The Beast Within

Note: This is SUPER fucking long and it's got some angst in it, but I hope you enjoy!

Pairing: McSwitz

Eric hated this.

He didn't mean for them to find out. He didn't want them to find out. But something went wrong, and they did.

And now he was stuck laying on the ground with Cam latched onto him.

They didn't take it seriously, to his surprise. They treated him like he was a pet. Like a dog. And he hated it. They were taking a dangerous chance here. The beast could come out at any second, and they were sitting here wanting to pet him.

Eric was stuck in his position. He just wanted to move away from everyone, wanted to be in his little corner. But Cam insisted on helping, and now he was taking a nap on him. Eric tried not to growl. He didn't want to hurt him, but he wanted him to get off as soon as possible.

Cam didn't listen to his complaints and only pulled himself closer, snuggling into Eric's fur.

Eric had had enough. He began to try and push Cam away with his snout. He didn't want to use his arms or legs because they had claws and they were currently stuffed underneath him just so he wouldn't hurt anyone. But his snout wasn't enough; Cam wouldn't budge.

Then one of his legs wriggled out from underneath him without his knowing and kicked Cam in the stomach. Cam let go and groaned, rolling onto his back and holding his stomach.

Eric's eyes widened in fear. He didn't mean to do that. He whimpered and back up into the corner. He knew he was going to hurt someone. He knew it was a bad idea for him to be there.

As Toby helped Cam up, Eric walked out of the living room and into his bedroom.

"Should-should we follow him?" Cam asked, catching his breath.

"No. It's obvious he wants to be left alone," Toby said, eyeing the hallway and helping Cam onto the couch.

Jay, however, snuck out while everyone else was busy with Cam and walked into Eric's room to check up on him.

The lights were off, and Eric was busy destroying a pillow, tearing through it was his teeth and claws.

"... Eric?"

Eric froze. The pillow was in his mouth as he looked up at Jay.

"Eric, put the pillow down."

Eric shook his head, tightening down onto it. He looked for an escape, but Jay was blocking the only exit.

Jay sighed and lifted up his hands in defense, "Alright, alright, you can keep the pillow. But you're buying a new one." He tried to keep the conversation light, so Eric wouldn't be as scared as he was.

Eric nodded and began to tear at the pillow again. His body began to relax as he tried not to think about what had happened.

Jay slowly walked up to the bed and just watched, careful to not upset Eric in any way. Eventually he did begin to play with the fluff, tossing it up into the air and watching it fall back down.

Eric watched him do this a couple of times before sighing and putting down the pillow. "You look like an idiot. Even Mason would play with that shit."

Jay rolled his eyes, a smile almost playing on his lips at the remark. "You got anything better to do?" He placed a piece of fluff onto Eric's snout, letting the smile on his face show.

Eric sneezed and dropped his head, glaring at Jay. "Don't get near my mouth," he growled. He didn't want to accidentally bite Jay.

Jay's smile dropped. "Okay," he said softly, nodding slightly.

Eric frowned and he turned around. He wanted this night to end. He wanted to never talk about what had happened ever again. He just kept hurting them. He should have left when he had the chance.

Jay had decided to play with the fluff from the pillow again. He threw it up into the air, only for it to land on Eric. He hesitated when reaching for it, but grabbed it, almost pulling some fur by accident. "Sorry!" he said quickly, pulling back.

Eric tensed up. He just wanted to how and be a monster alone where he couldn't hurt anyone. He couldn't stop the whine from leaving his throat when he tried to hold back his emotions.

"... Eric? Are you okay?" Jay asked, frowning. He just wanted to make sure that he was okay.

Eric shook his head, another whine leaving his lips as he backed away from Jay, keeping his head down. "I-I fucking hurt Cam and now I hurt you. God, I-I'm such a fucking monster..."

"What? No, no!" Jay protested, stepping closer but not too close. "You didn't hurt me, and no one thinks you're a monster. Cam wanted to come and check up on you after you left, and only didn't because Toby told him not to, saying that you wanted to be left alone. Which I understand, but I don't want you to be alone for this. I wanna work this out together. I know I'm probably stepping over some boundaries, but...we really do wanna help, Eric. You just have to let us."

Eric couldn't help but let out a warning growl. "You can't help. Y-you don't get it. You don't know what it's like... It's, it's like a beast, that always wants to come out and be wild. What if I hurt one of you guys? You can't help. I'm too unpredictable. I'm unsafe. Not like this. Not even in my human form."

"We can prevent that, can't we?" Jay asked. "We can tame the beast, I know we can. Yes, it's going to take time. Yes, we might get hurt in the process. But I know you don't want to hurt us. That's the bottom line. You don't want to hurt us. And if you keep that determination, you won't. We'll all be a happy family once more. Please, just let us help."

Eric growled again and glared at Jay. "No. Even now it wants to be out and it's fucking angry. It just wants to attack. I can't just fucking let it out, Jay!" He yelled as he tried to back away from Jay some more and hide.

Jay jumped, not expecting him to yell. "Eric, there has to be something we can do. There has to be something."

Eric sighed. "We can't do anything. I'm hopeless. So just go save yourself and the others." He backed up more. He could feel the beast clawing at his insides, wanting to get out.

"How do you know you can't be helped? How do you know you're hopeless?"

Eric growled and pushed himself even farther away. "Because it wants out now. And I can't stop it. Fucking run."

"... Eric?" Jay asked, taking a step backwards.

Eric snarled and made a run to the closet, crashing into the wall. He felt the beast coming out. His fur and claws grew as he howled.

Jay ran out to the living room where everyone else is, nearly tripping over his feet. "Guys, there's something wrong with Eric. We need to help him, now."

Matt looked at Jay with a confused look and Toby opened his mouth to say something when they heard a loud howl and banging from Eric's room.

Jay ran to the others, stepping behind them. "He-he said something about a beast, and-and I think we should do something about it," he gasped out.

They heard another howl and claws being dragged along the wall. They heard another loud bang and some growling. Their faces turned white and they all began to back up.

Jay tripped over his feet, landing on his ass. He kept his eyes on the hallway as he struggled to get up without falling again.

They heard claws on the wood floor and saw something run into the room. It was huge; it had brown fur, and it's body was awkward looking, with limbs seemingly too long for it's body. It growled at them all as they stared in horror.

Jay covered his mouth in fear and grabbed the closest person to him, which happened to be Cam.

The beast growled again and slowly walked towards them. Then it ran towards Jay and Cam specifically.

Cam and Jay braced themselves for impact, eyes closing tightly.

The beast collided before the others could pull them away. It stared down at them, growling.

Then, it leaned down and licked their faces before promptly flopping down onto the two.

"Wh-what? Eric?" Cam said, cautiously putting a hand on it's head, hoping it wouldn't try to bite it.

The beast whined and licked them again and snuggled down. It felt safe. It wanted to protect these two. It looked up at the others and stood up protectively. It wouldn't let them get hurt.

"This is uh, not what I was expecting today but in glad my face isn't going to get eaten today," Jay laughed awkwardly, looking up at the wolf.

The wolf frowned and tilted it's head. It slowly moved off of them and lightly took Jay's hand in it's mouth and helped him up before doing the same with Cam.

"Uh- good boy?" Cam said, unsure of what to do as he pet it's head. He looked over at Jay and then the others, who looked just as confused as him.

The wolf's tongue lolled out of it's mouth and it rubbed against Cam's leg. It sat down and smiled up at the two. It wanted to protect and play.

Jay blinked, and then grinned. He squatted down to eye level with the wolf before scratching it behind it's ear. "Who's a good boy? Who's a good boy? You are!"

The wolf's tail wagged fast as it moved closer to them. It was going to protect them.

It saw Mason take a step forward towards them. It began to growl and snarl at him.

"Woah, okay there buddy," Cam said, glancing at Mason, "we don't need you attacking anyone, okay?"

The wolf stopped. It leaned into Cam's touch, whining happily.

"There we go," Jay said, smiling. "Cam, do we have any dog toys?" he asked as he began to pet it once more.

Cam frowned and shook his head. "Why would we have dog toys? I mean, we have to pick some up now but no, we don't." He paused. "Wait, we might have some tennis balls." He began to walk away, and the wolf followed. Jay got up and began to follow as well.

"Hopefully we do, cause I wanna see just how much play this boy has in him," Jay said, smiling and looking down at the wolf.

The wolf's tail wagged and it ran and jumped around them happily. It made sure to stay by them. It looked at the others and sniffed Cam and Jay again. It liked their scent better.

Can managed to find the tennis balls. He held one up in front of the wolf. "Wanna play catch?"

The wolf jumped and howled happily. It wanted to play forever. It was finally free. It wasn't being held back anymore.

They went out back, and Cam threw the ball. Cam was surprised at how energetic the wolf was.

Jay was surprised by how playful it was. Eric was so worried that it was going to hurt them, but here it was, acting like the most loveable dog in the world. He couldn't understand what Eric was so scared of, and it made him chuckle a little.

The wolf ran after the ball, caught it, and ran back with it. It dropped it at their feet and began to howl loudly. It yipped happily as it jumped around them. It was so happy.

Jay picked up the ball and threw it that time.

"What were you chuckling about?" Cam asked.

"Eric was so worried about this 'beast' when I had gone into his room, but now I'm just confused as to why."

The wolf stopped and began to growl when it heard the word "beast". What beast was it? Did they need protecting? It walked back up to them without the ball and whined as it looked up at them.

Jay frowned and began to scratch behind it's ear. "What's wrong, boy? Where's the ball?"

The wolf whined and began to lick his hand. It wanted to protect them and keep them safe.

"Maybe it heard us?" Cam asked, petting the wolf as well.

The wolf licked their hands and relaxed. It felt safe with them. It yawned. It wanted to know them better.

"You think it understand us, Cam?" Jay asked.

"I dunno, Jay. It got upset when you mentioned Eric. It looks happier now, though."

The wolf tilted it's head and nodded. It understood them. It licked at their hands, and felt itself get colder.

"Did...did it just nod?"

"Can you understand us?" Jay asked, holding the wolf's head in his hands.

The wolf licked Jay's hands and nodded. Of course it understood. Was it not supposed to? It moved closer and whined.

"What's wrong? You tired or something?"

"Maybe it wants to go back inside. Do you wanna go back inside?"

The wolf nodded its head. It gently grabbed their hands and pulled them back inside. It needed to protect them and make sure that they were warm and safe.

"I wonder what's with the change of attitude?"

"Maybe it's tired, like you said."

The wolf could feel the thing coming back up. It didn't want to be locked up again. It wanted to have more time with the two. It wanted more time being free.

"I dunno, it almost looks sick..."

"Are you okay, boy? Are you not feeling well?"

The wolf whined and whimpered. It licked at their hands and leaned down. It was getting weaker and wanted to stay. But it was being locked up again.

"Okay yeah there's something wrong. Do we call a vet or something?"

"I don't know, maybe we should just let it rest for a bit and it'll be okay?"

The wolf whined and whimpered. It didn't want to leave. It wanted to stay with them forever. But the sun was rising and it was being locked up again. It didn't want to leave.

"Alright boy, calm down. Just-just lay down, alright? It's gonna be okay, trust us." Jay didn't know what was going on, but he didn't want to see it in pain. He pet it and shushed it, trying to get it to calm down.

The wolf tried to get up. It didn't want them to see it get locked up. It started to run and look for a place to hide.

"Wait-!" Jay got up and tried to follow it, but tripped over his feet again. Can helped him up as he looked to see where it had gone.

The wolf was running upstairs and it wanted to hide. The sun was coming up. It was growing weaker. It didn't want to go.

Cam and Jay tried to follow it, to try and get it to calm down and stop it from freaking out so much.

The wolf struggled to get underneath bed in a room and finally the sun rose. It's body began to crack and shape into something different. It whined loudly and was so weak. It was going to be locked up and never let out again.

Cam and Jay got upstairs and called out to it, trying to find it. Cam found it by hearing it's broken whine. He called Jay into the room so they could try and get it out from underneath the bed.

The wolf was locked up. Eric's body shaped more to a human body and he groaned and screamed.

Cam and Jay jumped. "E-Eric? Are you okay?"

Eric crawled out from underneath the bed slowly, groaning. "No, what the fuck, I feel like I just ran a marathon...wait. What happened? Why can't I remember anything?" he yelled, looking up at the two.

They both jumped again. "... I'm going to get you some clothes, Jay you explain, Cam said, leaving the room. Jay sighed.

"The...beast, I guess? That you talked about? Came out. No one was hurt! Don't worry! Me and Cam had fun with it. It wouldn't let anyone else near us, though..."

Eric looked at Jay in horror. "It...came out? You're kidding, right? That thing is a fucking monster Jay! What the fuck did it do? Are you lying to me?" he asked worriedly.

"Dude, calm down! It didn't hurt anyone, I swear! It acted like a puppy for crying out loud! It tackled me and Cam, licked us, plopped down, and then we played ball with it. But I swear no one got hurt. I wouldn't lie about that. I swear."

Eric frowned. "But why would it act like that? It always wants out and is always fighting me! It makes me so fucking angry and it acts like a beast! Why does it act like that when it's out?"

"I don't know, Eric. It just wanted to play with me and Cam. It growled at everyone else, though."

"You explain it?" Cam asked, coming back with some clothes. He tossed them at Eric.

"Yes, and he's still confused."

Eric sighed. "I have no fucking idea. Are you sure you it was growling at everyone else? Did you have food on you or something? And are you sure it didn't hurt you? It's supposed to be a disgusting monster that shouldn't be alive." He felt so angry and confused.

"No food. And the only time it kinda hurt was when it first pounced on us. Right after it acted like it loved us or something."

"Yeah. And when anyone else tried to get near us, it would start growling at them and wouldn't let them get near. It was weird. We're just as confused as you are."

"Well, it doesn't matter anyways. It's not gonna come out ever again. And I'm not staying here next time. And we aren't going to speak of this. I'm not a fucking dog or a werewolf," he growled as he finally took the clothes and began to put them on.

"Eric, don't you think that's a little...rash? I mean, it didn't hurt us. I don't see the need to hide so much," Cam said.

Eric tensed up, and he glared. "You have no idea what it's like. You don't know anything. So shut up and fuck off. Tell the others. We're not speaking of this," he snarled.

"Eric, come on. We said we'd help you. We can figure this out, I know we can."

Eric growled at them. "No. Never in a million years. I've dealt with this ever since I was born. You can't help. You know nothing. So go." He slipped on the hoodie he had gotten and went up to his room.

Jay sighed. Cam patted his back. "Come on, let's go tell the others. Eric is just going to be stubborn and you know it."

Jay frowned. "Is he really not gonna let the wolf back out? It seemed so...happy and free around us. It was so excited just to be near us."

"I know. Maybe we can figure it out later. Right now we should just leave him alone and tell the others before he gets even more pissed at us."

Jay nodded, and they both went downstairs. Everyone looked stressed and worried.

Mason ran up to them and hugged them. "What the fuck happened? Is Eric okay?"

"Yeah, he's fine now," Jay assured. "He's in his room and is a bit pissed, though."

"And he doesn't want anyone talking about what happened, okay?" Cam said loudly, making sure that the others heard.

Mason nodded. "Are you guys okay? Did you find out why it was growling at us so much?" At this point, Toby and Matt had come closer so they could hear the conversation.

"We're fine, but we have no idea about the wolf," Jay admitted. "Eric was expecting it to attack, and he isn't sure why it was acting that way with us."

Mason and Toby frowned. Matt began to think. "Maybe we can research wolves?" he suggested. "Not werewolves, but wolves. He said it acted like a beast. So it probably acts more animal like."

"It acted pretty much like a dog with us, but that might work..."

"And maybe we shouldn't bring it up to Eric. He already seems pissed and I'd rather not die due to a werewolf," Toby said, yawning.

"Agreed," Cam said. "We can work on this tomorrow when things have settled down some."

Everyone began to head to their rooms. Jay stopped at Eric's room and sighed. He knocked on it softly. "Hey, Eric. We're all heading to bed. Hopefully you're resting and sleeping well. But um...goodnight, and remember that we're always here for you." He yawned and walked to his room, rubbing his eyes.

Eric didn't respond. He was still trying to figure everything out without tearing up another pillow.

Why didn't it attack? Why did it act like that? Why did it always feel so angry?

He growled slightly. He could still feel it. Not as much, but it was always there, and it annoyed him. Why did it want to come even out?

Eventually, he tried going to bed. He figured that maybe he could get some rest for once. Plus, he didn't feel it as much when he slept. He sighed and tried not to growl again. Why couldn't he have been normal? Why did he have to be such a freak of nature?

He got up and locked the door before returning under the covers. He sighed and tried to relax. He wanted to rest. He didn't want to feel stressed over this. He tried not to think about anything.

Eventually, he did fall asleep, as well as everybody else. Well, everyone except Jay.

Jay couldn't sleep. He was so tired, but so worried about Eric. He didn't want to leave him if the beast got out again. What if it got hurt, and him and Cam couldn't help it? He wished Eric wasn't so stubborn and would understand the situation better.

He sighed and got up, pacing around the room. He just thought for a while. Then he grabbed his phone and began to look up information on wolves. If he couldn't sleep, he might as well do some research. Maybe it would help explain some things, like why it was so protective over him and Cam.

He found out that wolves mainly protected other wolves, food, and their pups. But him and Cam weren't any of those things. It confused him even more, and he began searching other things, going deeper into the internet to try and figure this out.

He sighed angrily and clicked a link that seemed to be more...hidden. He began to look around the website. It talked a lot about "inner wolves" and how they act. Jay kept on reading, no matter how weird it was.

He found it useful, surprisingly.

It talked about how the wolves are protective of the ones the person loves the most. But that couldn't be right. Eric liked all of his friends equally. Right?

Jay sighed and rubbed his eyes. He copied the link and sent it to everyone before continuing to look through the website to find anything else that was useful.

He eventually found a section called "Inner Wolves Mates". Confused, Jay clicked on it. The section stated that the inner wolf would imprint on someone or someones and they would become it's mate or mates.

Jay's eyes widened slightly. Did that mean that him and Cam...?

No, that can't be it, Jay thought. But it was the only thing that made sense. He sighed. Why did it have to be so confusing?

He wanted to talk to Cam about it. But Cam was asleep, and he didn't want to wake him up.

Jay felt so stressed and confused. But also curious. He just wanted to know so that he could help Eric.

He wanted to share the article with Eric, to help him maybe understand. But he had a feeling that Eric would just get pissed at him.

Jay decided to finish a section or two before he went to bed. If he could, anyways. If not, he could just get up and read more.

He hoped it was reliable. He wanted to help Eric not be as angry or scared about it.

He came across a section called "Unlocking Your Inner Wolf". He clicked on it and scanned through. It said the wolf came out under intense emotions, anger being a big one. Jay remembered how angry Eric was getting at him and Cam previously. Was that how the wolf imprinted on them?

He read more.

It stated that the wolf can act like a beast if kept back too much.

Jay understood a bit more. Was the wolf acting so beastly because Eric wasn't letting it out? Was Eric hurting himself by doing this?

Jay realized Eric was essentially killing himself by doing this. He needed to be helped, and he needed to be helped now.

Jay got up. Should he wake Eric and tell him? He decided that he probably should, since waiting would only make it worse by the second. Thinking about Eric practically killing himself without knowing it made him want to puke from stress.

He paced around in his room. Should he wake the others up? What was the safest way he could go through this? He didn't know what to do. He wanted to wake up his friends, but he feared that they would push it off until morning. He didn't know if he could wait until morning.

Jay sighed. He grabbed his phone and went out to Eric's room. He tried twisting the knob, only to frown when he found it locked. He began to bang on the door. He needed to see Eric. He even went as far as to throw his body at the door.

Jay felt like he was going to break his shoulder soon when Eric slammed the door open, snarling at him. "What the fuck do you want?" He didn't like being woken up after he had just gotten to sleep, and the fact that it was Jay made him even more upset.

Jay took a step back and rubbed his shoulder. "E-Eric. S-something's wrong. J-just listen to me for a second." He didn't know why he was stuttering so much. Maybe from adrenaline, or maybe it was the fear of Eric killing himself.

Eric sighed and rubbed his eyes. "What is it?" He'd rather be in bed, but he had never seen Jay so worked up before, so he'd let it slide. Just this once, so he could go back to bed sooner.

Jay pushed through his anxiety. "I-I think you're hurting yourself, Eric. I-I think you might be killing yourself. P-please let me explain before you get worked up," he said, taking a step forward.

Eric took a step back. "Hurting myself? What the fuck are you talking about? Do you think I'm suicidal or something? I'm not about to jump off of a fucking building, Jay. If that's all you're worried about, you can go back to bed. I'm gonna be here in the morning. Jesus Christ, what the fuck gave you that idea in the first place?"

Jay frowned and bit his lip. He wanted to hold Eric and make him stop being so angry. But he couldn't. He sighed and puffed out his chest, glaring at him. "J-just listen for a fucking minute! You're killing yourself! You need to let the wolf out! You're so angry because you keep it locked up! Because you call it a monster! You need to let it out! T-that's why you're always stressed an angry! Because the wolf is angry!"

"That's because it is a monster, Jay. It's a vicious beast. There's no way in hell I'm letting it out. I've done too much damage already, I'm not gonna let it do anymore. So drop it," Eric growled.

Jay pushed himself to continue. He took a step forward and pushed Eric back. "No fucking way. I'm done with your shit, Eric. It's not a monster it a beast. It's a sweet thing that doesn't want to hurt us. It's a part of you. So just let it out. Or I'll make you." He wasn't above letting it out if he had to. He trusted that it wouldn't hurt him. He had nothing to lose.

Eric grabbed Jay's arm, snarling. "Don't. Fucking. Touch. Me. And if I hear one more God damn thing about this, I might do something I'll regret. Don't push it."

Jay was now too pissed to not push it. He glared at him. "You wouldn't do shit. And I won't let this go. I'm done. Your always angry. I'm done with this shit, and am putting a stop to it. So come on you short little runt. Show me why you're so angry. Is it because you hate yourself? Or is it because you can't accept who you are? How about both, hm?"

"Jay, what the fuck? Get out of my room," Eric snarled as he pushed Jay back. He wasn't going to deal with this.

Jay glared again and pushed back. "Make me, wolfie. I'm not dealing with your fucking anger anymore. None of us are. So you better take that stick out of your ass and accept yourself or I'll make you. And you don't wanna hear what I'll say. So let the wolf out. Now," he growled.

Eric could feel himself slipping. He backed up. "Get out. You don't know what you're doing." He didn't want to hurt Jay. But why the fuck was he acting like this? What had gotten into him?

Jay shook his head and pushed back once more. "No way you short cunt. I know exactly what I'm doing. I'm making you lose control. It's working so far, and I'm not stopping. So you better give in, or I'm just gonna get meaner. I'm not gonna watch you hate yourself any longer." Jay glared at Eric, and he could see how wild and angry his eyes looked.

Eric was trying his best not to snap. "Are you fucking insane? What's wrong with you?"

Jay gave him a rough push. "What? Are you angry that I fucking care about you? I'm not letting you be an idiot. Stop holding yourself back. Trust yourself and let go. What, are you scared that you'll actually be happy? Are you scared that you'll accept yourself? Or are you scared that you'll finally accept your feelings for me and Cam? Are you worried you'll be a faggot like the rest of us?" The last words were a last minute decision. He had to see if it would work.

And it did.

Eric snapped. He snarled and howled and clawed at himself as he tried to get away from Jay. The pain was immense as he began to transform.

Jay immediately grabbed a blanket and covered Eric with it and grabbed a pillow for him to shred. "I-I needed to do this. I'm sorry," he said. He hated hearing Eric in pain, but it was for the best.

Eric clawed at the pillow. He curled himself up under the blanket, howling in pain as his bones cracked and changed his body.

Jay hoped the wolf would take control. It had to. He crossed his fingers and stared at the blanket. He hated the noises but he needed to watch and be ready. He wanted to see if the wolf could help him. "Come on wolfie. You gotta take control. You gotta come out," he said quietly.

Eric screamed, and then it was quiet. A growl was heard, and then Jay saw the snout of the wolf poking out from the blankets.

Jay froze. He hoped to God it remembered him. "Hey, wolfie. It's me. Remember? We played with the tennis ball and I gave you lots of pets? It's me, Jay."

The wolf sniffed the air, eyeing Jay as it took a step forward.

Then it's tongue lolled out and it began to wag it's tail.

Jay smiled and sat down. "Hey, wolfie. It's good to see you again. Sorry I made you and Eric angry. I just...you need to be let out. He needs to accept you. You two are... practically dying."

The wolf whined. It didn't like seeing Jay sad. It wanted to make him happy. It walked up to him and licked his face. It looked at him, hoping he would feel better soon.

Jay quickly pulled the wolf into a hug. "I'm glad you're here. Maybe you can help me understand. Maybe you can help sort this out." He paused. "Shit. I should grab Cam. He's one of your mates, right? I found a website that said you could have imprinted on us and made us your mates?"

The wolf nodded and licked his hand. It wanted to see the other one, to make sure that he was okay. It wanted to help both of them. It whined again.

Jay smiled and hugged the wolf. "Come on, we can go to his room. I'll catch him up on what happened and maybe you can help us understand more. Also, if you see one of the others, please don't growl. They are probably tired and confused," Jay yawned, getting up and petting the wolf.

The wolf began to wag it's tail. It liked seeing a smile on his face. And it was going to see the other one! It stood up, ready to follow Jay.

Jay smiled and left the room. He walked to the guest room where Cam was. Cam usually stayed at his own place, but because of what had happened, he decided to spend the night.

Jay yawned again and knocked on the door with the wolf next to him. The wolf whined and pawed at the door. Was he okay? Why was he locked up? He just wanted to see him.

Jay chuckled and pet the wolf. "Calm down you big puppy. He's just sleeping. He has to get up and open the door first, and then you can lick him and be happy, okay?" He smiled as he heard some movement behind the door.

Soon, Cam opened it with a yawn. "Jay? What time is it?"

Jay let out a small laugh. "I don't know, early morning I think. But someone's here to see you, so you might want to brace yourself."

Can eyed him, "What do you mean-"

Before he could finish, the wolf jumped and tackled him to the ground, licking his face and wagging his tail quickly. It missed him.

Jay laughed and tried to pull the wolf off of him. "You're gonna have to let him breathe, wolfie. Don't wanna smother him too much with your licks," he giggled.

The wolf barked and sat, it's tongue lolling out of it's mouth. Cam began to pet it. "How did you get it back?" he asked, looking up at Jay.

Jay frowned and looked down. "I couldn't sleep so I started researching about wolves. I found this website that made a lot of sense. I went to wake up Eric and we started to fight. And uh, I kinda made him snap to get wolfie out," he said quickly.

"Christ," Cam muttered. "You should have told me you were doing that, Jay. Something could have happened to you. You gotta be careful with that shit, you should know this. Now what about this website you found?"

Jay nodded. "It was hidden away, but it was super useful. Basically, Eric likes us and so does wolfie. Both want to protect and care for us. We're their mates," he said quickly as he focused on the wolf.

"I'm sorry, what did you say?" Eric? Having a crush on them? Impossible. And them being mates with the wolf? How did that work? He was so, so confused.

Jay sighed. "I know, I know. It's weird and confusing. But uh, the wolf imprinted on us. Maybe it's because we comforted Eric? Or that he likes us? I'm not really sure. But I know he likes us because, uh, I was getting him all riled up and I said something about him liking us and he snapped after that."

"Oh, jeez," Cam sighed, running a hand through his hair. The wolf whined, and Cam pet it's head. "If all of what you say is true, then what do we do?"

Jay coughed, "Well, I didn't tell you one part that's really important: if Eric and the wolf keep fighting and wolfie keeps getting locked up then they could end up...killing each other, through anger and stress." Jay showed Cam the website on his phone.

"Oh, shit, that isn't good at all. How are we gonna stop him from locking it up? He's stubborn as hell, you know that. He needs proof of some kind. He needs to see it himself, but he can't be out when it's out."

Jay frowned and sighed. He looked at the wolf. "Why does he hate you so much? You're so sweet. You just wanna be loved." He then gasped. "Cam! I've got it! We can record wolfie! Eric's gotta believe us if he sees it!"

Cam looked at the phone and grinned. "Jay, you're a genius. Okay, so do we like...just record and talk, or do we set it up?"

The wolf was confused at what was going on. It tilted it's head and whined.

"I dunno, whatever you think is best," Jay said. He scratched the wolf behind the ear. "We're gonna make sure you can come out more, okay?"

The wolf howled and began to jump around excitedly. Jay laughed and began to record the wolf.

"Should we start explaining, or...?" Cam asked, laughing a bit as the wolf bounced around.

Jay laughed and smiled. "Hey, Eric, you're probably watching this, so what's up, it's me and Cam, playing with the thing you call a 'vicious beast'. We call him wolfie. And as you can see, he's having a very good time."

Cam pet it, "Who's a good boy? You are!" The wolf responded by howling and licking his face. "See, Eric? Nothing to worry about. He's totally harmless."

Jay laughed and began to pet the wolf. "Calm down, wolfie. Everyone's still sleeping, and we don't need Toby to come out and yell at everyone. He needs his beauty sleep, you know."

The wolf wagged it's tail as it's tongue hung out of it's mouth. It was happy. It never wanted to leave.

"Such a vicious wolfie. Look at it. Truly a horrific monster," Jay said sarcastically.

The wolf tilted it's head and whined.

"Aww no, don't say that!" Cam said. "You're making him sad! Don't worry, wolfie, he's kidding. You're not vicious at all."

Jay frowned. "Shit, sorry. I only said that since Eric always...says that. Fuck, I'm sorry." He sat down and hugged the wolf. He felt really bad.

The wolf howled softly and licked Jay's face, it's tail starting to wag again.

"I think it said it forgives you," Cam giggled.

Jay giggled and smiled before letting out a yawn. "Cam, can you get a blanket and pillow? Can we all just take a nap?"

"Yeah, sure." Cam grabbed a pillow and blanket before tossing them on the ground and making a makeshift bed on the ground so the wolf could sleep with them.

Jay smiled, and he laid down. He snuggled into the wolf and pulled Cam down. "Can you stay a little longer, wolfie? You should stay out more," he said, yawning. He felt safe, being snuggled into it's fur.

The wolf yawned and licked his face before nodding.

Cam snuggled into it's fur as well. "Holy shit, it is soft," he laughed tiredly.

Jay giggled and smiled. "Fluffy wolf. You gotta stay longer. We'll give you a whole makeover. We'll give you a bath and a haircut and everything," he laughed, yawning again.

The wolf whined and put it's head down. It wanted to stay forever, it really did. But it knew eventually it would have to go. It wanted to stay with them as much as possible. It snuggled up closer to them.

Cam and Jay fell asleep soon, and eventually, the wolf fell asleep as well.

They were asleep for a couple of hours before there was a knock on the door, waking them all up.

"Five more minutes..." Jay mumbled, burying his face into the pillow.

Cam groaned and rolled over. "Who the fuck...?"

The wolf, however, was up immediately, growling at the door.

Jay heard the growling and frowned. Cam got up and tried to calm it down. "Easy there, wolfie. It's probably just one of the guys. Be nice. They're friends and family." He then opened the door.

It was Mason. "Oh there you guys are-" he stopped when he saw the wolf growling at him. "... Did something happen last night?"

Jay yawned and sat up. "I may have made Eric turn into a wolf again. But it's cool. Wolfie isn't bad and Eric needs to deal with some shit. Do we have food?" he asked as he got up and tried to calm down the wolf.

"Yeah, I think so - wait. Wolfie? You named it?"

Jay frowned. "We can't leave it nameless. We can always call it something different. Wait - do you already have a name?" Jay asked the wolf, looking down at it.

The wolf shook it's head. Whatever it's mates wanted to call it was fine with them. Just as long as they liked it.

Jay nodded. "Well, let's just stick with wolfie for now. We can get a better one later. Come on. Let's go relax and eat. And be good, okay? These guys won't hurt us. They're family."

The wolf nodded hesitantly, eyeing Mason. It grabbed Cam's hand carefully with it's mouth and pulled him up.

Cam smiled and pet the wolf. "I'll be right out, okay? Just head out with Jay. I've gotta make the bed."

The wolf licked his hand before following Jay and Mason, glancing back at Cam.

Jay smiled and pet it. "Can Macie pet you? He's a good guy. He'd never hurt us.'

The wolf huffed and eyed Mason. It really didn't want him petting it...

Jay rolled his eyes and looked at the wolf. "Wolfie, listen buddy. Eric is the guy who kinda runs everything. He's the guy that's always in control and who keeps you from coming out. He's scared that you'll hurt one of us. If you're good and sweet with everyone than he has to let you out more. And Mason and Eric are close. Mason's like a little brother to him. So being good to Mason and everyone else is good for you and us. You can't just protect me and Cam. Everyone else is family. Their like Eric's pack. Which makes them your pack."

The wolf huffed again, but nodded hesitantly. If it meant making him happy, then he'd do it. It licked Jay's hand and eyed Mason again, giving him a "do anything bad and I'll hurt you" look.

Jay rolled his eyes before smiling at Mason. "You can pet him, Mace. Wolfie won't do anything. Especially now," he said, petting the wolf. Mason also began to hesitantly pet the wolf.

The wolf didn't do anything but huff when Mason touched it. It really didn't want Mason to be touching it. But he gave somewhat good pats, so it was sort of okay...

Mason smiled and began to pet it some more. "It's like a cute little cheeky dog. Look at him, Jay," he laughed.

"I know, right? It's adorable," Jay giggled.

The wolf leaned more towards Jay. Jay frowned and pushed it closer to Mason, causing it to whine. It didn't like being pushed away from it's mate. It sniffed Mason's hand before gently biting it to see what the reaction was.

Mason laughed and dramatically fell. "Help! I'm being eaten by a wolf! Jay get the cheeky cunt off me!" he giggled.

The wolf's tail began to wag. It stood over Mason, biting and tugging at his hoodie and pants.

Mason laughed louder and playfully screamed, "Jay, help! It's munching on my damn clothes!" he giggled as Cam walked up to the scene, confused.

Jay was too busy giggling at the scene in front of him to do anything.

The wolf howled happily and pulled at his hoodie, shaking it slightly.

Cam walked into the room, stopping when he saw Mason and the wolf on the floor. "What the...?"

"Wolfie's gotten used to Mason," Jay giggled.

Cam nodded and smiled at the two. "Hey, Mason. I see wolfie's starting to like you more. What'd you do, call it a cheeky cunt or something?" he laughed.

Mason giggled, "I dunno, it just playfully bit my hand and now we're playing!"

The wolf howled happily, it's tail wagging and it's tongue hanging out of it's mouth.

Cam laughed and shook his head fondly. "Well, you guys can play later. We gotta eat. Then we can plan out what to do."

The wolf licked Cam's hand and howled happily. It was glad he was there.

Cam smiled and pet it. "Hey, buddy. I'm here. Now come on, let's go get some food. I'm starving."

The wolf jumped around them in circles, also wanting food. It hadn't eaten in a while.

Jay smiled and pet the wolf. "Don't worry, you'll get food too. I think we have some steak left in the fridge."

The wolf howled happily. Steak sounded amazing.

They walked into the kitchen where Matt was eating cereal and Toby was cooking something. Jay went to the fridge to find something for the wolf.

"So you finally decided to wake up?" Toby asked, not looking up from the food.

The wolf stopped at the entrance, growling slightly as it eyed Toby and Matt.

Cam frowned and pet the wolf, trying to calm it down. "Yeah, sorry about that, we had a bit of uh...a problem, last night."

Toby paused. "Problem? What kind of problem?" He looked around the room. "... Where's Eric?"

Jay coughed, "Uh, about that... I may have made him turn back into the wolf. But it's cool! Wolfie is sweet and hasn't done anything bad."

Toby stared at him. "Jay, what the fuck? You could have gotten seriously hurt! Why didn't you tell us you were doing this?"

Jay coughed. "It was uh, in the heat of the moment? Plus it was easier for me to do it by myself. And uh, I may have insulted him a bunch and nearly punched him," he said quietly as he grabbed the steak for the wolf.

Matt finally looked up. "You nearly punched Eric? Damn. Did you get it on camera?" He tried to joke. He just wanted to lighten the mood up.

Jay frowned. "I'm just done with him being so angry. Did you guys look at the links I sent you? They make a lot of sense and help a lot," he said as be began to cook the steak for the wolf.

"I haven't touched my phone all morning," Toby admitted.

"I looked at 'em. Looks reliable to me. But I do have a few questions on uh, some of the sections," Matt said.

Jay nodded. "Same. We can talk about it later, and after a while Eric can come back and we can try to help him." He looked at the wolf sadly. He hated that it'd have to be locked up again.

"Yeah, that sounds good. You good with that, Toby?"

"Might as well be, since it seems to be our only hope at this point."

Jay nodded again. "Let's eat and rest for a couple of minutes and then we can talk about what happened." He looked at the wolf and smiled. "And wolfie needs to be fed."

The wolf howled happily as it wagged it's tail. It walked up to Jay and sniffed.

Jay chuckled, "I gotta cook it, buddy. You can't have it raw. Go chill on the couch for a bit, okay? I'll call you in when it's done."

The wolf nodded and walked into the living room, sitting on the couch. It kept a view of the kitchen just in case something happened.

Jay frowned and sighed before looking at Toby. "I feel like an asshole, Toby. I was a dick to Eric last night. And I know he's gonna be pissed at me when he's back."

"Well, what'd you say? I'm sure he'll forgive you either way. He always does, eventually."

Jay looked down. "I may have called him a short runt. And I may have called him a faggot."

Toby got quiet. "Jesus Christ, Jay," he mumbled. He sighed and rubbed Jay's back. "That's a lot...but I'm sure after all this blows over he'll forgive you. Sometimes you have to do things that might hurt for a good intention."

Jay frowned and sighed. "I just... I don't want to do that again, but he's hurting himself. He won't accept that he's a werewolf. He keeps wolfie locked up. He's so fucking stubborn. But if he keeps wolfie locked up, I'm going to have to do it again. I'm not gonna sit here while he destroys himself.

"I understand, Jay. I'm not saying your wrong, because you're not. None of us want to see him hurt himself."

Jay sighed again. "I just, I won't take his fucking anger anymore. He's acting like a fucking bitch and he needs to help himself." He put the steak that he finished cooking on a plate.

The wolf smelled the steak and walked into the kitchen, tilting it's head and whining.

Jay smiled and pet the wolf. "It's done. I'll get you some water. Sorry it took so long." He grabbed a bowl and began to fill it up with water.

The wolf tore through the meat happily, glad to have something to eat. It's tail wagged rapidly.

Jay put down the water and rubbed his eyes. "Eat up, wolfie. If you're still hungry you can have more," he smiled. He sighed and sat down next to Matt. "So what part was confusing?" he asked.

Matt pulled up the link and scrolled through before finding the section. "Yeah, I'm confused at the whole 'mate' part. Like, I get the imprinting part, but why only you and Cam? Why not the rest of us?"

Jay nodded. "I think it's because we stuck near him? Like, Cam cuddled with him and I went after him. And uh, it's kind of a theory but I'm pretty sure he has a crush on us. It seems like him and the wolf share the same emotions and stuff."

Matt's eyes widened. "That's not what I was expecting to hear today," he chuckled slightly. "But yeah, that makes sense, them sharing the same emotions."

Jay sighed. "I wish he would just open up more. I know he's battling himself but we can help. God, we're his family for crying out loud. He should be able to talk to us."

Matt sighed and nodded. "Yeah...if what you said about the crush part is true, then no wonder he's beating himself up. He's probably scared that you'll reject him, or worse, we'll kick him out or something. That's not exactly an easy secret to keep."

"But Toby is ambiguous and we still love him? If he is gay we wouldn't kick him out. He should have at least tried to explain it better or let his anger out in a different way. He would get so pissed at us and it sucked."

"Yeah...maybe he's scared because he thinks we'll see him differently? I don't know, I'm just trying to make sense of it all."

Jay sighed. "I am too. I just... I want to help him, but he won't stop being a stubborn bitch. I just want him to understand that we care."

"Yeah...if only we could get it through his thick skull," Matt muttered. "You got any plans of how we should get him to accept himself? Or are we at a dead end?"

Jay sighed. "Maybe we can strap him down so he has to listen? I don't want to give him too much space. He thinks when he has space."

"I'm not sure if strapping him down is the best option, but if it's all we got..."

Jay chuckled a little, "Maybe Cam can cuddle him the whole time and he'll have to listen."

Matt snickered. "You can be on his other side and hold him down."

Jay laughed. "Yeah. And we can duct tape his mouth shut so he has to listen." His gaze went to the wolf and he sighed.

"If he doesn't chew through it first," Matt laughed. He followed Jay's gaze to the wolf. "It hasn't growled in a while. You do something about it?"

Jay smiled. "Yeah. I told it that if it calmed down around you guys it would be good since you guys are his family. If we all say it's been good then it can come out more. Plus I told it that you guys would never hurt us." He called the wolf over, and began to pet it. "We still need a name for it, though..."

"Name? Yeah, good luck with that," Matt said, reaching out cautiously to pet it.

Jay sighed. "We need something simple. We can't keep calling him wolfie... Do we call Eric 'Souls'? We call him Swagger, but not Souls. Does that sound good?"

"Souls... I like that. That's a good name."

Jay smiled and looked at the wolf. "You like that name? You wanna be called Souls?"

The wolf wagged it's tail as it's tongue hung out of it's mouth. It liked that name.

Jay pet the wolf and then sighed. "So, is Eric trying to get back out? Or well, how does this all work? Are you two always fighting?" He wished the wolf could talk.

The wolf nodded.

Jay frowned. "Are you two always angry at each other? Is that why Eric always snaps at us?"

The wolf hesitated, but nodded again.

"Are you always angry because he keeps you locked up?" he asked, petting the wolf.

The wolf nodded and whined, leaning into Jay's touch.

"I'm so sorry, Souls. That's horrible. Do you ever try to push for control?"

The wolf nodded. It had tried plenty of times, but Eric always pushed it back.

"I'm sorry. I tried to help you yesterday but I don't know if it did anything. The website said anger can help because it unlocks something primal in the wolf, so I thought you would get more power."

The wolf licked his face. It was happy Jay had done that; it had probably been out the longest since it first came into existence.

Jay smiled and pet the wolf. "We're gonna get you out more, Souls. You're gonna be free more. But that means we have to talk to Eric."

The wolf whined. It didn't want to go. Who knows how long it would be until it came out again?

Jay frowned. "I know, Souls, I know. But we need to talk to him. You'll come back out again. We'll make him let you out again. Even if I have to piss him off again. But you need to let him out. I'll make sure you come out again. I promise."

The wolf nodded hesitantly. It began to whimper and whine. It stumbled back out of the kitchen. It didn't want to change in front of everyone. It's steps faltered. It was growing weak.

Jay frowned and nodded at Cam. They followed the wolf out. "You can change in the guest bedroom," Jay offered. He just wanted to hold it.

The wolf dragged itself into the guest bedroom, crawling under the bed. The sun was coming up, and the chains were coming out. It let out painful whines that turned into groans.

Jay moved behind Cam. He needed to be careful. He didn't want to fight with Eric, but he would if he had to.

A pained yell was the last thing that was heard before it went quiet.

Then, Eric crawled out from under the bed. "Jesus fucking Christ, my head..." he groaned.

"Shit, Eric, are you okay?" Cam asked.

Eric sat there to collect his thoughts before pausing. "... Why can't I remember anything?" he growled.

Jay stepped out from behind Cam. "Souls came out. He was really good. He played with Mason and we gave him food," he said casually.

"... Who the fuck is Souls?"

"The wolf. I think it's rude, calling him a monster. He's too sweet for that."

Eric narrowed his eyes. "You let it out again? Jay, what the fuck has gotten into you? First you-" he cut himself off as he remembered everything that happened before, and he snarled loudly.

Jay sighed. "So uh, before you kill me, how about you listen to what we have to say and stop being your stubborn self. We got food in the kitchen and everyone else is waiting. We just want to talk."

"It sounds like you're trying to get yourself killed," Eric snarled.

Jay frowned. "Shouldn't I be saying that about you? You're the one that's slowly killing themself," Jay said, glaring at Eric.

"Jay, I already told you, I'm not killing myself. Tell everyone to fuck off and leave me be."

Jay turned to Cam. "See, I told you we should have kept Souls. He didn't act like an asshole to us. I mean, no offense, Eric, but you're acting more like a beast than the wolf ever was." He glared at him again and took a step forward.

"Excuse me?" Eric sat up more, "What did you just fucking say to me?"

"I said the truth," Jay simply stated. "Souls is much nicer than you. He relaxed the entire time while you yell at us and be a dick. Souls isn't the monster, Eric." He took another step forward.

Eric scooted back. "Are you telling me that my pain isn't real? That I didn't feel a single god damn thing as it tore my insides apart? Are you really going to tell me that when all that fucking thing had caused me is pain?"

Jay sighed and shook his head, "No, but it's in pain too, Eric. He's a part of you. He's been locked up for so long. Have you ever let it before before now? Have you tried not fighting it?"

"I've been stuck with that thing for so fucking long," Eric growled. "You have no idea what it's like. How is that thing in pain? All it's ever done is shred my insides day and night without stop, torturing me."

Jay frowned. "It's because you won't let it out. You won't calm down and accept yourself. It's a part of you, Eric. You two keep fighting and hurting yourselves. Not to mention you keep insulting him." He took a step forward.

"You act like it has feelings, Jay. It doesn't. It's a fucking wild animal that can't be tamed."

Jay lost it. He shoved Eric back, glaring at him. He wanted to just fucking punch him. "Souls has shown more emotion in two days than you have in two fucking months so shut the fuck up. He's not the monster. You are. So don't blame this shit on him."

Eric's eyes widened, and he accidentally let out a whimper that he quickly changed into a growl of annoyance. "Get the fuck away from me."

Jay shook his head and sighed, calming himself down. "I'm done with this, Eric. You need to accept yourself. I promised Souls I'd let him out more, and I'm not going back on that promise. I don't know why you can't trust us. No one in this house is hurt. Souls was extremely protective and careful with us. God, Eric...we know it imprinted on us. We know you like me and Cam." He leaned forward and lightly caressed his cheek.

Eric fought the light blush that was trying to show up on his cheeks. "I don't know what you're talking about," he lied, faking a growl.

Cam rolled his eyes and sighed. "We're talking about the fact that Souls likes us and so do you. He protected us the entire time, and he was extremely sweet. We know he sees us as mates which means, since you two share emotions, that you do too."

Eric backed up. "That's-that's bullshit and you know it. Where the fuck did you even come up with that? How do you even know that's true?" He wanted to avoid this topic altogether, he wanted to be anywhere but there.

Jay took another step towards him and Cam stood behind him so he couldn't leave. "Because you'd be angry and screaming at us if it wasn't. You're just deflecting now. Plus we got confirmation from Souls. Just accept yourself."

Eric looked between them both. God, he really didn't want to be there. He wanted to be away and alone. He sighed, and dropped his head. There was no use in fighting anymore; Jay and Cam wouldn't stop persisting and he knew it.

Jay sighed and got closer. "Come on, Eric, just talk to us. We can't help you if you just yell at us and don't open up. Can you just tell us what's going on? Please?"

Eric sighed. "I'm just... scared," he admitted, biting his lip. He felt dumb for saying it, but it was also slightly relieving.

Jay nodded and got closer. "It's okay to be scared. Anything you're really scared of?"

Eric tried not to chew on his lip out of nervousness. "Being treated differently. Being seen differently. Becoming what I fear..."

"We don't see you any differently, Eric. None of us do. What do you fear of becoming?"

"... A monster..." Eric felt really, really dumb for saying it. He felt like a kid who was scared of the monsters in his closet, and he hated it.

Jay pushed Eric back into Cam, who wrapped his arms around Eric. "Eric. You will never be a monster. You're too kind and sweet. Just because you're a werewolf doesn't mean you're a monster," Jay smiled softly.

Eric's face was on fire at this point. He swallowed. "I-I just don't want to accidentally hurt you guys..."

"Eric, you would never hurt us. We have a video of your wolf. Do you wanna see?" Jay pulled out his phone and began to play the video of Souls.

Eric stared at the screen, eyes wide in shock as he watched the wolf play around. "I...can't believe it," he said quietly, his eyes never leaving the screen.

Jay smiled. "He then fell asleep cuddling us and protecting us. He was great with everyone else and even played with Mason. He was like the protector of the house. He never hurt a single one of us. He's a part of you, Eric. Neither one of you have ever hurt us."

"... Oh." Eric honestly didn't know what to say. Seeing the wolf with Jay and Cam, not hurting them... He couldn't believe it.

Jay sighed. "He's just angry because you keep him locked up. Fighting with him and calling him name's didn't help either."

Eric kept his eyes on the video until it ended, and then he dropped his gaze. "I'm... sorry," he said almost inaudibly.

Jay sighed again and hugged him. He smiled and kissed his head. "It's okay. We're here."

Eric's blush only grew. "T-thank you," he stuttered out, trying not to melt in-between them.

Jay looked at Cam and smiled. "Eric. Me and Cam wouldn't mind being your mates. We wouldn't mind dating you. We care about you. And we'd do anything for you," he said, looking back at Eric.

Eric's mouth went dry and his mind blanked for a couple of seconds before it came back. "Really?" He exclaimed before clearing his throat. "You wouldn't mind that?" He asked softer.

Cam held him closer and Jay's smile widened. "Of course not. Now, we should get you some clothes unless you wanna wolf out again and be a gay furry," he joked, smirking a bit.

"Wh- hey!" Eric glared at them and covered himself as best as he could. "I'm not a furry, you dick!"

Cam laughed and smiled. "You were a gay baby and now you're a gay furry. Congrats on your transformation, Eric. Proud of you." Jay began laughing as well.

"I should've stayed as the fucking wolf," Eric muttered.

"Don't think we can kiss you in werewolf form but okay," Jay smirked, "me and Cam will just make out while you go play fetch."

"Just get me some clothes, god dammit," he muttered.

Cam rolled his eyes and he pulled off his hoodie, throwing it onto Eric. It was like a dress on him, going down to the middle of his thighs. "There, perfect. It only shows a little bit of your ass," Cam snickered.

Eric tried to pull it down more, blushing heavily now. "You guys are assholes," he mumbled.

Jay laughed and smiled. "Calm down, I'll go grab boxers and shorts for you. Stay here and try to be good." He kissed Eric's cheek before he left.

Eric sat down on the bed, still trying to pull the hoodie down while ignoring the fact that the hoodie smelled like Cam and that it was very comforting at the moment.

Can rolled his eyes. "Calm down, Eric. Me and Jay have seen you naked before. Nothing bad is gonna happen," he said, kissing Eric's cheek.

"I don't want anyone else to come in," he grumbled, trying to not just bury his face into the hoodie.

Cam smiled and laughed, "No one is going to come in except Jay. The others know we're talking. Plus they would knock. So try to calm down."

Eric let out a sigh. "Okay..." He stood up and stretched, careful not to let the hoodie show anything.

Jay walked in when Eric was stretching, and he smirked and whistled. "I see you're giving Cam a show. Here's some boxers and shorts," he said, walking over and giving Eric a kiss. Eric nearly stumbled back in surprise, blushing even more before he grabbed the shorts and boxers.

Jay smiled and stood next to Cam as they watched Eric. They wanted to relax and rest with him. The past few days had been so stressful, they needed it.

Eric had the shorts and boxers on, and he felt better. He looked up at the two. "... I'm guessing this is when we go talk to the others?" He asked quietly.

Jay frowned and nodded. "We have to. Then we can chill and relax." He smiled at Eric. He pulled Eric close and twisted him around before pushing him against Cam so both of them could hold and hug Eric.

Eric yelped slightly and blushed some more. He glanced up at Cam before he wrapped his arms around him and buried his face into Cam's chest.

Jay smiled and kissed his neck. "You're cute when you act all wolf like. Like when you whine or get really excited. Even your growling is pretty cool." He relaxed into Eric as he hugged him.

Eric buried his face into Cam's chest even more and accidentally let a whine slip.

Cam smiled and kissed his head. "Gotta agree with Jay. That's pretty cute," he laughed, petting Eric's hair.

"Stop it," he whined. He wasn't used to getting this much affection. It was weird how only 5 minutes ago they were arguing and tensions were high, and now they're showering him with love he only had dreamed about before.

Cam smirked and nodded at Jay. "Alright. I'll just make out with Jay and we can cuddle each other," he snickered, pulling Jay away.

"What-hey! Guys!" Eric whined, getting in-between them once more, demanding kisses.

Jay smirked and kissed Eric's nose. "You're a real needy bitch, aren't you?" He giggled.

Eric blushed again and crossed his arms, huffing and looking away from them.

Jay giggled again and pulled Eric close to kiss him on the lips. "I'm sorry. It's just cute seeing all your reactions." Cam nodded and kissed him as well.

Eric only whined and buried his face into his hands.

Cam smirked and wrapped his arms around Eric before lifting him up and putting him on his shoulder. Jay began to laugh again.

"Cam! What the hell?" Eric squeaked as he kicked his legs.

Cam giggled, "What? I'm helping you be tall. Plus we can see your cute reactions better."

"Oh, haha, very funny," Eric grumbled, rolling his eyes.

"Oh yes it very funny I laugh very hard," Jay said in his signature Ainsley impression.

"Cam, give me a broom or something so I can hit him."

"Cam, keep him up there. He can't do anything if he's up there. Plus we can see how cute he is."

"I'm not cute dammit! I'm terrifying!" Eric said, crossing his arms and glaring down at Jay.

Jay laughed. "Eric, you're 5'8 and you get scared at every little thing. You are the last thing from terrifying. You are sweet and cute.'

"I do not!" Eric argued. "And don't bring my height into this, it has nothing to do with anything!"

Jay nodded, "It has everything to do with it. It makes you cuter. Like a small little yapping dog. A small, cute little runt," he snickered.

"Hey! I'll get you for that!" Eric yelled, struggling helplessly in Cam's arms.

Cam laughed, "Eric stop struggling so much, I don't wanna drop you. We can't break your ass, it's the only good part about you." Jay began to laugh and wheeze at the joke.

Eric tried to kick his legs, but to no avail. "You're both lucky, because if I was on the ground, it would be all over for both of you."

Jay giggled and smirked. "I mean, I gotta argue. You'd just bite our ankles and be a yappy little runt."

"How about you bite my ass."

Jay smirked and laughed. "Damn, didn't know you liked having your ass ate. Well, Cam, hold him down."

"Wait- no no no no no no don't you dare come near me-" Eric yelped and tried to get out of Cam's grasp as he flailed around.

Jay giggled, "Calm down you dummy. We aren't gonna do that stuff yet. We gotta wait till marriage. Cam, put the little guy down so he doesn't have to worry anymore."

"Thank goodness- wait. Yet?"

Cam wheezed while Jay laughed and Eric went pale. "Well, someone's gotta take it up the ass and yours is the nicest one here," Jay smirked, playfully pushing him. They loved Eric's reactions.

Eric took a step back and shook his head. "Uh-uh, no thanks."

"Calm down, Eric, we aren't gonna do any of that shit. Come on, you must be hungry and tired. And we need to talk to the others," Cam said, giving Eric a kiss.

Eric couldn't help but smile in the kiss. Cam pulled back, "Come on, we gotta go say hello. Then we can relax and joke some more."

Eric nodded and took a deep breath. "Okay." He grabbed one of Cam's hands out of nervousness and held the other out for Jay to hold. Cam smiled and squeezed his hand while Jay kissed him and gently held his other hand. Eric squeezed back, smiling at them. He was nervous, but he felt that he could do it with these two.

Jay gently pulled him to the door. "Come on, Eric. Let's go say hello. I promise everything will be good."

Eric nodded and took another deep breath. He could do it with them there, he knew he could.

Jay smiled and him and Cam walked with him to the kitchen where everyone was. They were quiet and didn't rush him. He needed the love and support.

Eric's heart was racing, he was so nervous. He squeezed their hands once more out of comfort and bit his lip.

Cam pet his hair and Jay kissed his cheek. "You can do it. We're a family, remember?" Jay said quietly. Eric nodded and smiled at Jay.

They got to the kitchen, and Cam and Jay pulled their hands back. Eric needed to do this on his own.

Eric missed the feeling of their hands, so he held his arms instead. He cleared his throat, and everyone looked up at him. He swallowed. "Hey, guys," he said softly.

Mason gasped and grinned. "Eric! There you are! I got to see the wolf! We played and had fun! We missed you," he said, getting up and pulled Eric into a hug.

Eric smiled and hugged back. "I hope it bit you in the ass," he joked, squeezing Mason harder.

Mason laughed. "Nah, but it did bite my hoodie. The little thing was a cheeky dog. It was super fluffy and needed a haircut, like you." Mason proceeded to ruffle Eric's hair.

Eric shooed his hand away with a laugh. "What, you want me to buzz it down all the way like yours? No way, I'd rather not look like a hairless chimp with dementia, thanks."

Mason gasped and pulled back, hand on his chest. "I want the dog back. At least it wouldn't insult me," he laughed.

"Wow, for the first time in like, weeks I'm fine and you already want the wolf back. Okay, I see how it is. I'm gonna make sure it shits in you bed tomorrow," Eric snickered.

Mason gasped and shook his head. "No way. You better stay for a couple of days. I missed your stupidness. Now I'm not gonna be the only idiot in the house," Mason smiled.

"You had all these goons in here with you, didn't you?" Eric asked, motioning towards everyone else.

Mason frowned. "Yeah, but I missed your stupidness. You always said the funniest shit when you were high."

"Well, I guess I'll have to get high again sometime while I'm here," Eric sighed dramatically.

Mason's face lit up, and he smiled widely. Everyone else laughed and rolled their eyes.

Toby cleared his throat and smirked. "So, Eric, I didn't know you had a hoodie like Cameron's."

Eric blushed and began to play with the strings on the front. "Uh, well, funny story, actually," he laughed nervously, looking at Jay and Cam so they could maybe explain for him.

Jay smirked and nodded. "I'll tell them," he said, and Eric relaxed. He grinned evilly at Cam. "So Eric likes getting his ass ate."

Toby's mouth dropped open, and Eric's cheeks turned to a bright red.

"Wait- NO THAT'S NOW WHAT I WANTED YOU TO SAY YOU FUCK I DO NOT WANT MY ASS TO BE EATEN," he yelled, hiding his face in the hoodie.

Cam laughed a bit, "Pretty sure you do. After all, you did say 'eat my ass' to both of us."

"I DIDN'T MEAN IT LITERALLY YOU CUNT."

"Are you sure?" Toby piped up, beginning to play along with the others. "I mean, you do have a nice ass, after all."

"Quit looking at my ass!" Eric hissed, backing up into the wall.

Everyone began to laugh. "It's not our fault! We can't help to notice something the size of an elephant," Mason joked.

Eric pouted and crossed his arms. "It's not even that big! You guys are just mean." He stuck his tongue out at everyone.

Jay laughed, "We know, you cheeky dog, calm down. Stop being a drama queen, that's Toby's job."

"Well, I had to make my dramatic entrance somehow, didn't I?" Eric said, smiling again.

Jay giggled. "Come on, let's go watch a movie." He grabbed Eric's hand and pulled him to the living room with Can following. Jay then smirked. "Hey, Cam, go make out with Eric while I pick a movie."

"Wait what-"

Eric was cut off with a "gladly" from Cam and a pair of lips on his.

Eric's eyes fluttered shut and he wrapped his arms around Cam's shoulders, kissing back.

Cam smirked and pushed him down slightly to get more dominance. It was easy for him to pull Eric onto the couch with him and have him sit on his lap.

Eric growled from the back if his throat. He pushed up, trying to take over the kiss.

Cam smirked. He knew what Eric was doing, and he wasn't about to let him win. He reached his arms around Eric and squeezed his ass.

Eric squeaked, and he ended up melting into Cam.

Cam kissed him some more before finally pulling back. "I win. And you are adorable," he smiled.

They heard a whistle, and when they looked, Jay was looking at them with the snacks.

Eric blushed and he glared at Jay. "I hate you," he muttered. He then hit Cam's chest. "And you cheated!"

Cam laughed. "You liked it. Now let's chill, yeah?"

Jay pulled Eric off of Cam and sandwiched him between them. Eric felt a little more squished than he would have liked, but he didn't say anything about it. He was just happy that he was there with them.

Jay leaned over and gave Eric a kiss. He felt tired, but he was content. Eric rested his head on Cam's shoulder, and they all relaxed as they focused on the movie.
