I wonder where she is now? Must be looking at the sun again. Taking steps to our place, I see the familiar orange hue, with drops of yellow and red mixed in. I get lost for a moment till I see an even brighter, more lovely view. The familiar long, wavy, blonde hair blows slightly in the air. I take the seat next to her, our eyes lock onto the setting sun. "It breathtaking, I could stare at it forever." She grabs my hand, the feel of her soft skin sends shivers down my spine."Will today be the day I see your face?" She shakes her head no, still holding onto my hand. The sun finally sets when she lets go of my hand.

"Another dream, and I still have no idea what she looks like."

Sighing I rise from the bed and start my daily routine before I go to school. Shower, brush my hair and teeth, then put on my clothes for the day. I put on my sweater then started to button it up but somehow I messed up some and one half was higher than the other, before I fixed it I heard this little giggle, a giggle belonging to a girl. It was sweet, bubbly too. That's her giggle. I race down the stairs to see if maybe she's in the house but, sadly no. Natus is eating a bowl of cereal. "Your sweater looks funny." I ignore his comment but do fix my sweater. Must be hearing things."

At school its the normal thing, classes, classes and more classes. It never seems to end, but it's not like I pay attention really. Sometimes I fall asleep in class, the lesson are so boring and the teacher doesn't help by yelling at me to wake up. At lunch time, I go to my locker to get what I've brought from home, but that's normally the perfect time for random girls to come talk to me. They always want to know if I can eat with them, I say thank you, but no thank you, then go off to my eating area. What I like about this area is how closed off it it from the school, how the tree shades the area, making it cool during the hot times here. Eating, I feel the breeze play through my hair, and some distance chatter from students. Maybe I can take a quick nap. Setting my food to the side, I rest my head back then drift away.

The sun is so high right now, I hope she's not hurting her eyes looking at this. I walk a little faster to our spot, I see her once again looking at the sun with all of it yellow glory. "You shouldn't stare directly into the sun. It will hurt those eyes of yours." Sitting next to her, I see for the first time she's eating something. "Is that ice cream?" The giggle I love comes from her chocolate covered lips. "Can I have some?" She puts the spoon into the cup then holds it out to me, she turned her face to me but all I could see was a blurry cloud. I take a bite from the spoon and I hear her giggle again when some got on my pants.

She sets the cup to the side and scoots over to me, she lays her head on my shoulder for the first time in awhile. "This is lovely, I wish we could do this for real." She hums to me and takes my hand once more. "Will it be soon?" No answer comes from her. "Well, this is good enough for me right now." It was peaceful, nothing was touching us, I wanted to be here forever but I knew I couldn't cause-

"Zeref, get up!"

I jump from my sleep to see Natsu looking down on me. "You're so late to class." I look at my watch to see I slept the first 15 minutes of my class, "Shit." I gather all my stuff up and run to my class, luckily it was art class and my teacher is very cool about being late. I set my stuff down at my table, grabbing my sketch book and drawing whatever comes to mind.

"Zeref, get ready. Everyone is waiting for us."

"I don't want to go. Prom is stupid."

"It's a right of passage, Plus, you have to go or you'll get in trouble from the teachers."

I get up, grab a black button up shirt, black pants and shoes. I wasn't planning on buying a tux cause I wasn't playing on staying long anyway. "There, can we go now. I want to sleep." Natsu give me this looks of annoyance. "That's all you ever do." I shove him out the door so we can get out of the house faster. We got in the car with some friends who were all with dates, they were laughing, taking pictures and passing around some drinks but I was staring out the window.

"Zeref, aren't you taking anyone?"

"No, I'm just showing up then leaving."

Lucy shrugged it off and when back to fixing Natsu's tie. I'll just wait a bit to see if I can find her. Our car stopped in front of the school, loud music was heard from the outside and already I was dreading this. Everyone from the car took off and I hung around the wall like a wallflower. I was scanning the whole area for my dream girl, I felt it, I knew I was going to met her soon.

"Hey Zeref, want to dance?"

"Sorry, I'm looking for someone."

"Someone?"

I nod my head as I move to another location to get away from her, but I must be sticking out, more girls came up to me and asked the same thing but with each question came the same answer for all of them. "She has to be here." Looking over one more time, my eyes set on something, something that I've seen before. Long, way, blonde hair, soft skin and a giggle I knew to well. She's here. My feet had a mind of its own, before I knew it I was halfway across the floor, I was about to approach her when I saw a tall man kiss her and her sweet giggle was more of a annoying noise. After that, I snuck out so I could get some sleep.

It's so dark, cold even. This is different. I got to the spot but this time I don't see her. I look all over for her, but still nothing. "You thought that girl was me, silly boy." Did she just talk to me? I see her covered face. I could tell from the tone in her voice that she was a little upset. "I'm sorry, I- just thou-" She wiggles her finger and making a tsk tsk noise. "Not yet." If not now then when, I can't take this anymore.

"I want to see you, the real you. I want to see what's behind this blurriness. Please don't make me wait anymore."

She looks down, not saying a word to me. "I want to see you too, I really do ju-just let me get ready." I can see some of the blurry fade just a little, now I can see something, something emerald color. I take her into my arms and hug her small frame tightly."Take your time." She snuggles into my chest and nods her head. She looks ups to me with those lips of her and I lean down to a sweet kiss. "Well met soon Zeref." The sunset came back once more but this time pinker than anytime before.

"Can't wait"

Waking up, I still feel the pressure from her lips on mine, I don't touch them nor move my mouth. I want this feeling to last for as long as it can. The sun seemed so much brighter today. With a spring in my step I hum just a small tone to myself. I have this amazing feeling that something amazing will happen. The classes seemed to be more lively, the lessons less boring. I was kinda scaring the teachers by staying awake all of class. Lunch was the same, I sat under the tree but something felt better about it I just didn't know what. The school ends and I start to walk home, but I remembered I left something at lunch.

The sun was high, pinkish just like the dream. It was like she sent it just for us. Going to the tree I grab my item but hear something from behind. The only thing behind the tree was a wooden gate, big enough for some people to sit on. When I looked ahead I saw it, Long, wavy, blonde hair. The air slightly playing with it, the soft silk skin shining from the sun. When she turned around my heart was beating hard against my rip cage. Her eyes were as green as embers, soft lips and now a blushing face.

"H-Hi.."

"Uh, Hello."

"MMM, is this, you're tree?"

I didn't really know what to say, she was here right in front of me and I know I wasn't dreaming. "N-No, I just eat here during lunch." She turns around and steps off the fence. She was so small, just like the dream. When she looked at me, I couldn't help but want to reach out and touch her. "What's your name?" Her voice was sweet, bubbly even though it was so quiet. "Z-Zeref." She giggled and my heart melted just a little "Mavis." Mavis, that's her name. I smile at her, "It's nice to met you Mavis."
