues to near him. "Alessia..."

He continued to speak her name nervously because that's all he came seem to think. She breathtaking in her gown, full lips crafted for his soul's torture. It's her face that stops him from grasping, a stone like expression, one of ice cold pain. She's not the Alessia he dreamt about, the one who would whisper sweet nothings into his ear and a laugh that would send chills down his back. This Alessia might have looked like his heaven but she was a nightmare... she was full of hell.

"What are you doing here? I thought I made myself clear the last time we spoke?" She crosses her arms, and Jacobs heart collapses when he notices she no longer wears his emerald green pendant, it's gone just like he is meant to be from her heart.

"Please... Alessia. I'm sorry, I was a fool. I was stupid, I can't live, can't eat, can't think without you. I'm sorry, you're right I was selfish. I took you for granted, please just let me talk." He pleads, and he'd get down on his knees if it meant she would look at him with anything but a glare.

She didn't so much as flinch or soften as he spoke, no, she was barely paying attention. Alessia was far too invested in the past and hearing him repeat the same words like a broken CD. The strawberry blonde had heard it all before from the wolf, and it didn't get better with time... it grew worse.

"Enough! I'm done talking to you! Why do you want to talk? To give me hope and then smash my heart with favors for Bella? Give up Jacob, she's married my brother and they'll be on their way to the honeymoon in no time. You've lost, you've lost her and I... accept defeat and run back with your tail between your legs. I refuse to do this again." She spoke strongly, but there was a tiny break at the end and even though she prayed no one would catch it Jacob did which sparked hope to shine in her eyes.

The vampire turned abruptly, planning to speed back towards her family and the party where they would defend her against him but he was too fast. He caught her wrist, fingers locking as to not let her go.

The amount of goosebumps she received by his simply touch was shook off with rage as she breathed in calmly. "Let me go."

"No, please just listen to me." Jacobs pleading voiced causes cracks in her exterior.

"Let. Me. Go." She pronounced every word slowly, warning him of her incoming attack.

"No—"

"Alessia, everything alright?" Kane broke the tension, eyes darting in direction.

The lights of the party illuminated off his back as he stepped close, his hands casually in his pockets and voice neutral. His lips were in a thin line as he awaited a response, and despite his nonchalant words there was no doubt he was ready for battle.

Jacob tensed and his grip on her loosened, although it was only to begin to shake, showing signs of shifting as his eyes darkened and he growled, "who the hell is this!"

"Kane West, now either you let the pretty lady go and as she so kindly put it 'leave with your tail tucked between your legs' or I'll forcibly remove you limb by limb."

Alessia would have smirked had she not grew wary of Jacobs brewing anger, she could take on a wolf just fine but with all the humans nearby there was no saying what could happen.

"You do not want to go there!" The wolf said through gritted teeth, "I'll kill you!"

Kane smirked at the threat and merely stepped closer. "I'll drive you insane before then, now let her go."

Sam and Paul suddenly appeared behind him, Seth running towards them from the party followed by the 3 Cullen boys and Bella.

"Jacob lets go!" Seth cooly spoke, gently coaxing the wolf on the verge of breaking. "Let her go man, please don't do this here."

"Jacob now!" Sam's authoritative voice was louder then the growls.

"Let her go!" Edward also chimed in, pushing Bella behind him as he was ready to jump in and defend his sister.

"Jacob please! You can't do this here! We talked about this!" Bella pleaded, attempting to step closer although she was brought back by her husband.

All throughout Alessia and Jacob did not once waver in their stares at one another, where Jacobs was growing impatient and desperate, his mates was cold and hateful. She seemed to amplify with anger the longer they were at eye level.

"He's gonna kill Bella and you're going to let my mate run off with another monster! Sam! Are you kidding me!" Jacob snapped his eyes back towards the alpha.

"Bella is no longer our concern and as for Alessia, you made your choice in your room Jacob, let her go."

Jacob couldn't believe what he'd actually heard, not even the wolves would side with him on the issues. He'd truly lost.

He dropped his hand and almost instantly Alessia ran into Kane's arms, his hand lifting her wrist to inspect the flawless skin. "Are you okay?"

Alessia met his concerned gaze, confirming her state before meeting Jacob's painful eyes and coldly stating, "I'm fine. Take me back to the dance floor, I don't want to look at him again."

And there was his last hope, Jacob turned and ran into the wolves. He shifted before touching the ground.

Alessia and Kane walked back towards the party, the male holding onto his best friend as they swayed and allowed her to release all the pent up emotions that she's hidden for so long.

Not long after the howls of a heartbroken wolf came from the distance.

I despise the wedding scene and BD PT. 1 in general so I just wanted to get it over with.
