Fix Me
Note: Kinda short. Hope you enjoy it though!
Pairing: Switz
When Eric woke up, he was in a weird position. Which wasn't exactly good, but it wasn't the worst thing to happen, either. He sat up and stretched.
Then he heard his arm pop.
He stopped, and looked at his arm. It didn't look bad, so he stretched again.
And then his arm fell off entirely, landing on the ground with a clank. He groaned. This is not how he wanted to start his morning.
He grabbed his arm and put it on his dresser before getting ready so he could go to the mechanic.
He put his arm in a bag and hoped people didn't stare too much as he walked out of the house and into town.
He soon found the beat up shop and entered.
The bell on the door alerted the owner, who came rushing out quickly. He stopped when he saw Eric and sighed. "Arm again?" he asked.
Eric dropped the bag onto the table without a word.
The owner sighed. "What did you do this time?"
"I woke up in a weird position and when I stretched it fell off! Jeez, you act like I tried picking up the front of a fucking semi."
"With you? I wouldn't be surprised."
Eric glared at him. "That's not true and you know it. Now fix it."
The owner tsked, "How rude. You expect me to fix your arm and you're gonna treat me like that."
Eric sighed. "Cam, if you fix my arm, I'll buy you dinner tonight."
Cam grinned. "Sold."
Eric rolled his eyes and sat down in the chair at the table. Cam walked over and pulled the arm out before beginning to fix it. "I'm just curious as to how you broke it by just stretching," Cam muttered.
Eric scoffed, "You think I know? You fixed it last, it's probably something you did."
Cam glared at Eric before connecting the last couple of wires. "Okay, check to see if it works." Eric moved his arm around, curling his fingers and bending his elbow. "It's good? No rusty movements?" Eric shook his head. Cam grinned, clapping his hands together. "Perfect. Your pay is that dinner you said you'd buy me. Don't forget or I'm gonna make you pay the regular price along with the dinner."
Eric waved him off, "Yeah, yeah, whatever. Thanks Cam."
"Any time, Eric!"
Eric got up and grabbed the bag before leaving the store, trying to think of a place Cam liked to eat at.
