Standing in the royal ancestor hall of Raghuvansh, Baijisa folded her hands in respect to all the forefathers of the Raghuvansh.
Behind her, Maharana Udaipratap and Maharani Jayvanta too offered their respect.
"Raghupati reet sada chali aayi," started Baijisa, "Pran jaye pan vachan na jayi,"chanted Baijisa and Maharana Udaipratap Singh Raghuvanshi together.
The phrase is a motto of Raghuvansh since Raja Ramachandran, It's a ritual of Raghuvansh, that may the death comes but the promise once made should not be gone void.
Three of them were ready in their armours with armaments. Jayvanta baisa was adamant to fight like a virangana with her husband and daughter.
Jayvanta baisa was meant to lead the harem out of the secret routes safely before given time. While Maharana will lead the remaining soldiers to surround the borders of the palace.
And Baijisa, was meant to fight her own battle which was unknown to her father and mother. Yet, both of them trusted her with their life.
"Har," chanted Baijisa.
"Har," seethed Maharana.
"Har," repeated Jayvanta baisa.
"Har Har Mahadev," roared three of them together announcing the onset of the war.

Standing infront of five hundred soldiers, with just a sword in his hand, was not a big deal for Adhrik. Because he was not alone. He was never alone.
There stood Acharya Raghvendra, Rawat Chundawat and Shakti Singh behind him. Each capable of taking around hundred of soldiers on their own.
"When the flag of Raghuvansh would be unflured on the highest tower of Chittorgadh, when I will flung this Afghani flag away with my bare hands, tab kehlayengo, ki Raghuvanshi rano Chittoriyo gadh jityo sa," declared Adhrik Singh Raghuvanshi with his eyes flaring in rage and determination.
"Har Har," yelled Rawat Chundawat with determination.
"Mahadev!" Exclaimed all of them.
"Yalgar hon!" Yelled the opposite army and charged towards four of them.
As soon as the Afghani soldiers reached them, Adhrik flicked his sword and cut-offed the head of two soldiers immediately charging towards them making the others pause for some seconds.
He was not called Sher-e-jang for no reason. And with a enthusiastic smirks, Rawat Chundawat jumped towards the next five soldiers coming towards them.
The white marble floors of Chittorgadh palace was soon painted in red of Afghan blood.
"Dekh rahe hon Rawat ji?" Asked Acharya Raghvendra, "Jin Afghano ne humse hamari maati chin lee thi, aaj unhi ke lahoo abhishek se hum apni maati shudh kar rahe hai," said Acharya.
The Afghans who snatched their land from them, are being sacrificed on this land making it pious again was what he meant.
Rawat Chundawat laughed and answered, "You're right, Acharya," he said while blocking the blow of Afghani sword, "Soon Baujiraj will unflured our flag on the pole of Chittorgadh."

Adhrik stopped in his tracks when he saw the green flag of Afghans fluttering on the pole of the palace. He snarled in rage while covered in blood from head to toe.
"Chittorgadh belongs to Rana Adhrik Singh Raghuvanshi," he declared while the commander of Afghans realized his intentions.

Adhrik fought like a man possessed. He was in trance of Mahakal himself. Cutting everyone apart in green uniform without even blinking an eye.
"Make the Chakrahvyuh formation infront of the flag tower," yelled Quasim Mir, the commander of Afghan army, "We will not let them unflure their flag." He commanded.
Suddenly all the soldiers blocked the tower steps with a formation like a wall while putting their metal shields infront of them.

Adhrik whistled loudly when the other three stopped looking at the wall formation. And with a swift swish, an arrow came and pierced right in between the weakest spot of the front of the shield wall.
With a ear-piercing scream of a dieing soldier, the wall formation's first layer broke into fragments making Adhrik smirk cruelly while Rawatji, Acharya and Shakti were left astonished.

A brawny man jumped from behind the tower and landed in between Adhrik and Afghans. As soon as he turned towards the three with a self-satisfied smirk on his handsome features and predatory eyes, Rawat Chundawat and Acharya Raghvendra couldn't help but gasp.
"Raj Rana Bahadur," said Rawat Chundawat and bowed in front of him in respect. The beloved younger brother of Maharana Udaipratap Singh Raghuvanshi and Adhrik's chote dajiraj.

"BAIJISAAA!" Yelled Raffa Abdullah Khan in unadulterated rage. It was when he realized that the women who he intended to keep as his concubines with brutal force, malice and betrayal, already escaped from his clutches without his knowledge.
Baijisa stood in her armor with a smirk, "You thought only you can play games, Khan?" She asked lightly. ✍︎
"You will pay for this with your life," seethed Khan while Baijisa just chuckled.
"Do you know what we kshatriya women preserve more than our life?" Her tone was challenging, "Our pride." She answered her own question looking straight in his rage filled eyes.

The sun was starting to give off more heat than usual. Indicating the fierce battle taking place in the palace of Chittorgadh.
Adhrik and Raj Rana took the front line clearing layers after layers of soldiers. All five of them mildly injured, yet the adrenaline rush while the blood covering them didn't allow them to pause.

The battle field look fierced and the scorching heat of the sun didn't let the atmosphere look less dangerous.
One ferocious roar of Adhrik with a chant of "Jay Eklanji," and the head of a soldier detached from the body in a clean flick.

The clash of swords reverberated along the empty stone walls of Udaipur palace. Baijisa dragged khan out till the Jauhar Chauk in front of the main gates of the palace.
Her graceful moves and vicious skills surely took Khan aback for underestimating her.
She drewed his blood while slashing her sword straight across his chest through his armor.

"Soldiers," yelled Khan, "Arrest her!" He ordered. While Baijisa couldn't help but laugh.
"You didn't think that my daughter would be alone, did you?" Asked a deep voice from behind making him startled.
"Udaipratap Singh Raghuvanshi!" Exclaimed Khan, but he then smirked, "Yet, you're alone." He declared.
"And why would you think so, Afghan?" Asked another deep voice which made Baijisa snap her head towards the source of the voice.
The voice which made her being brim with unwanted emotions and deep feelings.
