I really hate waiting, I'm so impatient when it comes to something that I want .I tend to just sit in my room and do nothing at all. I know that's not the best thing, but that's just the kind of person I am. It's been a few days sense I've talked to Zeref and I can honestly say I feel a bit lost not having him here with me. I know he's busy getting things done, and he'll be back soon. I sigh and fall onto my bed. My face is pressed against my sheets. what am I gonna do today? I look to the clock hanging on my wall, it reads 2:30 pm.

"The day is still young."

Grabbing my phone, I check to see if he's texted me at all today, but sadly he hasn't. I feel a sadness rest on my heart not seeing one thing from him, but I know he's doing his best to get his work done. I sit back up and go to my contacts to call Lucy to see if she wants to hang out. Calling her, her voicemail comes on, I don't bother to leave a message. I toss my phone to the side and rub my hands over my face.

"I half to do something, I can't just sit around. He wouldn't want me todo that."

Getting off the bed I head towards the living room, walking down the hallway I see pictures of Zeref and I smiling and having a great time. I look down and quickly head over to the couch. I grab the remote and switch on the tv, some tv will help. Going thorough channel after channel I still find nothing good.

"What is wrong with today, nothing makes me happy unless he's here with me."

Once again I feel lonely, The house is so quiet. I heave a sigh, then clap my hands together when I get an idea. I rush to the door and grab my jacket and put my shoes on. I open the door and run down the stairs. I walk down the sidewalk till I find the little store that Zeref and I like to get snacks from.

Walking into the store I wave to the man behind the counter who gives a smile and waves back. Walking down the aisle I head over to the candy section. I grab some twix and skittles for me and I get some oreos for him. I'm sure he'll like this when he gets back.

"Hello Mavis, how are you?"

"I'm alright. It's been quiet for a few days without Zeref."

"Is he making up work again?"

I nod my head as I hand my money over to him. Bagging up my snacks he waves goodbye to me. I walk back to the house, but much slower this time. I wonder if he's almost done with his work?

"Mavis!"

Looking up I see Zera waving at me from a near by coffee shop. I wave back and run over to her. We hug before sitting down at the table outside.

"So how you and you know who~"

She winks at me when she takes a sip of her drink."Oh we're...good."

"Why did you say it like that?"

"Like what?"

"Mavis you can't lie to me I know you too well. Is something going on?"

I shift in my see and look down on the table. I'm still have the bag in my hand and I grip onto it harder. There really isn't a problem. I just lonely sometimes that's all. "Mavis?" Zera sounds a bit worried.

"I just miss him, that's all."

"You guys live together, how could you miss him?"

"I know we live together, but he works all the time, then when he gets home its late and we only talk for a little bit."

I start depressing myself when I think about how little time we have together now. Before it was fine, he work, come home early enough to have dinner with me. But now I'm eating alone and trying to find thing to keep me busy till I fall asleep.

"Oh I'm really sorry, why don't you see if he can take some time off?

"No, I don't want him to do that. It would be selfish of me to ask him that when he's working so hard."

"Maybe you should get a hobby, something to get you out of the house."

I shrug my shoulders at her. A hobby, I'm more of a home body person. "I'll think about it. I have to go now, but I'll call you later." I get up and wave bye to her. I cross back over to the sidewalk and start my journey back home.

Time Skip

It's around 11:00pm and I'm up writing in bed. The TV is low in volume with some show that I've seen over and over. I stop every five minutes when I think I hear the front door unlock, but I'm left disappointed. I sigh, then start writing once again. He's usually home by now. I yawn from the tiredness I've been fighting. I set my notebook down. I stretch, then get under covers. I turn the show up a bit and watch with heavy eyes. I can't fall asleep, not yet.

Zeref's POV:

I'm so tired, I over did it again. I stubble up the stairs and try to find my keys in my pocket. I find the small key and open the door. I take my shoes up, then make the long walk to the bedroom. The door is open and I see shadows on the wall, followed by soft laughter. I open the door, to see the TV on and Mavis passed out in the bed. I see her breath slowly in and out and hugging the bear I gave her tightly.

I go over to the closet and change into some sweatpants. I leave the TV on and slide into bed with her. I wrap my arms around her, resting the top of my chin on her head. "Zeref..?" I panic when I hear her talking to me. "Sorry, did I wake you up?" She shakes her head slowly. She snuggles to me closer and I feel her breath hit my skin. It tickles when she does that, but I don't let it bother me.

"Zeref?"

"Hmm?"

"I miss you, and...I want you to take some time off."

Time off? I'm fully awake now after hearing her words. I feel bad for leaving her home all the time alone, but there's nothing I can do. I see that she passed out once again and she might not remember her speaking to me. I get a smirk on my face from the idea I just got. Oh yeah, I gotta do this.

Mavis's POV:

The sun from outside hits my eye lids and I flutter them open. I rub my face and sit up, I notice that Zeref spot is all messed up. So he came home and I missed him. I get sad in the face, knowing this might be the start of not even seeing him at. "What's wrong silly?" My eyes widen when I see Zeref standing in the door way.

"What are you doing here? You have work today."

"Nope, I called in, I told them I was taking the rest of the week off."

I can't wrap my head around on what he just said to me. "Are you serious?" He comes over to the bed and crawls right next to me. He pecks my lips while pulling me down on the bed with him.

"Yup, I'm all your. So, what do you want todo?"

"Can we just stay in bed for the rest of the day?"

"If that's what you want, then I'll give it to you."

I leap onto him and thank him repeatedly for taking some time off. I'm still not sure why he really took time off, but it doesn't matter.

"Zeref, you don't know how happy I am you did this."

"I'm glad you're happy. I missed you and now we can make up for lost time."

I nod over and over against his shoulder. "I love you, you're just wonderful." He hugs me back tightly and buries his head into my neck. "I love you too. Now lets get started on our lazy day."
