Hello guys, we need your help. Three of our lovely admins all wish to become captain of the Guild. If chosen, they'll be responsible for the management, and will essentially make sure this account doesn't die. (They also need to keep the party parrots under surveillance, no pressure)

This is where you come in, as we need your votes. Below are the mini interviews/pitches/campaigns/whatever you want to call them. What we'd like you to do is read them all and then vote for your favourite in the comments section like so:

NUMBER 1

What do you propose to do if elected/chosen?

If I am elected -- and here's me crossing my fingers that I am -- I'll immediately start conversing with the co-captain, and begin exchanging ideas that we might have, and discuss those with the rest of the team and see if any actually take off the ground. The two of us can also start discussing the best dates to begin launching our next projects, and our final choices will also be discussed with the rest of the team.

What can you bring to the job that the others can't?

I have some experience in coding that the others don't have -- which is very useful considering our new threads that have been cropping up (our graphic thread and our GraphicWattys thread). Because of this, we will be able to reach out more to the Multimedia and Design Club on Wattpad, instead of just our followers or wandering readers. This is vital, because a good portion of designer-seeking readers and graphic designers spend most of their time in the MDC, and since I am one of the very few on our team who has some ties and experience there, these ties and this experience will be incredibly beneficial towards that mission.

Why do you want the job?

I want the job because I can introduce so many new possibilities for this account and for our followers; I want the job because I will introduce them. I want the job because I believe that with my experience in graphic threads and leadership in other groups on Wattpad, I can truly help lead the Guild to its rightful place here on Wattpad.

 What skills and qualities can you bring to the job?

As I've already stated, I can bring in many ties to the MDC and my coding knowledge. I can also bring in my eagerness and loyalty to this account, and my leadership that has slowly flourished from leading other accounts. And most importantly, I can bring in the users behind the votes and reads on my graphic books into our account, because you all -- the followers -- are what matter most to us.

Add a pitch to anything else you think the people should know in considering you.

I've been on Wattpad for two years now and the invitation to the Guild may be the peak of my Wattpad career -- I won't mess this opportunity up. Also, I'm sorted into Ravenclaw on Pottermore, and we all know that Ravenclaws are gonna rule the world one day XD

What do you propose to do if elected/chosen?

I propose to lead this team. I almost always have an answer when the team has a question. I'll make sure to keep us running so that this account is always active. There are a lot of group accounts out there that just wither and die. With my guidance this account will never fall into silence.

Determined. Driven. Creative.

What can you bring to the job that the others can't?

Availability. I am always keeping tabs on this account. I won't disappear off the internet for long periods of time. I am easy to contact and easy to speak with, and I'm always coming up with new ideas, in fact the Graphics Wattys and the current contest were both proposed by me.

Why do you want the job?

I think it would be an amazing opportunity to lead this group of graphic artists. Every great group needs a leader and we are a fantastic group. With their help I'll make sure that everyone completes their tasks on time and in the quality that you all expect from the Guild. I am dedicated and very hardworking and I would love the chance to lead this movement that we're all so passionate about.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the job?

I'm easy to talk to and quick to think on my feet. If someone has a question, then I have an answer. This account is like a machine; it needs constant attention and insight to keep running. I am skilled at the delicate finesse of timing. I'll keep the updates running  in intervals that will keep the followers on their toes, but not flood all the other admins to the point impossibility.

I have experience with leadership. Outside of Wattpad I run my school's Creative Writers' Club, which is much difficult to organize versus an online group account. We have to secure rooms and meeting places as well as keep in touch when things change. I manage is smoothly and surely and never miss a meeting because that club is very important to me, like how this Guild is very devoted to me. Once of the members of the club twisted her ankle on my watch, I stayed with her for 45 minutes after I dismissed the others, to make sure she had a safe ride home. I did this because even though I didn't know her very well and she told me to leave, she was my responsibility and part of my CWC family and like with the CWC I won't leave any of the Guild family behind.

I am always coming up with new ideas for the Guild. (Everyone else helped too. This thing is a group effort and no one can ignore that.) For instance the idea for the Graphics Wattys was mine back when the Guild was still smaller -- before we even got to our first contest. And now the message is spread to graphic artists all over Wattpad. Another example is our current contest, the Make A Cover for Your Favorite Song. That was also originally my idea. And as of now I am the soul author of our Newsletter book "Yours Truly, the Guild" (until someone else writes something) which was brought to Wattpad to humanize the admins and attempt to bring your opinions into our public view.

My work ethic with the Guild is almost impeccable. I have completed every task that wa assigned to me thus far. I have finished my graphics for the group thread, as well as did the required shoutouts and critiques that we advertised as prizes, which is not something everyone in the Guild can boast about (don't worry about it guys, we're all human). In addition to completing the tasks expected of me, I have almost single handedly uploaded every cover to our contest book so that the contestants can view their entries. Yes, I may have missed a couple entries here and there, but I am just one person and I am only human, besides I have made it clear that contestants are to recomment if their cover was missed.

And a pitch to of anything else you want you think the people should know in considering you.

Due to my determination, creativity, and work ethic, demonstrated through many quotable incidences from the writing of the Guild's Newsletter, to the countless hours spent chasing down and uploading covers to our contest pages, I would be a qualified and capable captain for the GuildofGraphics account.

I can't believe I just ended an interview with a thesis statement. By the way, all of you who are still in high school ^^^^ That there is how you write a strong thesis statement.

What do you propose to do if elected/chosen?

If elected, I would expand the Guild's reach in the Wattpad community so that more people can be introduced to the realm of graphics, giving graphic makers and artists such as yourselves more publicity and a greater chance at success. Additionally, I'd make sure that the Guild runs on schedule, posting contests/tips/tutorials on a regular basis so that we are more dependable. The final thing I'd do would be to make the Guild more active so that we can expand our base and create a more engaging interface between you and us.

If I had to describe myself in 3 words, they would be:

What can you bring to the job that the others can't?

I think one of the most important things I can bring to the job is the fact that if someone wants something done from us, I'd get it done one way or another, regardless of how many different ways I have to try in order to make it work. Why do you want the job? My main reason for wanting to be a leader of the Guild is that I think is is really important that we spread the word about graphics so that so many talented people here on Wattpad can be recognized for their skills. When I started out with graphics, there was no such platform, and I think, given the time and proper leadership, the Guild can provide amazing opportunities to people who need them.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the job?

There are several skills and qualities I can bring to the job. As far as skills go, I am extremely organized and can manage many different areas at once. I am also very efficient, getting the job done with the best quality but in the least amount of time. The last skill that I can offer is that I am very good at coming up with multiple ways to solve the same problem, allowing me to get something done one way or another. The qualities I can bring to the job are my ability to interact with any and all types of people and my ability to figure out ways to incorporate bits and pieces of everyone's opinions into a final outcome.

Other Reasons:

The only other reason I'd like to be in a leadership position on the Guild is that the Guild was originally my idea, and I really would like to be able to continue pushing the Guild to continue developing so that it can reach its full potential.
