Hello readers!

This book takes place after Love Never Dies and the tragic events at the pier. nerdywriter36 and I have brought in Nadir Khan from Gaston Leroux's novel, and with that brings a bit of a change to Erik's backstory. Here's what happened:

Erik's mother sold him to traveling gypsies when he was a young boy. When the show arrived in Persia, a man named Nadir Khan helped him to escape. Later, Nadir got in contact with his friend Madame Giry, who worked at the Opera Populaire. Nadir snuck Erik out of Persia, and when Erik arrived in Paris, Madame Giry hid him at the Opera House, away from the world at its cruelties.

The rest of the story goes in line with the musicals The Phantom of the Opera and its sequel Love Never Dies.

I just want to say how much fun it is to write with nerdywriter36. She is such an amazing person and a wonderful friend and I am so glad to have met her. Please go follow her if you haven't already! Getting to write with these awesome characters and this amazing storyline is so much fun, and collaborating with BrendaDaaeDestler makes it so much more enjoyable! She's such a lovely, creative person that is so incredibly helpful. Honestly, as she said, spending entire days planning this out is so much fun and the best stress reliever. This collab started off as an idea on a whim and now it is a full blown story with amazing OCs and little twists and turns that you guys are going to adore.
