Zephyr stared around the crowded station. Her eyebrows were still furrowed as thought about the past days when she told Andrea about her new school. She thought hard when Andrea wasn't protective over her but found no such moments.

She glanced at her standing with her daughter Laura. Both talking about God knew what. The same thought swirled in her mind from the past few days. Zephyr tried to remember all of those times when she had mentioned anything about her new school. Always Andrea, which Zephyr thought, gave her a knowing smile. But Andrea knew nothing. How could she give her a knowing smile?

'Dear, I think I'll board Laura on her train. You wait here okay? I'll be right back.' Andrea said watching the clock. Anxious, Zephyr too saw the time. Her mind started searching for excuses, so Andrea wouldn't return to her, or else she was sure she would miss her train to Hogwarts.

'No need Andrea! My train would be here soon. I'll be fine myself.' Zephyr spoke hastily and again Andrea gave her that knowing smile. But what she said next, Zephyr couldn't believe it.

'All right dear, if your train doesn't come through, stay here. Okay?' Andrea gave her a kiss as she nodded. Laura too gave her a goodbye kiss, wishing her luck for her school year like a big sister. Zephyr watched Laura and Andrea disappear into the crowds and then hastily walked her way to platform 9. She stared around having no idea, about where to go.

She watched a bushy-haired girl walking pass her as spoke rapidly to her confused looking parents. She caught a few words of what she was speaking. And then Zephyr knew what she had to do.

'Hey! Please wait!' Zephyr ran towards the girl, pushing her trunk. The girl looked at her. 'Yes?'

'I was wondering if you can tell me how to get on Platform 9 ¾?'

The girl watched her. 'Oh. You have to get past this wall between Platform 9 and 10. It leads to Platform 9 ¾. I read all about in the books you know. Muggles can't get past it. Now watch me and follow me.'

Zephyr watched the girl kiss goodbye to her parents and then disappeared behind the wall. Zephyr too walked pass the wall and found herself on Platform 9 ¾. Her eyes wandered around as she made her way on the train. She got on the train and walked past the compartments.

'-ura bye!' She watched a girl with familiar brown curls disappear somewhere in the crowd. Her eyebrows furrowed as thought about Laura. She couldn't be on this train, could she?

She shook her head and moved forward in the search of an empty compartment. She noticed three boys curiously watching her from their compartment. She moved towards the end of the train searching for an empty compartment. Finally, she found one, but it wasn't fully empty. A boy with blonde hair sat there, his head deep in his book. He wore Hogwarts uniform, which was blue and silver in colour.

Zephyr easily realized who he was as a tiny smile played on her lips. She knocked on the compartment door and watched him look up at her with his hazel eyes. 'Nice to meet you again, Aries. Can I sit here?'

He smiled widely. 'Why not? Nice to meet you again too, Zephyr.'

Zephyr grinned and sat on the seat. She stared curiously at the book Aries was reading but the title was hidden as Aries put his cap on it. 'Which book are you reading?'

'Oh, it's nothing. So how did you manage to escape Andrea?'

Zephyr had mentioned Laura and Andrea to him but it was still a surprise he remembered it. 'She had to help Laura board, I told her that I'll be fine by myself. You know, whenever I mention my new school, there is a knowing smile on her lips. Like she knows everything about this.'

'Maybe she does. You pretty sure she is a muggle?'

Zephyr opened her mouth to answer but was interrupted by the same girl on the platform. 'Is anyone sitting here?'

They both shook their heads as the girl settled in the compartment. 'Hey, thanks for helping me at the platform. I am Zephyr by the way. Zephyr Dal- Velodisantes.'

'No problem. I am Hermione Granger. Are you from the family of muggles too? I was too happy when I got the letter. My mom and dad were too. They even bought me extra books. I read them all. I even tried a few spells and all of them worked. I am really looking forward towards Transfiguration. What about you?'

She spoke all of it very fast in her bossy sort of voice. Aries was looking at her surprised and horrified at the same time. Zephyr smirked. 'About me? I'll better show you. Ask me for any spell you want me to perform. By any, I mean any.'

Hermione looked at her surprised. Aries then suddenly spoke up, 'Can you perform the-'

But what he spoke next was cut off by a boy. He was crying and he held his trunk. 'Can I sit here?'

The three of them nodded as the boy sat, still sobbing. 'Why are you crying?'

'I lost Trevor, my toad. Have you seen it?' The three of them shook their heads as he started sobbing again.

'I think you should go and ask everyone about it.' Hermione suggested and the boy nodded and went away. Soon the trolley witch came. Zephyr, not hungry, still bought chocolate frogs and pumpkin pasties. Her mouth watered looking at the delicious meal.

Aries offered Hermione a chocolate frog which she politely refused. Zephyr ate one of those and stared at the card. Aries went back to reading his book whereas Hermione was staring out the window. Zephyr read the content on the card. She got Albus Dumbledore. Her mind went a bit dizzy when her eyes read the words Nicholas Flamel and then fogginess took her in......

There were two men shaking hands. There was a sparkle of trust and faith in both of their eyes. The man with silver-beard and half-moon spectacles nodded and went away...

The scene dissolved and a new one came which was blurry...

There was a three-headed dog......... there was a stone...... there was a mirror........ there was a commotion..........

'Zephyr! Snap out of it!' Zephyr was brought out from her vision by Aries. 'Oh yeah. I am sorry. What are we talking about again?'

'We are talking about houses. I wish to be in Gryffindor. Ravenclaw is all right too but I wonder what will happen if they put me in Hufflepuff?'

'Hufflepuff isn't a bad house. It's a great one I would say.' Aries spoke defending the Hufflepuff. He looked annoyed with her. 'Yeah, it isn't. I have read about them in Hogwarts: A history. It's just I'll prefer Gryffindor. What about you Zephyr?'

Zephyr stared at Aries. He was a Ravenclaw. Hermione wanted to be a Gryffindor. But which house did she belong in? She was going to answer but was interrupted again. The boy who lost his toad came back still sobbing. 'I didn't find it.'

Hermione looked at him sadly. 'I'll help you umm.....'

'Neville,' he muttered. Hermione smiled brightly. 'Yes, Neville! I'll help you find it. Let's go.'

And they disappeared. Aries sighed. Zephyr whistled, 'She is pretty in-'

'Annoying. If she would have been in my house I would definitely have left Hogwarts. But I bet she'll be a Gryffindor.' Aries shook his head. Then came thundering footsteps. Two boys stood there at the compartment door grinning. 'Found you, Mr Aries William!'

Aries grinned and stood up. 'Hey, Davi and Den! Meet Zephyr! Zephyr these are my best friends. Davian and Denzel. We are also best friends with a Hufflepuff, his name is Cedric.'

Zephyr stared at both of the boys. They looked identical. They both had dirty blonde hair and brown eyes. They both were grinning at her. Zephyr smiled back. 'Nice to meet you!'

Zephyr turned towards Aries. 'That's why you were defending Hufflepuff! Because your best friend is a Hufflepuff.'

Aries went a bit red at this while the twins passed a knowing smile. Davian spoke, 'Oh! Was he defending Hufflepuff again? It's not because of Cedric, it's because of L-'

But what he said next was cut off. 'Davi! Den! Did you find Ari-?'

A girl entered the compartment. Her brown curls and blue eyes were too familiar. Zephyr looked at her shocked, whereas she was grinning broadly. Then she happily squealed. 'Zephyr! We knew it! We knew it! Mom knew you were a witch since the first day you came to our café! We knew you were going to Hogwarts!'

Laura pulled her into a hug. Zephyr couldn't believe that Andrea and Laura were witches. But then why did they give up their lifestyle of a magical world?

'So you both know each other, huh? Zephyr as I was saying, Aries was defending Hufflepuff because his girlfriend, aka, this beautiful lady here is a Hufflepuff.'

Laura smiled at Zephyr. Aries became red as a tomato. He cleared his throat. 'Okay, so we need to go?'

Davian and Denzel nodded. Laura draped her arm around Zephyr's shoulder. 'Sorry girl we need to go. But we'll see you soon, okay?'

Zephyr nodded and watched them leave the compartment. She sighed and sat down, eating her chocolate frogs. A knock on the compartment door, Zephyr found herself staring at three boys. The one in the middle had blonde hair and a pointed face. The other two were fat and looked like bodyguards.

'Hey, do you know anyone named Zephyr Velodisantes? My dad has been stressing on me to be friends with this guy. I asked him why but he didn't tell me. So do you know him?'

Zephyr stared at him. 'Zephyr Velodisantes is a girl and I am Zephyr Velodisantes.'

She watched as the boys' eyebrows rose up. He then smirked. 'Hey, I am Draco.'

He held his hand out to shake. Zephyr wondered if she should accept the shake. She had expected him to introduce himself by his surname but he didn't and though he looked like a spoiled child of rich parents, he wasn't. Zephyr smiled and shook his hand.

'This is Goyle and Crabbe.' He drawled as the two boys stared at the chocolate frogs and pumpkin pasties. Zephyr shook her head. 'Help yourself with them.'

Draco took a chocolate frog along with Goyle and Crabbe. They ate and talked for a while and then the boys left. Zephyr sat silently watching out of the train. The forest was getting thicker and it was getting darker.

Suddenly Hermione came back. She looked really excited and pleased. 'Do you know whom I met?'

Zephyr shook her head. 'Who?'

'HARRY POTTER! He is on this train. He really has a lightning bolt scar on his forehead. I've read all about him in different books.' She smiled and sat on the seat. Looking out of the window she spoke, 'I asked the driver how long will it take for us to reach Hogwarts and he said it won't take long. I think you should change in your Hogwarts robes.'

Zephyr nodded and wore her black robes. Hermione peaked in the lobby. She let out an annoyed groan. 'Do you see how childish everyone is behaving?'

She huffed and walked out. Zephyr followed behind not wanting to be alone again. They walked down a few compartments. Hermione opened the door to a few of them. But what caught zephyr's attention was the fifth door. Hermione opened it and inside was a boy with red hair and freckles and a boy whom she recognized very well. Harry Potter.

Zephyr stared at him. She didn't notice what Hermione was saying. Zephyr watched Harry become annoyed with Hermione as Ron noticed Zephyr for the first time. Their eyes met and there was some kind of spark or something. Ron looked at Hermione. 'Who is this?'

'Oh! This is Zephyr!' Hermione exclaimed. Zephyr smiled politely. 'Nice to meet you, Ron and Harry.'

Both the boy's eyes furrowed. 'How do you know our names?'

Zephyr smirked. 'I just know. Hermione, I think we should go.'

Zephyr left the compartment glancing at Ron's confused expression and his eyes on her. Hermione went somewhere, whereas Zephyr was left alone. Again. She sighed and walked away towards her compartment.

On her way suddenly a door opened. She slammed straight into the girl who was holding a china cup. It fell and shattered. The girl's eyes went red and she became really angry. 'Can't you see?! You've broken the first gift he ever gave to me! You're a stupid girl!'

Zephyr's eyes widened. 'I am sorry!'

Muttering she ran to her compartment. She looked at Aries who was sitting in the compartment. When he realized her presence he looked up and smiled. 'Oh, hey!'

Zephyr smiled and sat down. The train came to a halt. 'Bye I guess. See you at the castle!'

It took really long to upload this one! But here it is! I hope you like this chapter. Was it a surprise to know that Laura is a witch in her fourth year and is Aries girlfriend? Let me know your thoughts.
